All the products Ive purchased from Pacific Coast Sleep have been affordably priced and of good quality. And when Ive needed a product quickly, Tim hears my concern and gets the product to me on time in a matter of days.As a property owner, whos income is dependent on a very competitive vacation rental market, finding the right mattress and pillows that meets the needs of a variety of persons can be challenging. Yet, Ive had so much positive feedback that I feel confident in my choice. Lastly, I know at least one guest contacted Tim and ordered pillows.

Tim is one of the absolute best people to work with out there. I have ordered MLILY mattresses from him two times and they have been amazing (By far the best sleep I have ever had!). He guided me in the process flawlessly and could not have made the process any easier. The first time I worked with Tim, he was able to send the mattress out to New York City and the shipping process was very easy...he sent the mattress in a box and it was delivered to my apartment building no problem. The second time the mattress was delivered to my house in Denver...he shipped it there no problem and it arrived in just a few days, again in a box (tightly wrapped) so it was very easy to move to my bedroom.I will recommend working with Tim to all my friends and family. He is simply the best!

So glad we stumbled upon this local shop, great customer service! We just moved to the area and needed a new bed. The shop is small but everything was good quality and we found a mattress we loved at a very reasonable price. Tim provided above and beyond customer service and was very knowledgeable about his products. He delivered the mattress in just 2 days and even sent a thoughtful follow-up message welcoming us to the neighborhood. The mattress is actually as comfortable as it felt when we tried it in store and we love it so far. 10/10 would recommend if youre in the market for a new mattress. Dont let the unassuming store front scare you away.

Tim was able to meet me in the evening which was very convenient. I ordered a full futon (which I’m on now as I write this). It was made on order and ready in 3 days (over Labor Day weekend). It’s the perfect size and very comfortable. I really appreciate Tim being so flexible and friendly. Long Live Futon Stores!10 months later: Still great. Its broken in a bit. I flip the futon every couple of weeks. Still the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept on. (Though, I slept on the couch before, so, theres that.)

As a first-time mattress shopper, I am extremely glad that I came across Tims showroom! What it lacks in quantity (when compared to larger storefronts), it makes up for exceedingly well in quality and value. While doing my research on local and online mattress stores, I found Pacific Coast Sleep and was particularly impressed with the two high-end MLILY mattresses in the showroom. However, I ended up purchasing a mattress online with a 100-night free trial period for a basis of comparison. About a month into the trial, I decided to return that mattress and go for the MLILY Serenity+ that I had previously tried in the showroom. To top it all off, Tim cut me a deal that saved me an immense amount of money versus the MSRP (in the thousands!). If youre in the market for a mattress, definitely give Pacific Coast Sleep a visit!

Tim is the futon and mattress salesman we use for our company and he always goes above and beyond to service our properties. He is kind and honest and there whenever we need him. Even our home mattresses were purchased by him and we couldn’t be happier!

I guess Tim must be the owner. A business owner he is NOT! He did try to help me by phone. That I will give him. But when my GF called him, she did not know I had already spoken to him She was trying to help me out with a futon mattress on her own. He was rude, said some very ignorant statements and hung up on her. From one business owner to another, let me leave you with business advice 101: don’t treat future customers like DIRT!!!

Tim at Pacific Coast Sleep is amazing. He really listened to our needs when jeff and I purchased our Cal King Fusion mattress. Because Tim went above and beyond for us, we decided to buy a full and a twin size fusion mattress’ for our guest room. The pillows are amazing too!Now that I have my Fusion mattress I sleep better than I ever have before. My sister has fallen in love with it and takes a nap every time she visits.My mother-in-love was visiting a few weeks ago and we gave the bed up for her to sleep in while she was visiting. She woke up the next morning and told us she slept so good.Tim was attentive and was just awesome. I highly recommend him for all your mattress needs. You will not be disappointed...trust me.I have never had an issue getting ahold of Tim. A Diamond in the rough. Great little store has 5 Star quality beds at very low prices. Also has futons, waterbeds and supplies, underbed storage systems, bedding, and First Class service.

The website says call or come in to our showroom so we called, no answer. Website also advertises their hours to be 9am - 9pm Saturday, so we went to the showroom. The doors locked and theres a handwritten note on a business card taped to the inside of the window that says by appointment only. Call first. Please update the information advertised on your website.
