This is our go to Publix, nicest staff super clean store and very convenient for us. I went yesterday evening to their Pharmacy and the Pharmacist on duty was super kind and administered the COVID-19 vaccine. Super experience and the friendliness is second to none.It’s always a great experience visiting this location and last night reiterated the fact that this location is top notch.Many thanks!

Prices seem to be much higher these days. Employees (although I certainly appreciate all you did these past 15 months) are much less helpful and knowledgeable about products, etc. than they used to be. I remember always taking more pride in my work. We need that kind of work ethic again in more young people. Stop texting at work. Pay attention and maybe by accident you will learn something & get better at what you do and get promoted or find a better job if youre so unhappy. Make the best of what youre doing - all the time. It makes a difference for you & others!!

They do not restock the shelves as items are depleted. I have gone into the store over a two-week period Looking for particular items and it is always an empty shelf. For a large company such as this there are just way too many items that are out of stock and not refilled. The store is run like a local candy store, we will put on the shelf three of these four of those and six of these, when we run out of it we will have to wait for the next delivery. I went over to Winn-Dixie and it appears that they are a lot better stocked then Publix is when I go. I will be taking my business to Winn-Dixie in the future.
Publix is the prime example why minimum wage should be 15 a hour. Because for 8 bucks you get very unmotivated employees. Ill bet youll have some smart people making your sandwich or helping you at the deli counter. Lol

If you’re trying to order a sub online, you’re better off going Into the store. Waited almost 30 minutes for an online sub order which should have been ready for the time schedule for pickup. Horrible service!

This Publix seems to be getting better. They are stocking more items like the new Publix on Atlantic Ave. and Military. I was very pleased with this visit. However, their prices are way too high compared to Walmart and WinnDixie. Publix is always high priced.

Love Publix at San Marco! They are still sanitizing carts for their customers and the store has most items in stock. Just a few still missing since Pandemic. Very friendly staff! Thank you to them for being there each and every day!

Extremely rude store manager I wouldn’t suggest applying here. all because my application glitched on the website and came out wrong as soon as I stepped in his office he was saying things usually with an application like this I wouldn’t even have looked at it that I’m lucky to be sitting in his office and that the only reason I am sitting in the office is because one of my good friends from high school works there him saying I’d be lucky to get a job with an application like mine i have no idea why he had me come in just to down talk me there was no reason and it was very uncalled for I didn’t feel welcomed at the store at all by him although the rest of the staff was great very polite the produce manager owen is extremely kind and reasonable but the store manager Jay was just out of hand then after the fact he tried telling me they are very family like but I did not feel that at all by him I literally felt like I should have just left and not returned to that location again.

As far as cleanliness is Publix is greatCashiers are very good. The Deli however needs improvement. Language sometimes is a problem. Attitude by some can be improved. We had a party tonight, yesterday we tried to place an order for 3 Lemon Pepper chickens, and was told not to worry they were always available. When I arrived there were no Lemon chickens out. Had to wait, no problem there, but when the chickens were done alas only two Lemon chicken were done.

I used to think that Safeway was the best supermarket; having moved to Florida from California umpteen years ago. However, I truly believe that Publix is, without a doubt, the best supermarket I have ever shopped in.As some reviewers have said, there are some departments that can get crowded, and that the parking lot situation can get a bit frustrating, at times...and there are markets with lower prices. However, my overall opinion of virtually all of the Publix stores that Ive shopped in are, without a doubt, clean, well stocked, friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Even Whole Foods and Walmart (both of whom I respect and occasionally shop in) can learn a few lessons from the way Publix operates.

This publix Fing blows 👎 👎 the Deil manger a dick mad at me because they dont have want i want to buy. The cashier Eleanor is horrible and the bag boy stood there while i bag my groceries myself.
I come from Pennsylvania of vacations and Publix is very expensive, much better is Aldi or Walmart, the ice cream in pot the cheapest $ 5 🤨 not to mention the fruit and the vegetables, I never come back, thats why only one star

Wonderfully helpful and multi-generational staff, both on the floor and at the registers. But, parking lot is death defying.
Like most publixs, everyone is friendly and theres always someone available if help is needed. Kind of tucked away so its not as noticeable from the main road but its generally still packed with the locals.
