This auto body repair business came highly recommended to me for an accident I was involved in. Now I am highly recommending them to you. My car was struck by someone who ran a stop sign. The only thing I did was report the accident to the other party’s insurance, Chuck and his wonderful staff literally did the rest. They got me a rental, met with the adjuster, did the repairs etc etc. I just picked up the car and it looks and runs like it’s brand new. They detailed every inch, even my granddaughter’s booster seat. If you need auto body work done you cannot go wrong. Give Chuck a call at Cumberland Collision.

Cumberland Collision is amazing! I would recommend this shop to anyone who is in need of auto body repairs. This summer my wife and I were in an accident and we brought our vehicle to Chuck. He and the staff took care of everything for me, right down to arranging a rental vehicle. From the start of the process to the end they were very professional and fair. They handled everything with my insurance company, we all know what a headache the insurance aspect can be, it was a blessing! They did such phenomenal work and they were always so pleasant. When I picked up our Chrysler the vehicle looked better than when we pulled it off of the dealership lot! It had been fully detailed and reconditioned, truly show floor ready! Thank you to Chuck, the guys in the shop, and the office staff for all of their hard work, I appreciate it!

This is the absolute worst body shop that you could go to in our area!! Chuck is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met in my entire life! I made an appointment as a first time customer, which I work in the car industry so I have heard good things about the product of this place and I have sent many of my customers that I have sold cars two to Cumberland collision, as they are extremely close to my town. Never will I ever send another customer here and never will any of my customers be returning here after my horrible experience with the owner. I made my appointment for Tuesday the establishment called me at 4 PM Monday to let me know that they could not make my appointment that I had made a week in advance, I was upset by this and I asked if there could be an exception made because I had planned my entire day out around the appointment. Also as I said I work with customers so if I have to cancel I cancel ahead of time I always give 24 hour notice as do most businesses- except for this one they close at five on Monday as well as they open at eight so they had plenty of time to give me a call and notice. After talking with Chuck he was willing to have somebody else appraise my vehicle and I was completely happy!UNTIL Then all of a sudden i received phone calls From an acquaintance that I am not close with at all who said that Chuck was telling him all about my appointment the vehicle that I drove and he was complaining about me to somebody I have very little relationship with. Chuck as a business owner took my personal information looked on my facebook and called someone we both knew, talking negatively about me and he completely broke my customer confidentiality.I just bought this new vehicle, I had it for less than a week. The acquaintance had never seen the vehicle but after talking to Chuck he could tell me what vehicle I drove and all about my appointment, my full name, and aparently chuck had alot of negative things to say based on a 4 mins phone call with me as a potential customer. Which ill never be now. not only is this completely ILLEGAL but this business should not be operating like this as it is completely unprofessional and disappointing. Truly a HORRIBLE place to do business.

We wont go anywhere else! Chuck and his staff are so friendly and accommodating. His work is meticulous. We have been taking our vehicles here for several years because of the amazing and honest work.

Absolutely LOVE this place! I was referred by a coworker after someone hit my car and I couldnt be any more satisfied with the outcome. The turnaround time for repairs was fantastic, they contacted the insurance company directly to resolve an issue that occurred, and they unexpectedly detailed my car inside and out after the repairs were complete. Honestly, my car looks better than the day I bought it. I am beyond satisfied with their work and I will highly recommend them to anyone that could use their services. Thank you!!

I took my car to Cumberland Collision when my car needed a repair after a minor accident in September. The car was repaired and looked better than ever when it was done. Fast forwarded in January, I found out the hood was unable to open when I tried to refill the windshield wipers fluid. Chuck took the car back and fixed the cables just in time before the big snowstorm, all without costing me a dime. Chuck is thoughtful and always ready to help solving your problems. I highly recommend this place.

I think they deserve three out of five stars because while they do get the work done, theyre rather slow, from what I experienced. I left my car with them when I went on vacation, figuring that would be more than enough time for them to fix it up (I had been gone for about a week). I called to make sure my car would be ready for pick up at 12 (which they said it would be), went to pick up my car today, and didnt end up leaving the shop until about 12:30. It was a bit of waiting, and that didnt help considering I had places I needed to be. They do good work, Im not denying that. But if you have other deadlines or priorities, they arent really my first choice, in my opinion.

I went in without an appointment to have my heating system checked out. They made the time to speak with me, looked at my car on the spot, and since it was not a quick fix; instead of making me wait all afternoon offered to drive me home while it was being worked on. Their services were easy to look up online, and even easier to deal with in person. Hands down the best overall experience I have ever had with a mechanic or repair shop. 10/10 in my book.

Just picked my car up from Cumberland Collision today, and could not be happier with how nice my car looks! Ive seen Chuck twice, and he never fails to do awesome job!!!! The staff is great, friendly, and personable! They keep you in the loop and updated at all times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Though my car ended up being totaled, Chuck gave me advice on what questions to ask the insurance company. He worked with me through the entire process and explained what my options were. He really did seem to have my best interest at heart. I am grateful to have had his help during this trying time.

Chuck personally owned the case from beginning to end. Chuck personally walked me over the damage before the appraiser came out and gave me an idea of what to expect and he was very thorough and accurate. It was refreshing to see this level of customer support and owner involvement. Unfortunately in today’s day and age this level of pride and customer service is hard to come by. Chuck is a fellow car enthusiast and absolutely knows what he is talking about. Chuck and his team exceeded all of my expectations and provided periodic updates about the repair throughout the whole process, answering my questions, and helping to navigate and deal with the insurance company. I was initially nervous knowing how much different/finicky German cars can be but this was no issue at all for the repair. I would also add that this was done almost entirely with me being out of state from where the accident happens and where the car was repaired. I absolutely recommend Cumberland Collision for any repair or service needs on any make or model.

I’ve had several vehicles fixed by Cumberland collision Chuck has always been very professional and I have always been very happy with the results even with old red trucks that are typically hard to match with the faded paint.

Owner of the shop has extremely bad customer service, does not respect their customers and allows 17 year old employees joy ride customers vechiles. This is unprofessional! No employee should be joy riding customers vechiles.
