Best auto repair place I’ve ever been. Courteous and professional staff. I originally took my Altima to a Nissan dealership and was told my repairs would cost $1,500. Nope! I had this shop recommended to me by a friend and tried it out. D&B quoted me $244 for the same repair and that’s exactly what I paid. I have done business with D&B for more than eight years and wont take my vehicles anywhere else! Brad and his crew are professional, dedicated to customer service, and most of all, honest. I am 69 years old and have had auto repairs in many places around the country and found most places pretty shady. D&B has always explained what I needed, gave me an EXACT estimate, and done great work! They have even used the parts I bought (thinking I could do it myself, and finding out differently). People judge restaurants by how many cars are out in front. D&B always has a lot full, meaning many more people than myself like them! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Appointment was made one week in advance the shop got the car right in as scheduled. The correctly diagnosed the problem and called with estimate on the cost for repairs and requested approval to fix. The vehicle was repaired the same day and the total invoice was less than the estimate. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. I would give them an A plus rating based on my experience and will defiantly be a return customer.

Charged me $200 plus for a part that was 40$.15 minutes labor 200$.what a joke i worked in mechanic shop 5 yrs they obviously hadn no clue.This was 100$minimum labor and 100$ part with 100 percent markup.Charged 430$for 200$job.Truck couldnt be taken anywhere else without tow they took advantage of that fact.They depend on people of derby to scratch checks without actualy price checking anything.PADDING BILLS BIG TIME!

D & B has taken care of my car for the last ten years. They are always available and always do a good job. Last week I bumped into the side of the garage door when backing out and knocked off the side view mirror. They not only replaced the mirror they also removed the white garage paint from the side of the car and fixed a dent in the bumper. I wouldnt go to any other place.

I got an oil change yesterday and it took only 30 min and they even got my tire light to go off after 2 years!

$93 diagnostic fee for the most common Altima problem. We just wanted a bid on replacing the ESCL. AAA towed it there we got the shaft. Shelton got the work.
