As a patient I needed my antibiotics and these techs are so incompetent. This pharmacy clearly does not care for their customers. I have been on the phone for more than 20 minutes just to see if my meds are in as I’m coming from a far distance. All they do is answer the phone and put people on hold automatically without ever asking why people are calling. Even if you’re busy you still need to answer the phone as customer service. I will definitely change to a more caring and profession group of people who really cater to their patients. I now see their low ratings and it doesn’t surprise me one bit. I would do a negative star if available

I am registered as a customer who wants to get notifications when my prescriptions are ready. Here lately that is not happening and this is not the first time. I had to call in my prescriptions again! I was told by the computer that my prescription would be ready by 5:40p. I waited for a confirmation that they were ready and never received one. So, I called the pharmacy and I spoke with the pharmacist to see when they would be ready and inquired as to whether I would be receiving a text message. She verified my phone number and said that I would be. I never received a text message and I need my prescriptions tonight! This is not the first time that I have had problems with this pharmacy. This is just the first time that I have reported it! HR, please look closer at your hiring practices because this lack of efficacy could result in a life or death outcome!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you.

How things change with new staff, this one mgr Mary, impatient and brusque, and lighting more severe than a police lockup. The person at the cashier stand says she is not a cashier, just sitting there. ??I In the past Ive taken the time to do their surveys and write to the company because of the friendly, helpful staff; large store with lots of merchandise. We miss mgr Kimberly.

This is my go-to pharmacy shop in the city! Their staff are just so accommodating, and if you ever have concerns about a certain drug or vitamins, they will really help you! It deserves praise from this drug store!

I was sent this location by my insurance to place and pick up my prescription. The prescription was supposed to be a 90 day supply. I registered to receive notifications on my phone for when it might be ready and to prepay so I could just pick it up. Once I got there I was only given one month. I asked why I was only given one month and they it was due to my insurance even after my insurance specifically told me to go here for covered 90 day prescriptions. She then told me there was nothing she could really do about it after “trying something on the computer”. She told me to wait so I could speak with the main pharmacist. I waited 15 minutes for her to arrive and once she did I just told her never mind and I will just take the month supply and talk to my insurance. I was then told I had to pay for it even though I already pre paid. They did not believe me until I provided proof and even after that they were skeptical and said that I didn’t even though I had the bank statement to prove it. In the end I was not refunded my money and I was not even my medicine which is something that I really need. They kept talking to each other talking about how much trouble they were going to be in and instead of taking accountability for messing up my medicine order they tried to blame it on me and me “not paying” and “ having one pharmacist try to adjust my medicine after I paid”. How was I supposed to know that I wouldn’t be getting the right dosage? When I was specially sent there because I was told I would get the correct dosage and supply at this location.

Ive been sick 1yr 5 mo. I still have not fully recovered. Every one in pharmacy have been wonderful. Ive had so .much medication.

This is actually the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.My first doctor sent them a prescription electronically at 11:30am. Then around 2:30pm my second doctor did the same.I get to the pharmacy around 7:30pm where a young lady tells me my insurance doesnt cover the second prescription and they never filled my first prescription. She adds that she cant do it now because a pharmacist isnt there but she should be back at 8pm. This is 8 hours later and my prescription wasnt filled?!However, she did say she faxed a form to my second doctor.Fast forward 5 days later. I call my second doctor, they said they never got the form.I call the pharmacy and speak to the same lady. She says shell call the second doctor.3 hours later I called my second doctor and they still havent received the form and the pharmacy never called them.I call the pharmacy again and a different woman immediately put me on hold indefinitely.How am I supposed to get my prescriptions?! They don’t do anything here!This is the absolute worst customer service experience Ive ever had. If the employees are this bad I can only imagine how the manager is.

They had what I needed at a good price, I was a greeted by a nice hello and liked the environment.

The two women that work behind the counter are incredibly slow and lack any basic communication skills. They will make you wait for hours for a simple prescription that was called in hours before they open. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Go to CVS. They need to change their pharmacy staff before I ever consider going here again.

Every time I go Into the Rite Aid on Jefferson and Sepulveda, I Get nothing but the worst customer service. The Cashier Indian Lady up at the front is so rude. She refused to give me a bag after my purchase, telling me I was supposed to tell her before my transaction. It’s not her job to ask me if I would like a bag. Some people really shouldn’t be in customer service if they don’t like people.

The woman who answered the phone at the pharmacy made up a lie so she wouldnt have to handle my refill

Thriftys Ice Cream is something me and my family have been doing for years way before it became Rite-Aid. Today around 8:15 pm I entered your store and asked the only cashier available for service and his reply was that it was “closed”, as it usually is, However when I asked why? The cashier who identified himself as the “Store Manager” advises me in the rudest way possible well if u want to wait you can cause he’s on lunch! Referring to the ice cream guy. I then asked for how long was it going to be closed so i could know how long I had to wait and he replied he dosent know. I proceeded to ask him for the Store Manager and he said he was the Store Manager and claimed his name was David. I was just appalled at how rude and in such a condescending voice I was addressed. I will not go here again and tell all my friends not to visit as well. Culver City is a small community and I’m confident the word will spread at how horrible you treat your customers.

Service sucks been standing at drop off for 20 minutes and the pharmacist have seen me but didnt say a word a give me a minute would be fine, i hope they can fill my prescription.

Just left 5 minutes ago. They closed the ice cream because they were short on staff. Walked down the aisle and saw workers. Walter who is usually the ice cream server was very rude and disrespectful. I left and went to Baskin Robbins. It was clean and servers were pleasant

Worst pharmacy ever. The person in front of me was told she has to come back in 50 mins for her prescription. For me, they wouldnt give me my refills because they had no pharmacist. Dont call yourself open for business if youre not going to have a pharmacist!

I was waiting to get ice cream, before half the line formed and was unable to get ice cream because of ineffective staffing at this location..this is not the first time this has happened..its not rocket science
