This store is pretty great, Ive noticed the staff at various cosmoprofs can be a bit hit/miss... some stores you might get ignored, some stores you might have someone helping you carry your items! This is a good one with mostly friendly staff, and if something is out of stock they are happy to call you when they get it back in!

I agree with the other customers. This store has the worst customer service. Especially the manager thats there during the week (Daytime). She is just not a happy person. Besides her unhappy attitude, she recommended the wrong product to me and instead of my hair removing the green after bleaching it turned brown again. Horrible!

I called first to see if they had a certain hair product. Not once did they say that I had to have a license to buy a shampoo and conditioner. They need to specify that over the phone

Couldnt even enjoy their selection because the blonde older woman working the front of the store was SO incredibly rude. Do not go to this location. First, I simply asked Do you guys sell Pravana? which received the reply of Nope. After picking out my items, I go to pay not realizing that you need to be a cosmetologist to shop here. Instead of just saying Im sorry, you need to have a license to shop here this rude peasant said You cant enter this store unless you are a cosmetologist. There is a sign on the door. You cant shop here. Ok, cool! Thats totally fine. Im sorry that you have brassy, fake-blonde hair, but maybe just pull the stick out of your ass next time. So sad.
