This little store has everything you need from mixers, to wine, beer and liquor. Reasonable prices. Staff is nice. Outside on Fridays they have samples so you can find new things to try.

This store is small but they have done a great job with COVID. they have one of the best beer selections around (much better than ABC or other big liquor stores...) and a lot of seasonal deals. very interesting selection of gin.good pricing too!!!always friendly.

Dont order with them through Drizly. They just tried to bait and switch me by proposing to replace a $79 bottle I ordered and they didnt have, with something that sells for around $45. They claim to have everything in inventory either because they are too lazy to keep it up to date or to get orders like mine that they otherwise wouldnt have gotten because they didnt have what they said they did.

Outstanding customer service! I accidentally called in a curbside here meant for the store out west. The manager said no problem and immediately called their other store and my items were there for me. Saved me a trip across town. Dont go here. They are trying to sell Whiskeys for extream secondary prices. They want a 1,000 for George Stagg. The same bottle that is ABC in Pompano Beach has for 150.00 Also Michters toasted Bourbon for 330.00 Start Boycotting these liquor stores in your community for price gouging.

Good place. Has pretty much everything you want or need. The only bad thing is that the prices are way to high. $33.00 a bottle with taxes somewhere else is $45.00 here. Midwinter nights dram $80.00 somewhere else $150.00 here. Only comes down on prices a few dollars.

Hands down Rushi Has to be The hardest working guy I have ever met. He always has the best attitude and goes above and beyond to help you find what you need. I’ve been trying to find gluten free beer from New Belgium for months now, and it has been a challenge due to Covid. I reached out to Rushi last night and he said he would have it for me in the morning. Without fail two 6 packs of Glütiny from New Belgium were waiting for me as promised!!!

I recently visited Palm Beach Liquors on what has to be one of the busiest names of the year, New Years Eve. I went because I was looking for a hard-to-get bottle of bourbon. Though not expensive, it is hard to find. Im stubborn and I did not ask for help. I was accompanied by my wife, who knew what I was looking for. She asked at the register for help. One of the owners of the store came over to assist. Of course, he knew where the bottle was located and found it immediately. We began to talk about my preferences and he recommended another bottom as well. When I asked him about another hard to find bottle, he indicated that he was expected a shipment in the first or second week of January and he would call me when it arrived. Overall, I found the selection to be extraordinary, the service was wonderful. I know they deliver for free (under 3 miles). Before going to the store, I looked them up online. There were a number of people who indicated that they thought Palm Beach Liquors was the best liquor store in Palm Beach County. There was nothing in my experience that would cause me to disagree. They are now my store of choice.

Received threatening phone calls from store owner after miscommunication with delivery services. The owner went out of his way to contact me. Told me to cancel the order because he found items they previously couldn’t find. I canceled the order, was charged on my end. And then found the items were no longer available on the website. I called the shop owner back, he said he still has the items he promised and the order will be completed just to pick a different flavor on the website.... now I get the stuff, tip the postmate, Everything is fine. Owner calls my phone. I don’t answer, didn’t recognize the number. Keeps calling and calling. I finally answer. First they tell me the post ate left their wallet... we try to help... they ask how the order was. Everything was fine, we say it’s fine. Then they start shouting and threatening to call the cops over the cancelled order.... they didn’t have the items we needed at first... we cancelled the order and tried to place another one. They called us. Told us about the items they found. Told us to cancel. We cancel. And then we get yelled at and threatened...... WE SPEND MONEY HERE. We send all of our friends and family to this place.... NO MORE. This is harassment...... this is not how you treat returning customers. The cops? Over a cancellation because you don’t keep up with your stock?????? What???? Lousy. Completely lousy.

Always had fun in the past going to the wine tastings here and bringing new people but this last tasting was disappointing. I was disappointed and embarrassed at the fact that I was given a hard time at this evenings wine tasting 9/14/19, I was purchasing something else not knowing that you guys now request that we purchase from the list to take advantage of the $10 discount. I was still given a hard time to purchase the wine as my 2nd option after explaining to the cashier that the wine given to me to purchase was brought over by the woman who poured the wine from her table, not sure if I want to revisit you guys again....and I brought a NEW guest to the event, a lil embarrassing for them as well.

The only place for 30 miles to carry the last bottle of Botran Rum. How can you not like a place like that?

Went to buy a bottle i found on their website. Was listed as $69.99 but when i arrived to the store it was priced as $139.99. Owner would not price match. Stated they were google prices and not his. 100% mark up. Wont be returning. As far as selection, he has a fully stocked inventory and a little of everything you wont find in most stores. Just be prepared to pay well above msrp

I live out of state. I called the owner to ask to have a bottle of wine delivered as a gift. He did not hesitate to agree. Plus he suggested a special bottle of wine. The delivery was not easy due to security issues but the store owner kept me informed and was extremely patient and courteous. I cannot praise the customer service I received high enough. They have coupons in the paper. I tried to use their Manager’s Special coupon and they refused the free bottle of wine with my $25 purchase because “it has to be on nonsale items,” in which the coupon does not state any of that. The coupon just states that if you spend $25, then you get a free bottle of wine. Almost everything is on sale in there so I guess nobody is getting their free bottle of wine with their coupon. Great scam.
