Our experience with Aqua Living in Denver was exceptional. We decided to spend our vacation funds on upgrading our home when COVID hit. Needless to say, we didnt even stop to think about the fact that the rest of the world had the same idea we did. This was a situation which should have been a nightmare on crack, but thanks to Jason the regional manager in Denver, our expectations were managed very effectively before we even ordered. Jason immediately explained that due to COVID, Aqua Living was backed up filling orders by 3 to 6 months and longer depending on the product. You cant beat Aqua Livings pricing (trust me, I tried) and because Jason was so informative and communicative, we felt very well taken care of. In addition to order back up this poor guy had to juggle shipping issues, and a myriad of cranky customers and his phone, literally rang off the hook. We were completely impressed with Jasons abilities and very happy with our entire Aqua Living experience. Thank you Jason!

We ordered the Dr. Wellness G-6 and love it! Came exactly as we ordered and in the timeframe we were told. Jason was great. I am pursuing legal action against this company and will be taking my experience to the media soon. Jason, The Denver Branch Manager, stole my money. After waiting 6 months for my hot tub to arrive (I was told delivery time frame would be 2-3 months), this company sent me the wrong one. Its voltage is not compatible with my type of power source. After informing Jason that the company sent me the wrong hot tub, he rudely told me the only way he would give me a full refund is if I deliver the wrong hot tub back to his warehouse on my own dime. I was shocked and completely outraged, but I just wanted this nightmare to be over. So I spent $350 for a professional hot-tub moving company to remove it from my backyard and take it back to the Aqua Living Factory warehouse. It has now been 3 months since I returned the hot tub and I still do not have my refund.Jason knows exactly what he has done to me and I can’t believe what type of person could do this to a customer. All I want is my money back, but Jason and this company have been scamming me since July 2020 when I first placed the order. The financial and emotional stress this has caused me is unbelievable. I want this issue resolved immediately by receiving my full refund.This has truly been one of the worst experiences of my life.

Jason sold us our hot tub in 2018. And he was very accommodating. Weve recommended him to several different families. Ive always called him if I need something. And hes always very quick to respond. I would recommend them to anyone.

USE THESE GUYS AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!We totally agree with a previous post that Jason is a great used car salesman, up until he has your money.DELIVERY: We placed our order in October with the promise that we would have the hot tub by Christmas. Our hot tub was delivered in late January, well beyond the promised date, but we understood and accepted this given that everything is slow with COVID.However, the delivery company could not execute the curbside delivery we paid for since they arrived with the wrong equipment and could never get the tub off the truck and to the ground without irreparable damage. We refused delivery and instead had to travel a considerable distance to the shipping terminal and pick it up ourselves with a flat bed trailer. Jason did offer to give us a $200 credit for the inconvenience of having to go get the hot tub that was supposed to be delivered to our home, but so far weve had little success actually having that promise honored.POOR QUALITY COVER: We also live in Colorado and they delivered the tub to us with the absolute thinnest cover they sell even though my wife explicitly told Jason that we wanted the best cover they have available. Its now almost April and they still have not delivered an appropriate cover so our tub is sitting in the garage unused since we cant reasonably set it up in sub-zero temperatures with a wafer thin cover.ACCESSORIES: In addition to being delivered with an inadequate cover, we also did not receive any of the additional accessories we purchased. Months after the hot tub was delivered were still waiting.QUALITY: We cant rate the quality of the hot tub itself since we havent been able to get it set up and running yet because of missing accessories and the inadequate cover that they supplied. Our only hope is that the worst of our problems are behind us, but based on some of the other recent reviews were going to just hope for the best.CUSTOMER SERVICE: After youve made your purchase and they have your money, good luck getting to speak directly with Jason or anyone at the factory ever again and having your problems resolved.

I am extremely pleased with the service and support I received from Jason during the whole process even though there were a few issues that had arisen from the COVID19 pandemic, Jason had assured me that I would receive my spa in a timely manner which will arrive 08/10/2020, and I will post picture once received and I have it up and running. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and I am looking forward to relaxing in my spa. I am very grateful for all the tireless work Jason had done to make sure my experience went as smoothly as possible!

I received my hot tub about 3 weeks ago. Jason our sales rep, has done a great job staying in touch keeping me updated on the delivery and the how the hot tub is working! I definitely recommend him and Aqua Living!!

We got a plug and power spa 120v so we wouldn’t have to run a 220v line. Jason is quite the used car salesman and told us we could use an extension cord to plug in. Well that’s definitely not the case and we have to now hire an electrician anyways to run a dedicated 20amp. Supposed to be just plug and play right? Nope!! Upon delivery tubes were broken and came undone. No ones fault but the tub is slapped together and so cheaply made. It’s been a nightmare. Put in a service request with the manufacturer and they send you the replacement part you have to do the rest yourself. What a joke. It’s been a full week and the tub is only heated to 93 degrees. What a piece of junk! DO NOT BUY A TUB HERE. Jason is quick to get you off the phone and not throughly explain anything.

I urge any and everyone thinking about purchasing anything from this place DON’T DO IT. The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in life, there is little to no response or follow up on your orders and the quality of the accessories is below par. I recently ordered a hot tub “concierge” lift that came in a broken tapped up box with missing pieces and no instructions. And by the way, there are no refunds or returns (go figure). This is a terrible, terrible company. Please don’t buy from them!! You’ll have better luck using Amazon!!

Our Catalina Spas Hampton is amazing! Sure, we experienced a delay in production/shipping, but certainly NOT Jasons fault. Jason could not control unexpected COVID-related labor and supply chain issues that kept creeping into production last year. One call to LPI in Tennessee, and the production manager kept me apprised on a weekly basis and managed to ship my tub a little quicker than expected. The delivery experience was smooth, the spa fired right up and has been virtually flawless since I took delivery in December 2020. We did have a recent issue with the cover, but after a quick call to the dedicated customer service line, they happily shipped a replacement. Also, I thought I had a leak at one time, but it turned out to be condensation around the outside edge, and again, one call to customer service and that issue was quickly resolved. And for the few and mostly minor issues that we have had, Jason has always returned my call/text same business day and does whatever he can to help. We shall see how the tub does over time, but I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from Jason in the future. For a one-man band, hes a Rockstar!

I don’t understand how such scam artists can still be in business. They don’t deliver what they promise and will not refund your money. If you buy from here I hope you like throwing away thousands of dollars. I urge everyone and anyone if your shopping for a spa/hot tub this is the worst place in the world to buy one. I would rather never own another spa in my life than buy from this store.

Our spa is amazing! With Covid impacting our delivery date, it was a couple weeks longer wait than anticipated, however the wait was worth it. My wife and I really like the app, you can set the temp, turn on jets, change light colors and it reminds you of all maintenance needs. The tech support is also very good, we had a small speaker issue with one of our speakers, they did everything possible to make sure it was fixed in a fast and efficient manner, a tech ended up having to come look at it and in 3 days after calling it was fixed! Jason has been swamped but always makes sure we have what we need.

Back in June 2020 I ordered a HB34 hot tub in the Tuscan sand color. Here it is September, I finally get the hot tub I’ve waited so long for, I open the hot tub after the delivery driver allowed me to and it was the wrong color!!!!! I told the driver this and he said that it was not going back on his truck! In the contract that I have with aqua spas it states that you can refuse the hot tub at time of delivery, I was not given that option and I did not sign any paperwork with the delivery driver as accepting delivery. I called the company that I ordered the hot tub from and was put on hold for 45+minutes and then told that they were excited for their long weekend and didn’t have time to help me to go ahead get the hot tub in my back yard and they will deal with me after the holiday. So since we hired someone to carry the hot tub to our backyard and set it up we did knowing that the company was going to help us after the weekend to correct the color problem that I complained about. After the weekend I called them and all they were offering me was a lousy offer of “some “ money back! That’s not ok with me I ordered a specific color and was expecting that color and would think that since their company screwed up on my order that they would send out a correct hot tub! They refuse to!!!! They want to tell me the hot tub is now used and I can sell it in my own and repurchase one!!! That’s ridiculous! So just a warning if the wrong hot tub is delivered to you chances are the driver won’t take it back and you’ll be screwed and stuck with a tub you didn’t want! I’d shop around before buying from Aqua spas!UpdateSo I’ve now dealt with this company about my issues and still not the resolution that was promised. I did receive the refund that I was promised for the wrong color hot tub that was never my fault however this company decided not to fully fulfill their end of the deal they made. I asked and was promised additional chemicals and filters because of this company’s screw up and I was also asking for a simple itemized bill to prove that I got all the refunds that I was promised. I never received a itemized bill or the chemicals and filters. This company helps themselves to a monthly payment from my check book but can’t send my the itemized bill???? Absolutely ridiculous! I would not recommend dealing with Aqua living spas! They only work to satisfy themselves. Oh and I was asked to take down these reviews in order for them to do what I was promised....

We purchased our hot tub back in March and just received it. I have to say that it was a very frustrating process but totally out of their control. Due to COVID there was an extreme delay in them manufacturing our hot tub which was the same for many other companies. Jason stayed on top of things and did his best to keep us informed of the process/delay which was totally out of his control. We had been researching hot tubs for a while. Aqua Living has the tubs we researched that were quality but almost half the price! At first I was Leary thinking something can’t be right if it was less price but now that I have had it for almost 3 months now I AM SOOOO HAPPY! I just sit in my hot tub and smile. Listening to music I like under the silhouette of the trees under the moon and starts with jets hitting every part of my body I just sigh in relief. I am an older athlete and have aches and pains. I use my hot tub for relief and to loosen up. It has literally saved me. The ease of getting this hot tub the quality of it and the amount of jets, the music and lights has made this purchase easily a 5 star experience! One of my best purchases in a long time. Should have done this years ago!

I had an excellent experience with Jason today. While shopping for a hot tub the last two days, I spoke to four sales people and found Jason to be in a league of his own. He did all the right things: listened first, asked a couple questions, saw where we were heading, made a product recommendation, and we did the deal on that product. He knew the product, had all of the answers, and struck me as a real pro. Six hours from start to finish, on what many may consider a major purchase. Thanks Jason.

CANT BEAT THE PRICE... Literally. We looked online at the cost of our tub through different outlets and it was over twice the amount we paid for through Aqua Living Factory Outlets without delivery or installation. Jason was and has been great. Everything he said about 3-4 weeks delivery and all that was spot on, the team that delivered it was very helpful, and he still takes care of us and helps us out. The thing runs like a dream. We love our tub and use it all the time!

Were very happy we checked one more place before we purchased our new tub. We feel we got more for our money. Jason was and still is very helpful whenever we have any questions. I highly recommend giving him a try before you make a final decision.

I bought a tub from Aqua Living Factory Outlet and would give them a big thumbs up! Jason at the Arvada store is a straight shooter and helped me through the buying and delivery process. He helped with several changes that were required, no hassle, no argument. I originally ordered a 220v tub, and discovered that I would have to put in a new electric panel for large $$$$. I called Jason and we changed the order to a Plug and Power model PP53 that uses 115v, so no new panel was required. No problem. When the tub came the cover was damaged, I sent Jason a picture and he ordered a new cover, no problem. We are very pleased with the quality of the tub, it heats slower than a 220v, but the jets are very strong, seats are comfortable and the stereo is quite nice. If you are considering a hot tub purchase, I have no qualms with recommending Aqua Living Factory Outlets and Jason.

I find it funny all their reviews have either 1 review or wrote reviews on all their other stores. This place sells really poor quality hot tubs. They have no actual people to help you when it breaks (because it will) and the only thing they have going for them is they will let you save money so when your energy bill goes up 200 bucks a month you can afford it until the tub breaks down and you wish you never met them

Weve had our spa for almost a year now. My opinion is that I dont think its worth what we paid. I feel support ended once the sale was made. Ive called in a few times to the support department and they did not address my problem. Basically, I was told to go read the manual. Our local dealer was ok but I dont think this spa is as powerful as some Ive had in the past. I bought the wifi and clorine maker upgrade. There inst enough documentation to show you how to work either of those. I would go a different route for my spa if I could have a do over. I would buy local where I can get support.
