Great selection, decent show room. Initially everyone asked if help was needed, the minute we went to browse outside we were forgotten. 30 minutes later, we decided to check out another dealer.

Look, Im a diehard when it comes to Audi/ Porsche/ VW and we will always own one, but VW-CC kinda just keeps pissing me off and i am not getting my oil changed there again... Maybe its them, maybe its me, but when you tell me to drop in for 30 minute service and then, i sit for almost 2 hours now, well, we are not on the same page. San Antonio, see you next time. Im kinda sad to say that, CC is where our Jetta lives too and it deserves a better service department

My car is less than one year old and its been in the shop 3 times already. Once they kept my car for a week just to change some seals to the AC. Service here is very slow. Now they want me to pay $50 for a plastic cap that came off the bumper. Wheres my warranty???
