My Air Maxs to start 2021 with some stride in my step!.. the atmosphere was very upbeat.. singing and grooving to the music. The sales rep was very attentive to my needs and was very helpful with my selection.

Bought more than 50 pairs of sneakers here being a sneaker head and all, all their stuff is just great love it all

Love this place! I’ve been shopping here for years at this particular location the staff is so helpful! They always have great sales especially around back-to-school time and they will do their best to make sure you get what you came for even if they have to place an order for you! Thank y’all 😁

Friendly service and fast too..

There was only one or two employees actively asking if help was needed and being friendly. The rest were hanging out by the front door talking and blocking the entrance. The female employee looked at me up and down when I said excuse me. Will never come back. Employees need proper training.

I visited this location 3/27 and was greeted by an amazing energetic young lady who made me feel welcomed! She even complimented my shoes which made me feel good. The store was very clean, great selection of sneakers, and the employees made it a friendly environment they were all interacting with their customers and they all made me feel welcomed in this store! The Downtown location is the opposite, i couldn’t get noone to walk over to me and ask me how i was doing.

Possibly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I bought Nike Air Force Ones earlier today at the Downtown Los Angeles location and wanted to return them. I had just worn them in the Downtown store to try them on, but this location informed me they were too dirty to return and I needed to bring them back to the original store I bought them at. The shoes had all the tags still on it and everything, and if you ask my opinion, they were barely dirty at all on the bottom and clearly never worn outside or for a long period. I had the receipt with the time stamp from the same day too! Never buying here again. I’ll be lucky if I get to return these.

Great place to shop during pandemic public restrictions...

The Curly hair light skinned girl was nice, but the dark skinned had an attitude problem. Messed up my whole mood. If I ever have to deal with her again, Ill just leave and never return. Neither will my family or friends. Because we are big on customer service, and in my profession I am always polite. She treat people like your her enemy and she act like she dont want to be there.

Inexpensive shoes. If you dont need a lot of support, they have fun sandals for women. Soles are very thin, so they will probably ladt only one season, but they are cheap, so you can buy several pairs. A lot at $19.99 or even less, since they have a lot of sales, too.

Service NUL!We went at the Store in Westfield, today (Wednesday 9th october) at 1pm. There was three sellers.... We were clearly disturbing them in their discussion. We came to buy one pair of Nike and one Vans but came out of the store with ZERO and went at Footlockers (185$) ! Don’t know their name and don’t want to know!! But these persons did not choose the right job!! Worst customer experience I’ve Ever had!

My go to spot!

I went over to this location because I needed to return a pair of shoes.I waited over 20 min. for a manager to come outside and meanwhile 4-5 diff. associates were reviewing the shoes I brought in. No one spoke or greeted me and continued to talk about the shoes I brought in. They assumed I wore the shoes and wanted to return them. Big mistake because I never wore the shoes. The customer service was too rude and the only perosn w/respect was a young woman w/Curly hair; Forgot her name. The store near Vermont and Imperial just lies becuase they say they dont accept returns and clearly do. I bought the shoes in Carson, their Customer Service was Awesome, however because I was given the run around, I will not be a returning customer.
