A better target than the one near me. Obviously went straight to the Halloween stuff . They had alot of cute stuff there !.

Found everything I needed. Used self checkout, much quicker. Team member during self checkout was very helpful. She not only helped me, she showed me how to use my wallet, was able to add the points I had. Time I shopped only two registers open, lines were quite long. Its a place to shop. Restrooms were cleaned also.

The customer service at this location(Culver City South) felt different. Everyone went above and beyond to be accommodating, helpful, patient, and welcoming! There was a general feeling of warmth, well-being, and concern. Edna in customer service stood out in particular. She is very polite, professional, patient, and kind. She went above and beyond to answer any questions regarding price matching, savings online, and or via the Target app. What customer wouldnt appreciate saving?!?! Im grateful to Edna and or any employee that helps us do that. Overall, customer service, and knowledge of the products are improving! They are making changes and you most certainly can feel it!

This target is pretty well stocked for its size but not as big as the Target up the street.This location however is much busier due to its location within the the mall. Parking isnt a hassle but buying a cart full of stuff can be challenging to unload if parking is not taking into consideration when arriving.

For the simple fact that shopping at Target means Ill acquire a clean and well organized store to visit with an easy check out system waiting for you.

Sometimes, one encounters an outstanding store associate. On this trip, I was standing in line when Victoria approached and offered to check me out at her portable station. Victoria was courteous, helpful and mad a very good impression. In the final analysis, my impression of your store sometimes depends on the employees. On this trip, Victoria was outstanding

Twas a great experience at this target. The Isles were clean and maintained and Best Yet the staff kept Lines Moving and the Checkers very efficient. And you have to love those Plexiglas protectors and the distancing; all in all a great experience. Make sure to tip your people especially during these times of covid on the front lines

If you can’t find what you’re looking for in this Target, it might not exist. This is a huge store. There is a good selection in all departments. It’s definitely one of those places where your shopping list becomes a suggestion, rather than a guideline. I challenge you to buy one thing here. I don’t think it’s possible to leave this Target with less than ten items, especially considering the dollar spot. It’s all the stuff you never knew you needed.

Rude customer service Dhalia - for no reason. I purchased two honest diaper boxes and should’ve received a $15 target card for doing so and she didn’t give me the card. She was pushy and said go talk to a manager about it, it didn’t come up on my computer. The thing that really bothered me was she gave the people in front of us the same $15 target card but they didn’t buy the promo. I know this because I listened to their overly loud conversation about drinking wine. Dhalia treats all customers unfairly. She knows it. I will never come back to any target or shop online thanks to her (AND YOUR PRICES ARE TOO HIGH)!

Dhalia has been beyond rude on multiple occasions. Tonight I picked up an alcohol bottle that should’ve had a secure security lock but didn’t, it came off as I was holding the bottleneck not only is this humiliating but also dangerous. If hadn’t caught the bottle glass would’ve went flying everywhere I could’ve been hurt and the customers around me as well from the glass impact had I not caught the bottle. I bring the security lock along with the bottle and I tell Dhalia and she was absolutely rude and didn’t even acknowledge what I said or ask me if I need a bag for the item I purchased. I finally ask for a Supervisor, I tell the Supervisor and she seemed uninterested as well. Clearly the only thing they were concerned about was the liquor bottle. They didn’t even apologize or even think about what could’ve happened if that bottle had fallen and glass would’ve flew everywhere

Store manager was very disrespectful and rude! The worst experience at Target and I have shopped at Target for years. I was at the self check out and buying the shea moisture curl and style milk and it kept ringing up the price of $11.19, but the price tag on the display aisle said $8.79. One of the target employees, Dominique was very helpful and offered to call the store manager, Queenie. The store manager showed up and was not helpful at all. She was very disrespectful. She made a comment to Dominique the young lady that was helping me that she knew it was 11.19 and the price wasnt 8.79 with a rude tone of voice and visibly upset even though its clearly advertised as 8.79. I told her I dont appreciate her attitude. She replied without any care: Im not talking to you. and walked away. While walking away she made a remark that stuff is expensive!  This is uncalled for. Complete disregard and disrespect to customers. And this is the face of Target? This is wrong on so many levels. This person should clearly not be in a position of management or even working in a customer-oriented industry. The lack of social etiquette, the audacity and ignorance from her part to insinuate Im lying about the price, insult my intelligence and not looking to walk over to the aisle where the item was located to verify is Unacceptable. I did not buy the item.

Target is my goto --- from groceries and home essentials for my family to decor and clothing, I can count on Target to have everything I need. The customer service I receive is so great so I never have to worry about my issues being resolved.

This stores does not have the pick up area easily designated, and I learned that they no longer allow drive-up. I called and spoke to one of the customer service representatives who apologized for the confusion and brought me the items from the store. Superb customer service in this visit!!

The staff was well organized, they were knowledgeable of where everything was, and they managed the new safety protocols very well. They were quick to help us, let us know where to go and which registers were open.

The in store pick up was fast and painless, even on Black Friday!

Target is a one stop shop. It has almost everything I need on my list everytime I go shopping. Its very helpful especially during these hard times when you dont necessarily want to go to multiple stores.

This isnt an employee problem because they were super nice and helpful. No this is a management thing I believe because the organization/labeling of products is trash.I tried to find swimming trunks and shirts and I could only find trunks. Even then it was among other shorts of different kinds. What was labeled was materials and such, but I dont care if a product is 80% recycled if I cant find out whether the freak its swim shorts or regular shorts.I never ended up getting a swim shirt because I just couldnt find anything. Guys its summer. But a big old sign that says in bright letters swimwear swimshirts or swim shorts. Athletic wear is too much of a catch all. I could be above a rack of assorted materials and brands. This isnt hard. $20 bucks graphic design $20 printing if you look around well. Im very disappointed with this experience.

There were maskless people right inside the door and close to where i was picking up my order. the two cashiers were right against each other with no social distancing from other customers. when i asked about that i was talked to very rudely by the cashier christina. she said it was because the other registers were broken. so i am supposed to get coivd because your cash registers are broken. i asked to speak to a manager gale who was even more rude. i then spoke to another manager kevin who was also unapologetic and rude. you need to retrain everyone i had contact with in your store. oh and even the security guard was rude. these people seem to have no idea what is going on and furthermore do not care for the safety of your customers. i tried to call your feedback line and waited on hold forever. your stores near me have really not been doing a good job with covid protocols in general but this was ridiculous. but instead of apologizing your employees are rude and downright hostile.

This store Culver city south had a tech guy Alexis who could transfer my phone to a new carrier. Sawtelle and Westwood did not have a tech guy so I walked out

Ive been here at most twice, but will most definitely be coming more often the employees were so nice and welcoming, I had a pick up order but also shopped around and they have great selections of everything and what I havent been able to find at other locations I found them all at this location.

I like this target better than the one that is closer to my house. Theres a wide selection of basically everything you might need. Prices are competitive. And the cashiers are always friendly. Theres been a couple of times when the lines are way too long, but they were moving quickly, and after a few minutes more registers opened. Also I like how this store is always clean.

Love Target. Their prices are already good and they also do price match. Use the Red Card to get additional 5% discount so you can get the lowest price anywhere if you also do price match! Recently was buying L.O.L Doll House for my daughter which is like $250. It was on sale at Walmart for $209, but was able to get price match here and used the Red Card for additional 5% off...great savings!

This store is poorly stocked shelves are empty not enough products went through several departments to buy things that I needed and there wasnt merchandise they were completely out...Asked for help from associates in area and several said it wasnt their department and just walked away Management is very rude Night manager was so unprofessional as were front end cashiers and your loss prevention security lack of training and education is lacking in your management they stand by the door in a circle taking and when I asked for the corporate phone number neither had any knowledge of knowing the number or name of district manager they definitely need to get professional training on customer relations and how to be a better manager I will definitely never shop in your store...😡

Very accommodating staff! Things are well stocked and organized. There is a self check out area which makes for a very efficient and expedient check out experience if you are only grabbing a couple of things.

Target saved the day for us today! On the verge of a panic situation with our dwindling toilet paper supply, I checked the Target website this morning and saw that they had some in stock. So I jumped in my car and headed over to the Culver City-South store. Lo and behold, there were still a few 6-roll packs of Cottonelle. Judging from some other shoppers carts, had I gone to Target instead of Smart & Final at 7:30 a.m. today, I would have walked away with one of the Charmin mega-roll packs (lesson learned for next time). I also picked up several other less urgent items, such as an 18-roll pack of paper towels and flushable wipes. Thanks to Target, were now in good shape should these uncertain times be prolonged (hopefully not!). Thank you, Target!

This target is a gift from god. they have an entire multicultural aisle dedicated to black / mixed hair instead of the usual ethnic section with like 90% of the products catering to mixed girls & the other 10% are relaxers. their service is great & the store is laid out perfectly- this is my new favorite target, no lie.

Target in malls are awesome. You see people chugging the red cart around and wonder... this isnt a sight you usually see in malls. Starbucks rounds out the place and they have their normal great selection. Definitely a staple of the mall as it caters to literally everyone.

I was unable to pick it up myself, so I put an alternative person to pick it up via the app. That person was able to pick it up no problem. My order was right.

This store is one of the Target stores I like. It is clean and staff are responsive and accomodating. Choices of products are increasing especially electronics, fresh goods and groceries. It has Starbucks store inside this Target store. This has a lot of parking spaces and it is free of charge. This is accessible to public transportation.

Went to the juice bar area. Three guys working. It was a little busy. Guys cant handle the heat I guess. Took 10 minutes for a shot juice and the way it was presented. Gross.Juice from their hands all over the cup.

Customer service was awful. I chose in store pick up because I was hoping for efficiency, a quick experience because I don’t have much free time and I was in the store a full 45 minutes waiting for the item to be brought to the front and for the carry out assistance to come to the customer service counter.

She completely shamed a little 5 year old Latina girl after she asked if she could help with something. Completely uncalled for, and completely racist ! This woman should be fired!

I went there to get a filter for my air purifier and the salesman was awful. The security was racially profiling. I was told to leave the store and go online so heres a bad review online. If I could give them negative stars I would. Its a shame since this was once a nice store. Oh well.

Really enjoy shopping at this particular Target. They usually have everything you need. Besides, very attractive ladies shop here. A positive thing.

All I can say is OMG!!!!It doesnt take a smart or nice person to work here. (the ones they have should be appreciated but there are very few) Seems they missed to look for good people like this during the interview process. Seems like its a very hard to say hi to a customer. They easily point to a number on a aisle or to another employee like the roadrunner. Dont expect much from this location, unless you know where items are and have patience.

It is definitely a convenience to have all items pre ordered and ready for pick up at Target Fox Hills and to discover that the online prices for some items are cheaper.

I only go to Target to get my Just brand foods like their cookie dough. Otherwise, its too easy to spend too much at Target because their marketing is so good. This is a cleaner Target than others in the area.

I went to Target to buy cleaning supplies and I bought some Clorox Comfort Choice cleaning gloves and by the time I got home ready to open them I noticed it was taped closed and I gave it to my mom and she opened it and the gloves were dirty and covered in something yellow. This is unsanitary and just down right disgusting.

I come here often! But today wow my cashier, Chris was extremely well trained! Very nice and sweet. If i had cash i wouldve tipped him thats how helpful he was. Give this boi a raise. the store was clean, but a few spills in the restroom and some on the carpet by the gym clothes. Everything was easy to find except everhthing in the clearance rack lol
