This Publix is super clean and neat! Honestly the experience is very nice! Its more expensive than the other supermarkets in the area, but its also the nicest experience!

Great Pharmacy. Great store and their arrangement of there products. Nice employees call when medication is ready for pickup.

Edgardo helped me with a situation. He is awesome and Publix is very fortunate to have him on their team. He should be promoted to manager. Edgardos customer service skills are exceptional.

Visiting from out of town and purchasing groceries for my week stay and this is where I came. This is a very clean store. They have a great selection of things, at a decent enough price (just mildly expensive, but for the area & quality I am okay with it) The team is very helpful. Got offered help multiple times throughout my experience, and exceptional help from Morry. It started to rain pretty heavily while I was checking out, and Morry came out with an umbrella to help my friend stay dry while she got the car and pulled it up, and he then helped me with the umbrella while I loaded my groceries and got in the car. 10/10 customer service! Thanks for the help Morry!

Loving this new Publix!Publix has and always will continue to raise the bar. From having specific brands that we all love or now offering a vegan sub option!I tried the garlic & herb tofu veggie sub and I was blown away. They use vegan ranch and avocado. You can top it with whichever veggies you’d like and then you can ask to have it be toasted so the tofu is warm. It’s a must try! Publix customer service is outstanding. Thank you for offering these new veggie sub options. You are winning 😉

With every single checkout available for use, the first 2 lanes are packed next to each other, with long lines up the isles & no room social distancing. You could easily spread out crowd by alternating open & closed lanes. Please take care of our community we can do better.

Slow deli service, online deli orders rarely completed on time.

Neat, clean, and well stocked. Nice fresh bakery. Front End check out was fully staffed making it a fast pleasant experience. Overall excellent for a later Sunday night shop.

Clean and nice store. Easy in and out. Just watch out for all the carts in the parking lot. Looks like most people just leave them in the parking spaces beside their car.

Overall no problems. The lottery line was too long to get a ticket. The food quality was superb, fresh sandwiches and awesome strawberry shortcake. 🍓But I was still concerned Publix has not addressed the killing in Royal Palm Beach? Could it happen here too? Or is Publix focusing on profit recovery after COVID-19 and turning away from customers safety? Well Publix what is your position?

Whats not to love! My Publix for over 30 years. New store, which is beautiful, but having many of the same staff over the years, is really great! Wonderful people, great customer service & always spotless. Plus, they carry a ridiculous selection of ICE CREAM, not to mention their outstanding bakery. 🤗

The staff here are wonderful. You can hardly walk by one without them greeting you and asking if you need any help. Hats off to the management team for training their staff to appreciate us customers! Publix is simply the best!

Horrible store! Especially the deli. I have had issues for months. First one of the employees from customer service cut in front of me in the deli line. And when I told her the line was in the rear, she gave me serious attitude and told me she was off the clock. I should have sent in a complaint then and given Publix Corporate her name. Today I went in to get 6 of the chicken sandwiches which are in the weekly ad, and I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes as there was none made. The deli manager told me it was not a good seller and they didn’t put pre-made sandwiches out till 12 noon. I rarely go into this deli department where it doesn’t take me 30 minutes to get in and out. No one speaks English and they make me feel they are doing me a favor by taking care of me. I have 6 people in my family and probably spend $1000.00 a month in groceries. Your logo “Where shopping is a pleasure” should be change to shopping is a nightmare. This is a problem store and always has been. Maybe a manger change and re-training the deli people to be more helpful and more important more respectful would be a good place to start!

Im giving it one star, because I cant to lower it. The customer service manager Daniel (creepy guy in glasses. Maybe a little bit taller than a hobit, but much to skinny) was EXTREMELY RUDE and embarrassed me in front of everyone.

Deli disgusting its always infested with flys 🪰Its always dirty there always boxes on the floor the boars head is not cut fresh they know its expired but 2 lazy to cut fresh they admitted because they ran out of boars head sliced meat they used publix but you can tell the difference the customer isnt stupid especially that it cost more just lazy incompetent deli workers and its dirty the health department needs to come in.

Very clean with some good sales

Usually find it to be good. Yesterday we ordered sub and sandwich with flatbread because the ability to order a wrap on the site wasnt there, only with flatbread, so ordered with flatbread. Got to the bn at the time it said and it wasnt there. So waited, 20 minutes later it still wasnt there so asked about it. Come to realize that the sub was made but hld the order up in the back because there was no flatbread. They did have wraps however so ordered that.Would have been good to put the first item out thee, then I would have known to ask. Alternatively perhaps the cart should have worked for the flatbread instead.Just wanted to let you know.

The subs are delicious. Dionne was very helpful and made the perfect subs for me and my crews.

This is snowbird and spring break season in Florida and that store is way to crowded for me... so I usually go to another Publix in the evening that is not nearly so crowded... The market at Delray is ALWAYS crowded so I will be avoiding it...

Recently rebuilt, this is a greatly expanded new store.Good space and very well maintained and managed.

This newest Publix in the Delray Beach area is clean and easy to get around. I cannot complain about anything Ive experienced here. The center is also convenient for shopping and large and has attracted other nearby businesses. It will have more interesting tenants in the shopping center over the next year. Its clean and felt safe to shop.

Living in the life of covet and its very scary to go into a Publix to get food for myself even though its necessary. I find it that no one is socially respectful towards one another as far as clientele especially workers. I find that no one says anything and respects the fact of the world that were living in. Im very displeased by the lack of respect of social distancing towards one another

Went to Pharmacy for Shingles shots. Christine Pharmacist over the top excellent and so knowledgeable too. Did some easy shopping too.

The Deli moves extremely slow. It takes forever to get a sub done or anything really and the people working at the deli are not the nicest. Other than than, I like this store.

This store is very clean. There are plenty of associates working on the floor to assist customers. The shelves are well stocked. There were enough cashiers on duty to handle the volume of customers. I will be back.

The worst store to my black people

This is a new store which replaced my favorite one in the same location. Wider aisles, better lighting, more selection and best of all the parking is easier on my handicapped body.

Last night I was standing in line at customer service. There was an older gentleman standing behind me a couple of feet away I believe social distancing. The little girl and customer service yelled at that man so terribly for standing what she thought was the wrong place! Clearly the service people behind the counter dont care about the Publix customers! I dont think Publix cares about their customers either! What a terrible terrible way to treat an 80-year-old senior citizen!

They hired a cashier at the liquor store and I know him from another business. Hes customer friendly and knows his product. I have decided to change my stars at this Publix because from experience with customer service management is hiring unskilled people for their position. A couple of times on my trip there I have had issues with this Publix. I have decided to drive an extra two miles to go to another Publix because the customer service is friendlier and they know what they are doing.

My go to local Publix because I can airways find what Im shopping for.
