We went in not knowing left from right of mattresses. Jessy was quick with acknowledging we were there while he had another client. He spent some time educating us about different mattresses for neck and back support. I came out knowing which type of mattress Ill be getting - Tempurpedic. The great thing is that he shared they do shipping with that company to our home thatll be in Texas! He was eager to get us the best deal and was overall a great guy! We will be searching to buy from him once our home is ready for it!!! Great people at this business.

Jason Stax Cleland went above and beyond for me. I wandered into to the Newport location looking for a spare mattress bag that I could use when moving. Stax greeted me and treated me like I was a buying customer and did all he could to find a bag for me. Unfortunately they didnt have one but he gave me his card and told me that he would make sure to get one in for me. After about a week of updates he called me to let me know that hed had one delivered and that I could come down anytime to pick it up at no cost. Good customer service and kind people are rare to find and Stax went the extra mile for me and I wasnt even a customer. Thanks Stax!

They have free delivery but when they came, they didnt have tools to install the bed frame correctly, so they left the bolts loose. Tipped them non the less.
