Not an easy dock. Turn left on Santa Fe Dr. Dahl is 0.1 miles on the right You have to back in through the gate and blind side dock. Very tight but doable. G.O.A.L.

Terrible customer service! Maybe had I driven up in a fancy car they would have been reasonably helpful. As it was, they barely looked up from their computers to answer a question. Guess they dont need my business and will not get it. Plenty of other places with competent, knowledgeable, pleasant staff.

I absolutely adore working with Dahl Denver, Mike Oneal especially. He makes my job significantly easier by being so good and dedicated to his job.

I have a few remodel projects I am planning right now and I drive by this place all the time on my way home. What a gem it is! Very knowledgeablefriendly staff, great selections, and great location. I will be back again very soon!

I was amazed by the excellent customer service, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff at Dahl Design Denver--especially from Nick Howes and Bryony Brandt.I received great assistance to decide on the perfect sink, faucet, accessories, and garage disposal. Its a wonderful benefit to be able to discuss products and receive different perspectives. Plus I trusted my salespeople, Nick and Bryony, completely.Nick also did the extra steps to have these items delivered to me as quickly as possible since I wanted everything installed before my company arrived. Definitely went above and beyond to help me.Im completely pleased with my purchases, the superb care of the staff--the whole experience. They are a A+++ company!!

Second time I come to download in this place and it took them to download 2 palette 4 hours had no respect for the other deliveries I had

Initially very knowledgeable and good inventory, but customer service became terrible when they ran out of patience with my first floor heat project. Worse, they were even ruder when they thought I couldnt here them in the background. The problem was the new tool I bought for >$200 came corroded and didnt release properly, they would not even consider returning it because it had been used to make 2 crimps. They did get a fair instead of poor rating for putting me in contact with the manufacturers rep who was very helpful and willing to go out of his way to satisfy a customer.

Getting anyone to help you in person is almost impossible. I came here to pick up a few things and everyone was busy talking and telling jokes instead of trying to help he customer. They were clearly annoyed and it showed by the way they tried to get rid of me quickly. After I left I noticed a mistake on my receipt and tried to call them. No one ever called me back.I wont be doing business here again. I going elsewhere.

No customer service, woman was reluctant to even speak to me. I will find my sink and fixtures elsewhere! Wow

I had a good experience and would recommend them to friends and family. I purchased 3 Kohler cast iron sinks and 3 Kohler faucets from their Cherry Creek Kohler signature store. I picked these up from the Dahl warehouse on two different occasions and had no issues. It is a different experience (better but sometimes slower) than big box stores and on-line shipping, so set your expectations accordingly.

Plumbing parts warehouse combined with kitchen and bath showroom. I ordered Kohler toilet flush and fill replacement parts, and picked them up today. A very nice resource.

Didnt have the Kohler product they proudly name on their building and were unhelpful to boot!

Uninformed, lack of knowledge on their products and availability. Orders are incomplete or missing parts. Dont care attitude about the customer. Go elsewhere, it will be less painful.
