Setting up the service with an advisor or online is a must. It speeds up the process. Once there I was greeted by Chris whom was very helpful and looked like he was multitasking while doing so. I had several things worked on my vehicle. I arrived at 10:30 am and my vehicle was being pulled in to the service bay by 10:50. We used their shuttle service and the driver was very friendly. My vehicle was done by 3:30pm not bad considering I had the Oil changed, transmission flush, Coolant flushed, tires rotated, brakes checked and the wipers replaced. All in all satisfied with every ones help.

Called about a recall notice. I was told they would have to order the part and theyd call me when they got it. They never called. Months later, I received an email asking how I liked my service that I never received. I called to ask about the email and recall. When I finally got through to talk to someone, they gave me the run around and said theyd call me back. They never called back. I called again the following week. They said they dont have my email on file and had no record of me waiting for a part

A year ago I bought a pre-owned F150 Limited Ford truck from Autonation Ford. My salesperson was Cole (who is now the finance manager.). Due to our great experience with Cole, we called him again when my wife was ready to buy another vehicle. Cole referred us to Mason, one of his hand picked salesmen, and we experienced another great auto purchase. Cole assisted at the finance stage, and my wife now has a great Buick Enclave w/under 20k miles. Auto purchases can be such a hassle, but Autonation Ford makes it an easy and pleasant experience.

I have been going here for 7 years and never had any issues with service here. Vincent is my Service Representative, he gets me results, when I have had problems with my truck. And when there was a recall on my car, it was taken care of with professionalism. They didnt nickel and dime me, solved my trucks issues within a day. Wasnt very happy my wife dropped off vehicle for the first service which we where told was going to be complementary and it wasnt. We where told when sighing paperwork that since we didnt want to purchase the service package for the vehicle that we would get the first one free and then could decide if we wanted to add later. Well the first service was to include the oil change and tire rotation and vehicle inspection. My wife dropped the truck off at scheduled time 7:30 and by 9:00 the truck was ready. She gets there and had to pay for the oil change and vehicle inspection and the tire rotation was not done. Questioned why she had to pay and was told no notes or arrangements had been made for the complementary service. Try to call to discuss nothing but voicemail and being left on hold. When I first called the service advisor she confirmed the appointment and what was to be done but didnt inform me of fees I didnt ask cause of the assumption it was complimentary. Hope when I take the truck back for some warranty work I dont have to pay for that. It would be nice to have been told when the truck was first dropped off what exactly was going to be done and told at drop off there is a fee to be payed after service.

I paid for a full tuneup, had my own parts was quoted around $400.00 with there parts and labor. I also was talked into getting some type of flush which I did that cost another$200 plus dollars. The service guy I talked to said I would get some discount for using my own parts. I also asked them to check why my truck wasnt using its 4x4 drive. I get a call to come pick up my truck and now I got a $750 bill with them using my parts and no discount. They didnt even find out why my truck wasnt using its 4x4. I will say my truck now is running better than before but I would never bring my truck to them again. Something wrong with what they did with my charges.

I was not planning on buying a vehicle that day and just wanted to see the Expedition they had. I recently vacation in Corpus Christi Texas with about 23 members of my family. I got a notification on my car that my oil needed changing. I found the nearest Ford dealership which happened to be AutoNation. They dont take walk-in, so I made an appointment for the next day. Everyone was very nice and respectful, but I had no ideal that it would take almost 3 hours for an oil change. I was told about an hour and a 1/2 but 3 hours.Other than that everything went well. We all made it home safely and without any engine problem. Thank you AutoNation, but please work on the timing.

CHRIS I FOUND THE SCHEDULER! She actually sits 15 ft to your right and today she was wearing a tan sweater. Called at 0920 about needing to bring my F350 in due to a warning light at 16,200 miles for a steering problem. Chris told me he would talk to the scheduler and call me back. I took off work, changed out of my military uniform, and went in person to AutoNation at 3:10PM and another service agent pointed me to the scheduler were I was able to get my answer (next available appointment on Oct.25), no need to call me back Chris. If it wasnt for the outstanding parts department this would be a 1-star review.

I was very unhappy with the service I received at Auto Nation Ford. When I got there to pick up my car, Alicia was unfriendly and annoyed I asked her for Dimintrio and she acted like I was bothering her. Not good customer service. Dimintrio took forever to get there and once he got to the the office he started talking to another customer instead of talking to me (I was next) & totally ignored me, left with the customer that got there after I did. His customer service skills were worse. After being ignored by Dimintrio I had to ask someone there to check me out so I could get out of there. And Alicia checked me out but she was not happy about it. So it was a bad experience all the way around. Find someone where else to service your car. Cause at Auto nation you will get ignored and you will get attitude. When your just there to pick up your car.

Actually had a good experience with my recent repair. I was dreading the process of taking it to a dealer but it turned out to be pretty easy. I went online, made the appointment, got a call confirming my appointment, dropped off the truck and Chris processed it. Chris kept me updated via text and always replied when I asked a question. Got a text saying it was ready so I picked it up. So far so good with the repair.

Auto Nation Ford did a great job with my Expedition! I was having problems with front and rear AC systems, along with an unknown issue causing a vibration at slow speeds. They diagnosed all 3 problems correctly and fixed the issues, worked with my warranty company to get the claims paid, and kept in communication with me throughout the entire process. Plus they finished everything so quickly that I didnt even need to get a rental. Many thanks to Dmitri and the service team at Auto Nation - you guys are the best!

Though somewhat accommodating, the truck was smelly, dirty, roof leaked water, tailgate didnt work. Tailgate and leak was fixed free, I still had to clean it up after, and though I brought my truck in spotless, I got it back dirty. This is my 2nd autonation purchase, and received no treatment to reflect such a history. My trade in was worth $1500, less than what other dealers were going to give me, and my finance rate is 20%!!!!! Though Im only financing less than $17000, the cost to finance this is over $20000 making this a $38000 truck with a sticker price of $18999. Ive spent the last 3 hours Cleaning the seats and ceiling, Im now going back out to get the dog hair that is somehow bonded with dash.The cherry on top was the delivery gentleman, who was a retired officer which thought it was his duty to almost stop the sale due to his bad memory. I think he forgot hes not a cop, or the salesman, hes a driver. He felt obligated to call dealership with his assessment of my cars condition and almost end the sale.I was also told that there was 7 days to cancel sale, I was then informed after day 6 its a 5 day cancelation period. Garbage.Bottom line is it couldve been better.

I was very disappointed in the service I received. First, the young girl Brandy who assisted me when i arrived, did not introduce herself. She asked me for my contact information but called husband instead to discuss next steps. Not that its a problem, but why ask me for my contact information when you had no intention to call me. Second, when I arrived to pick up by car, the young man Dimitrio that called me about my car being ready, was not at his workstation. When I asked for him, I was told that he was outside with a manager. I did express that I was there to pick up my car. I stood there and waited for at least 15 minutes with other associates walking in an out and still no one helped me. When Dimitrio finally walked into the building, no one told him that I was waiting on him. I then waited what seemed like another 15 minutes when finally an older gentleman asked Chris what I needed. That was when Chris decided to get my paperwork and get me checked out. Had Chris done that in the first place I would not have had to wait the time that I did. I take my car to Ford because they are supposed to be the best with Ford cars. I ended up having to buy a new tire and what a disappointment when I got in my car and noticed that the new tire was the only one that had the correct tire pressure. You would think that maybe the technician would make sure that all 4 tires had the correct tire pressure. Very upsetting.

We bought a car for my son to go to school. Literally a couple weeks later the motor was done for. Single parent, just getting through covid, giving him all my money for a car we contacted them. That was 4 months ago. After the first month they offered to help get him into another car and now 3 months later he’s unable to go to school, he lost his job due to no vehicle and they no longer reply or return calls: DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I am recommending AutoNation Ford in Corpus Christi for being very professional. I was visiting Corpus Cristi with my wife soon after getting married. On the second day our car a Ford Mustang started to behave strange by not being able to be driven uphill and not responding well to increased pressure on the accelerator. We where planing to drive back to Houston the next day so the situation was very stressful. After calling AutoNation Ford. I got an appointment the same day and the problem was identified and fixed by a highly skilled service technician. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with AutoNation Ford. From the initial phone call I made to them inquiring about their inventory/scheduling an appointment, to talk in the door, everyone was so friendly. David was our salesman, and he was so helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Joshua in financing was thorough and quick as well. The entire process and purchase was seamless. In purchasing my car I wanted to save myself the hassle of going into a car lot and staying there all day. The process of financing picking out a car and just dealing with all of the long process. With AutoNation Ford I was able to work with a good representative that made it easy and affordable for me. My maximum time in the office was about 1 1/2. Pretty awesome! Exactly what I was looking for. I’m very satisfied with my vehicle and the service. The store itself has friendly employees, it was very clean and they work really hard on trying to keep their customers 100% satisfied! My recall was repaired in a timely manner however… The technician that was working on my vehicle broke the plastic panel that houses the driver side seat adjustment control switches and failed to say anything. I was told by a manager that they will order a replacement part so until the part arrives I will give a one star review.

As always Cole is the best. He is the only reason I continue to go back every time to Auto Nation Ford for my vehicles. He is literally like family. Todd was great and very helpful I really appreciated his willingness to be so accommodating given all th craziness right now.As far as the finance department, I can’t speak as highly of them. They really didn’t have it together. And caused issues for me. They did make it right after I had to call them and insist on it but it never should have happened in the first place. And I wasn’t the only one it happened to. The same issue happened to my father who also had traded a vehicle a few days after I did and he had to go through the same process.

Awful experience. I requested basic auto maintenance (oil change, which I supplied the Royal Purple oil, air and oil filter), rotation and balance tires (I was told the tires were not taken off the vehicle because I needed a special key?; which I found out was a socket, and I requested a GPS map update if it was possible. This cost me $174.48. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m., I had my vehicle there at 8:00 a.m. I sat there all day and finally got my vehicle after 4:00 p.m. Remember, I was told the tires were not taken off but they did balance the tires on the vehicle; you can’t balance tires while they are on the vehicle! After I brought it home, I tried to use the GPS, it was not working. I’m getting ready to go on a long trip, I need my GPS. I took my vehicle back yesterday (my appointment was for today at 7:30 a.m.and told them I wanted the work done that I had paid for, alignment and tires balanced and I want my GPS to work. I received a call yesterday afternoon and was told I needed a new tire; another $150.00 approximately. The tires are about two years old. I’m 69 years old, the only place I generally drive is doctors appointments, grocery store, and picking up grandkids up from school. I do have a warranty with a $100.00 deductible. I am very tired of wasting my time with a dealership that I believe is ripping me off and doesn’t even have a socket set to take off tires for vehicle’s they sell.

Charlie Lewis, my service advisor, provided excellent service. He explained everything accurately, and he was very professional. Although the technician had to remove the entire dashboard to replace the part, no one would know he had been in the vehicle. The cost of the repair was quite reasonable, too. I am beyond pleased. I would not hesitate to take my car back to AutoNation Ford. Great job, all!

Had truck towed in for recall work on the brakes on a Tuesday. Was told they ordered the parts and they would be in Wednesday morning and they would get it finished by closing. Called on Thursday only to be told my service writer was off. Called Friday and was told the writer had quit. The service manager left me a message Friday the parts should be in that afternoon and they would get it done by close Saturday. I finally got my truck Monday afternoon. With the exception of the one message from the manager I got no communication from them unless I called myself. I understand things happen but would expect communication when there is delays. Very poor customer service.

Good initially but poor follow through. I drove from out of town 172 miles to get my Mustang convertible. The car and financing were ready as promised and the process was pretty quick and efficient without any games.The car was certified and I was promised a second key. I requested they mail it to me and I would get it programed locally. After I contacted them twice and was told it was ordered I called their parts dept and was told they had the key in stock. I called my sales person and told her the good news that the key was in stock and was told it would be mailed out. Over 2 weeks later no key and license plates were about to expire so I called again and told her I would drive down to get my plates and expected my 2nd key and was told that would work.They did have my plates and I did get the second key as promised but I had to really pull it out of them and had to spend my day off driving to Corpus and back.Additionally, I wanted a wrap warranty that upgraded my powertrain warranty to bumper to bumper and the finance guy sold me their Autonation warranty not the manufacturer warranty I wanted. This is partially on me as I was in a hurry to start back home. But I did not get any paperwork on my warranty, again on me, I should have been more diligent. I called later and got the finance manager where he explained it was an Autonation warranty not a Ford warranty. I requested he email me some sort of documentation of what I purchased but as of yet (weeks later) nada....So in summary; they basically provided an easy purchase process but I felt the moment I left they wouldnt do anything promised unless I showed up at their front door and held them accountable and the finance guy pushed a warranty on me without proper explanation of what was being offered.

I appreciated the service department emailing me a picture of my staff ID card that was left in the truck. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing I can think of. We have been loyal customers and always buy new FORD vehicles so that we do not experience used car problems. However, this dealerships lack of care goes beyond my imagination. We broke down while on vacation, towing our camper. We were immediately told that our camper would not be able to be stored, they do not provide a loaner vehicle, and we would have to arrange our own transportation. We paid for storage for our camper, had our son drive the 3 hours to come to get us, and arranged our own transportation for the duration of the repair. We were then told, day after day, for a week and a half, that our truck needed to be put on the lift so that they could diagnose it. The service advisor told me that they only have one lift and that we had to wait our turn. Keep in mind that we are paying for camper storage and have arranged our own transportation. After two weeks, the service advisor stated that enterprise didnt have any vehicles after I called and asked to speak to a manager to arrange transportation because the repairs were taking too long. I found it interesting how we went from we dont provide to they are all out of vehicles. We were repeatedly told that we would get an update by the end of the day, that our truck would be next on the lift, etc... Updates were provided on days I called more than twice and things were getting so desperate that I called roadside assistance to arrange transportation to another dealership. We did receive an update prior to finalizing the transfer with roadside assistance and our truck was finally fixed and ready for pickup on 4/5/21. Please keep in mind that it was placed on the dealership lot on 3/20/21. In all fairness, the dealership was closed by the time roadside assistance was able to have the truck towed (we were waiting since 10 am and did not arrive until after 5 pm). Things were not handled in a professional way and this is not what we are accustom to when bringing our vehicles to FORD. We are very disappointed and would highly recommend that others have their vehicles towed to another dealership, regardless of the price, because this level of disregard for customers is downright negligent. Just to help with perspective, our F250 is new and had 6500 miles on it. That is 65 hundred miles! We did not expect to have any issues, let alone be treated so poorly during the process of fixing the issue! We were treated as if we were an inconvenience.

My family had been looking around for a new or used vehicle. We were in no hurry to purchase. We want to figure out what fit our needs. At other locations we got the usual push with not much listening to our needs. We meet David Quisenberry. He listened to what we needed, identified the features we needed and features that were not necessary. Then, based on what we told him, he showed us the near perfect vehicle. We almost found our car. He then went to work to hunt down exactly what we needed. Had it shipped to the dealership. Helped us through the buying process, respecting our budget. No surprises, there were extras, but we knew far in advance and we got only what we wanted. The end of financing, we paid exactly what we thought we would. That was a welcomed first. But then... he allowed my husband and son to test drive the Mustang Mach E. The most amazing mindblowing experience. We will be buying one once the kids are in college from David.

I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time to have them repair a oil leak I had on a 2017 F-250 Lariat that they had already worked on 6 months prior to this appointment, so when I brought the truck in, they called me after TWO FULL DAYS of it being there to inform me that they hadnt started on my truck yet. They ended up keeping my truck for 9 days before they could finish the repair, this is after receiving parts before I dropped my truck off. I am hoping and praying that this will be the long term fix for my vehicle but I am definitely not holding my breath. I dont understand what the point of making an appointment is if they takes days to start work on your vehicle. That being said, I wouldnt recommend them for service.

Service Department requires appointments for oil changes or any type of work. Im used to same day service, not appointments 3 days away for an oil change. UPDATE: Per Owner response, I called and left message for GM to call me. No reply after a week. However, when service was performed the Service Manager (Charles) was excellent. He took the time to understand my problem, and went to great lengths to investigate. He also clearly communicated the cost of an oil change prior to the work being done. I will definitely return, but next time allow for enough lead time to schedule an appointment.

When we told the sales associate Todd The price range and what we can do for a down payment, he said he knows the perfect car. We had no way to get there, so he picked my husband and myself up and we took our 1st test drive. Todd found exactly what we needed and could afford. He really knows the inventory and was perfesional during the process, but still very friendly guy. Overall my husband and I are pleased with the whole process and with everyone at the dealership.

She is friendly and very professional and keeps me up dated on the progress of repairs on my vehicle. I dealt with this Ford dealership since 1975. I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday and they said they couldn’t get to me till the following Monday for an oil change. I am out of town a lot as I am a truck driver and I couldn’t wait that long. I was kind of disappointed at that time. So I went on line and they set me up the very next day. Not sure why this happened. Anyway I went down and dropped it off for my oil change and a tire repair. The fella who helped me this time was wonderful. He looked at the tires and felt that that it should be replaced completely. This was all done rather quickly this time and I was surprised. It usually takes a full day just for them to change the oil . Anyway..long to short of it..they finally did a great job and earned the 5 ⭐️ rating this time. Only took two years ..lol. Made an appointment (730am) through the ford app... arrived on time. left my vehicle for recall work. At End of the day, they didnt even know where my vehicle was there let alone, why it was there. Had I not gone by Id be without a vehicle! The manager tried to make it right and he called me back the following days to make it right. That was fantastic!Thank you for that.

First off,. we made an appointment for services for our vehicle. We had an appointment on a Monday. We made sure when we made the appointment, we told them EXACTLY what it needed so it could be done quickly. We did not receive our vehicle back until THURSDAY!!! And we had to call and ask how it was going. We were never offered a loaner. All the car needed was an oil change and the sunroof drain being cleared out. Does that really take 4 days? I dont think so. And then they charged $450 for that and they insisted that the brakes needed flushed so they could get more money out of us. I should have been charging them $50 a day for having my car. I cant wait until our warranty with them is out so we can take it somewhere else!!!

I am extremely disappointed to learn the warranty coverages sold to me were at a significantly higher price than l needed to pay. I would NEVER treat one of my customers this way. This is the exact reason why car dealerships have the reputation they have. The price should be the price, not what you can get away with. The salesman was very nice and helpful. It was the way l was scammed on the warranty coverages that l object to.

I really enjoyed the Advisor but found that the mechanic did not reinstall all of the pieces back under the truck like I had brought it to them. When I asked where it was the mechanic said It must have fallen out and they found it. Found that odd seeing as how it had been there for 64,000 miles without falling out. Also found that the mechanics were quite sloppy and did not clean any of the brake fluid that squirted everywhere in the engine bay. I understand that things can make a mess but the least you can do is return the truck like it was brought to you if not better.

Was scheduled for a 9:00 AM appointment. Arrived and checked in on time. Was told there was a backlog of work to get out of the way before anyone would get to my vehicle. After 5 hours of waiting and no word on the delay, I checked in with the service department and was informed that no one had even looked at the vehicle yet and that it would likely be later in the day before anyone would. I was also told, probable no work on it would be done until the next day, so I should leave it. I did not leave it and just left the dealership. If there was that large a backlog of work, why schedule me at all until the backlog was caught up. I wasted half a day at the dealership and still do not have the repairs on my vehicle completed.

Buyer beware. Son bought a vehicle from here and has had to put over $6,000 in repairs in the first 90 days after purchase. Tried to give them a chance to do the right thing but it was obvious they could give a rats butt. Im a veteran and my son is active duty. Stay away brother and sisters.

Amazing! Dimitrio stayed on top of everything! He truely listened to my issues and addressed them. In an industry that sometimes tries to take advantage of a woman’s lack of knowledge on the subject, it was nice to work with someone who wasn’t trying to take advantage of the situation. If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a new Expedition Jan 1st. It had a horrible vibration and a rattle in the dash so we took it back and got another one to drive for the time being. They had it for several days and I finally called to see if it was ready. It was so, my husband went to look at it and all of the wheels were severely scratched so he left it there. Another week went by and they did not have the wheels. I picked it up and was going to take it back to get the new wheels. No call. I finally called and complained they said they would get them on there. They put wheels on there and still had not addressed the rattle in the dash. It is still there now. They will not put me in a different vehicle and I am coming up on 28 days since the date of purchase. Service department is terrible. I had to call for updates as no one bothered to call me on their own. They sold me a vehicle that clearly needed a lot of work done on it. Shady and horrible way of doing business.

Brought my Ford F-150 in for 30,000 mile maintenance work which I had scheduled via Ford Pass App. Upon reporting they could not find my name on the days appointments. The service advisor said they had been having some difficulties with appointments done on the app but they would take care of me. The handled the recommended maintenance and my vehicle was ready an hour after I arrived. I normally get my work done in Minnesota where I live except for winter and had received confirmation of my appointment so I called my normal Ford dealer and found that they had me scheduled at their facility that day. I notified my service advisor that I figured out why I wasn’t on his schedule for the day and informed him of the app mistake. I thanked him again for getting me in and handling my maintenance so quickly. Outstanding team at AutoNation Ford in Corpus Christi, Texas. Thanks again.

Horrible service. Got my car at the end of January and still haven’t got my plates. About to go in and get a new set of PAPER plates for the 3rd time. Every time I call there’s a different excuse, nobody knows what they’re doing. First it was the paperwork, then it was a missing inspection, do not recommend at all.

Took in my truck that I bought in December that was a Certified Preowned. I was told at the time I bought it it had a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty. I was told my problem was not covered. When I started questioning this I had the misfortune of meeting Cole McCloud. Not even sure what position he holds. He became redfaced and very angry extremely quick. He started yelling and bagging on the windows. He was aggressive and threatening. Ive bought 3 vehicles from them in the last couple of years. I will never do business with them again. I cant believe someone like that actually deals with costumers.

Everything started out good with Toni in parts who helped me order my recall part and transfer me to set up an appt. On my appt. date and after being there 45 minutes, my service tech told me that they would have to order the parts and make another appt. for a different day. I told him that the parts had already been ordered and were there and thats what I had scheduled the appt. There was obviously a lack of communication between the departments as I made sure and tell the scheduler that I already had the parts when I made the appt. Next day, I was getting new brake pads at a different location and was told that my wheel lock key was missing. I called Ford and asked about it because I knew they had used them as they had asked me where to find them in my car. The service guy told me that they didnt find it and had to use their own key. I knew this was a lie as I have aftermarket lug nuts with a special longer key that I had used the previous week. Also they had a left me a different smaller key that didnt fit anything on my vehicle so I know they switched it out. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and low integrity with some of the workers at AutoNation Ford.

Albert my service advisor was great and professional.When I came to pick up my vehicle I noticed a wrapper for plastic utensils on my passengers side floor board. I brought this to their attention and nobody has tried to reach out to me.

I have been a customer of auto nation Ford or auto nation in general for a long time. I have never been a fan of the service department because it always been one thing or another, some times ok other time terrible. I did spend a good deal of money over the years with all of my purchase especially my last one I bought from this dealership (well over $80k). Last experience was the final witch will drive my business elsewhere from now on. And I have been doing business there over (8) years solid buys cars and trucks every other year or better. No Communication skills, decided to tow my vehicle out of there and send it to Access Ford. I get updated every day with out asking for one and by one person. I guess I know where I am buying my new bronco from..

Head supervisor of used car vehichle not knowledgable of leased suv being cleaned. I was told the Suv had been checked and ready to go...yet, oil on the leased car I purchased was not even reviewd..oil had not been changed and poor job of cleaning the interiorOnly thing done was washing it.I purchaded the vehicle cash on Thursday afternoon and I was called to pick up next morning.I was curious if enough time had been allowed to check everything on the hood, tires rotated, etc. None the less, had to take vehicle back..was told I would be called..nada. Two days later I HAD TO CALL...told me it was ready.Get home n dent on doorThey keep vehicles too close or young men they hire to move cars around do not open the doors with care....door was left open for me to get in, therefore, dent was not seen until I drove home straight from dearship....reported to them right away. I am to take it back when....get this.... part comes in for glove compartment which drops open any every time it wants.....SO THIS IS WHY I SAY SUPERVISOR NEEDS TO BE ON TOP OF EACH VEHICLE THAT COMES IN, especially the leased one. Some of these leasers do not care of vehicles at allWish I could return it!!!
