I bought the car online from Corpus Christi to Plano. I recieved the car some issues. After that i found really difficult to find solution to my concerns. I bought the car for 2 reasonsa. It is Certified Pre ownedb. AUTONATION Brand.It is been 2 weeks and am still waiting to resolve my issues. I just wish the issues are told to me before they sold the car to me.Issues are1. Certified Pre owned vehicles came with Single Key instead of 2 keys which is not notified to me before ( Toyota CPO vehicle comes with 2 keys as per Toyota website )2. I need to slam the trunk door to close, it doesnt close when i do it gently.3. Windshield have 1 crack and 1 chip when i recieved the Car.4. Carpet is cutoff which i didnt expect in Toyota certified Car. Have attached the pictures.These issues are not notified to me before i bought this online.I raised the concerns but didnt get any actions against these problem. I just hope to resolve this Problem.I have been trying to resolve this with Autonation Corpus Christi for the past 2 months but still not able to resolve this. Can the senior manager reach out to me on this as am not able to get a proper response from Hunter from whom i bought this car.

Horrible. Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had. There was multiple miscommunication, lack of follow up and then at the end of it all the sales representative suggested that the car I can to see was sold and that it was probably a good thing it was sold because something must have been wrong with it since it was at the lot for over a week. I hope this is more of a reflection of the people and store management and not necessarily of the company but I am having my doubts.

Bought a van cash from this place in March and check engine light turned on not even 4 days after I bought i called them took it back mind you the code that came up was open torque converter sensor and supposedly was just low on transmission fluid this van is driven maybe 20 miles a day went to San Antonio With the family and transmission gave out so this is where out first road trip took us thank God for carshield warranty needless to I will never do business again with them in my life

Looking for a used car in Corpus Christi? Dont waste your time here! Extremely poor communication with customers. Tried to buy a used vehicle from this place for 6 to 8 weeks and constantly had to text and call to get updates. Had money to put down, have excellent credit, had a vehicle to trade in, and came in to sign for the car. It was not ready! Nothing was! Cole had no idea about our trade in and they had not properly processed an application. My husband complained to the sales manager, Travis, weeks prior about our grivences, and he guaranteed that we would be taken care of. He lied. The incompetence, laziness, and lack of customer service caused us to walk out. The incompetence at this store is vast and very disappointing.

I went over to autonation not too sure on which vehicle would be the perfect fit but Jalen hardy is the guy to ask for! He helped me while making the experience very pleasurable. I’m now riding in style with my Ford Fusion 🤪

I went in on a Saturday looking for a vehicle and found one that was in my price range and something that would help me establish credit being a first time buyer. Mack was passed on to help us due to our original guy having a family emergency. I loved the vehicle we saw and filled out an app and was willing to put 3k down. Due to banks being closed I was told I would receive a call back Monday to go over the details on what would be needed while he ran me through the finance. Monday came I received no call whatsoever so I decided to call thinking he got busy and must have forgot. I was told Mack had just finished with customers and I would receive a call back later on. My work schedule interfered with being able to go in so I called to make sure I went in with everything he would be needing and did not receive a call back, I called everyday after and didn’t hear back at all. I checked my credit report and saw that they never ran my credit for financing options so they wasted my time sitting there for nothing. If they were unable to work with me or the car was purchased a courtesy call would have been nice, not just completely ignore me and give me the run around I would have loved too look at something else. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s seems like if you’re an inconvenience to them they will ignore you and won’t work with you. I was bummed to see the car was sold but went to Mike Shaw Kia and received actual help and left with a vehicle the same day.

I called Autonation regarding the warranty on a vehicle we purchased. The female on the phone was not helpful and also did not attempt to look into my issue further. She basically told me we had no warranty not even knowing the exact mileage on my vehicle. I went into Autonation on Saturday to have my vehicle serviced. Michael Abrego went above and beyond my expectations. Going in already having dealt with a horrible customer service rep, I was hesitant. We purchased a 2017 Ram truck in May 2021. We also purchased an extended warranty.In my lifetime, I have owned multiple new and used vehicles and I have to say that this dealership has the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.I’ve made multiple calls and sent emails to this dealership and to their customer service hotline and they do not respond, reply or return calls.The warranty is worthless! We had to pay over 400$ for repairs that the dealership should have fixed before delivering our vehicle (warranty denied payment) I called to cancel my warranty and I was told by Patrick in financing that he would email the required forms to cancel the policy. Well, it’s a month later and I have yet to receive said paperwork.Unfortunately, we live in the RGV so driving there is a hardship for us.Our temporary license plates expire in 2 days I’ve requested they mail them to us and I’ve received no response.We will never purchase from Autonation again. I thought purchasing a vehicle from such a large dealership equated to great service.. boy was I wrongBuyer beware!
