I went in for a tire repair that I botched trying to plug myself, confirmed my worst fear that I made it unrepairable. They then located the necessary tire that best matched my current tires, picked it up and installed as quick as they could. Staff was courteous, area was clean, and coffee was offered. Easy to park and walk right into the front room.

I had a nail in one of my tires and went there hoping they weren’t busy and could fix the tire. Within just a few minutes they were repairing my tire and had me out of there within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend them.

Normally I love the service, but only have dealt with the tires. I called for a quote to get a tune up done on my 99 f250 V-10. They wanted $834.00!!! For a tune up and oil change? I bought the parts from OReilly for $226 and paid a buddy to do it.

Goodyear didnt notify them Id purchased tires online but they were all over it, went on their own to snag the tires from another location and I was still back on the road within an hour. Techs were great, zero complaints. Thanks!

Staff is all extremely helpful and nice. Always take my vehicles here for everything they need and refer all my friends/family to do the same. Comfortable waiting area however the interior could use some fresh paint, light fixtures, and general updating to really improve the overall experience.

I have used kansasland tire and service to repair 2 tires for 2 different cars. I have had a good outcome when they fixed my tires.

Updated review after talking to the manager. I got new tires and the install was pretty quick. There was some confusion on the price of the tires as I had ordered them online. The manager explained the price difference reasons and assured me they price match any lower price.I was offered a complementary alignment check after the install later in the day. I was unaware of this and was unaware when my tires got installed in the morning. This was also something the Andover location never mentioned or offered to me either. I’ll be sure to ask in the future for this to be done.

My camping trip was off to a rocky start but these guys pulled some strings and saved the day!! I ran by Kansasland Tire to have the air pressure checked on my campers tires prior to leaving out of state. Unfortunately... the tires were in worse shape than I thought. They made a special trip to the warehouse to get the tires I needed and went out of their way to get me on the road as soon as possible. One of the guys even sprayed a special lubricant on all the rusty parts of my trailer and got them moving smoothly again. I cant say enough about these guys. I dropped the ball on this trip and they went above and beyond to keep me safely on the road in a timely manner. I just cant thank them enough!!

Very professional, quick and a good value. I had a slow leak and they took the time to find that it was leaking at the wheel and they RE-Sealed it. There was an absolute “Karen” of a customer there when I was screaming about a torque wrench and accusing themof all sorts of wild stuff and the staff handled the situation very professionally!

Took my vehicle to get an alignment. After 2 hours they call to tell me they cant do it. I picked up my vehicle (they wanted to charge me $1,900 for work that had JUST been done to it prior to dropping it off) and notice its driving MUCH worse than when I dropped it off. When I get it home the lug nuts, on all four tires, are barely screwed on. If I had gotten on the highway at 60-70 mph, it could have been deadly. Stay as far away from this company as possible.ETA. I do not recommend this business at all. I feel I was taken advantage of because I dont know very much about cars. I brought my husbands car in for him. He knew what was wrong with it, but works long hours and couldnt get there during business hours. I asked for a specific part of the car to be replaced. After a long wait, Kansasland told me I was wrong about the part that needed replaced and charged me $50 for absolutely nothing. I took the car to another shop the next day and asked for the same part to be replaced, they replaced it, charged me $20 and the car is still working great.Dear Owner,Yes I am absolutely sure this is the correct business.

They had my hard to find tires. Would have been a very wonderful visit if an older woman would have just sat in her chair instead of yelling about politics. Not the time or place for that.

I take the Company Car here. Because its on Contract they always do an excellent job! No complaints! I can attest to their work as being par excellent. Goodyear has always been a good company.

We have purchased several sets of tires from them over the years. They always do a great job and stand behind their work and products. We have also had tune ups, break repairs, and oil changes and have always been treated fairly and courteously.

Rus has taken care of my tire issues for years, I trust them to work on my vehicles. Fair price.

I have done business at this establishment for many years. Mr. Russ runs a very good store. His crew works with you and general if they find and unexpected issue while doing oil change or general maintenance it will handled professionally. I wish to thank Russ and his workers for and excellent job done each and every time.

They did an all wheel alignment on my wifes 02 Honda crv. I called and set an appointment and it was said to cost $89.00. They knew before I brought the car up there what it was and should have known what an alignment would take. I received a call saying it was going to take additional parts and on the high side it would be $150 now. I told him ok well I need it done so lets do it. When I go pick the car up it was now $216. I reminded him of the conversation we had and he told me the $150 was for parts not total. I disagree but went ahead and pay now not only did I get charged for 2 new camber bolt but also charged $26 for them to put them in. Back when I was younger I worked at some shops and this is not the way we did business. I feel this was the old bait and switch and only crooks do this.

Very fast service and excellent work. I had a really big nail in my tire. Not only did they fix it, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Manager was also very professional.

I took my wife’s avenger in there to get the oil change and when I got it back the oil was leaking. When I brought it to their attention they didn’t want to make it right or acknowledge that they did anything wrong. Fun fact it wasn’t leaking oil when I brought it to them

Anytime I need work done on my car, this is the only place I will go. They always get me in quickly, and I know the job will be done well. I trust them, and I will always take my business here.

My wife set up a scheduled time to have her oil changed a week in advance. She went in and they didnt put her on the schedule. They also gave the excuse they had staff call in sick. She had to then drive to Wichita to a reliable place to do her oil change.... Poor poor customer service.

Service here was not very good. They would not install my repaired tire because it was close to closing time. 15min before the store closed? I was forced to change my tire in the parking lot. A disabled customer installing his own tire in the parking lot as the employees looked out the window looks bad and should never happen.

I went to see about getting a tire repaired. I told the service tech what I thought I ran over and he just told me he couldnt repair it. He didnt look at the tire, didnt offer to sell me tires, nothing. I waited a few seconds to see if there was more going to be said, but no. He barely even looked up from his computer. I left and went somewhere else.

As always the men did excellent work to my car and I couldnt be happier 😄
