I came in the store already knowing exactly what I wanted all I needed to do was lay on the mattress to double check it was what I was looking for. It wasn’t available in my local store so I was just going to order it online. MARC was extremely pleasant, very helpful, and provided the same offer and service as I would have been purchasing online. He didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t come in for, and I think he did a fantastic job of reading the situation and knowing that I wanted to be in and out quickly and I knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t want. That is exactly what I look for when I am shopping. Since I can purchase online and not be pressured to buy things I don’t want or need, I tend not to go into stores. I could not have been happier with the experience with Marc.

Went to find a new bed for my father in law and this store has it all ! Knowledgeable staff, Leo and Angel were helpful and patient during the entire process. My husband and I went into Mattress Firm on Harbor Blvd. in Costa Mesa. I have several issues with sleeping and need help with information on the different types of beds. Angel was our sales rep and he was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable in the types of mattresses and how they would help me with my issues. The store got quite busy and Angel was there alone. He was very patient as we made our decisions over the course of a few weeks, testing out options for different family members. I would give them 5 stars because the salesmen were awesome, but my wife still doesnt have her pillow which we ordered 2 weeks ago and they wont let us return the mattress cover. The mattress cover doesnt breathe and I woke up 3 nights in a row sweating profusely until my wife figured out it was probably the mattress cover. We took it off the next night and problem solved. Now we are out $80 for a mattress cover thats going in the trash.
