The items that I bought were great,but the lady with the teased blond hair had terrible customer service.I stood there for 2 whole minutes just waiting for her to acknowledge me.After I asked her if she could help me she walked away and didnt come back until she saw that I wanted to try something on and opened the fitting room door.I may go back but if today was any indication,it wont be too often.She sucked.

I’ve came here a handful of times in the past year, I like the mall. This store has a serious problem with employees on their phones, is there not a manager that can keep an eye on them? The girl that is supposed to be watching the line, to let people in, is so busy texting she doesn’t notice customers have exited the store. One young, male employee (and I’ve seen it on two occasions) walks around the store looking down at his screen. Very unprofessional, I’m surprised more people haven’t complained.

I love it here, the employees are super nice, helpful, and patient until you find the right shoe that fits you. Ive been to other places and didnt purchase from them because of their service. It is important to me, if im buying from them and giving them commission, then they should at least deserve it.

Went there 12/15/18 it was an all ladies staff someone by the name of (kaiya) tried to help me to say the least, three days prior of purchasing something with my receipt in had and item in perfect condition she refused to refund me !i felt like i was being indicted rather than being helped at that place she was very mean, inefficient,uncompromising, incapable, so i said to myself are they prejudice? at that store?its so sad for a chain i normally go to spend money i had to feel so unwelcome there at that particular/partial store!If i had the option Id give less than one star....never felt so embarrassed at a store.So i guess they dont need my business so i will not step a foot in that store again!

They had a pretty cool basketball for $25. Almost got it but I dont have a ball pump

This store is very unprofessional and are selling defective shoes and not assiting customers with returns. The Nike Air force 1 High top 07 LV8 cane apart in 90 days with just walking. The manager of the location was more into finding fault instead of fully review the defective shoe. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACR IS SPENT RHEOR HARD WORKING MONEY ON SHOES THAT ARE $150. TERIBBLE PLACE.

Bad business about hiring the last time I had called they was hiring and the manger never gave me a call or anything. When I had called today to check up on my application the manger said we are no longer hiring... I recommend dont go to that foot locker

Very unprofessional. no greet upon walk in. we werent even asked if we needed help AND the store wasnt even busy. they had two customers AND FOUR employees on the floor...........would not be returning. they arent even knowledgeable about their own products OR whats on the website.
