I think Far Beyond is probably the best in town but they seem to have gotten a little proud of that and their high prices and long wait times seem to reflect that. I’m not sure if it’s the current economy/available workforce, but I was surprised by my recent visit to have some work done there that was expensive and wait time was 4.5 hrs on a “slow day.” Maybe I’m outdated. To be fair and updated, I plan on trying a different company to compare prices/service.Update: I shopped around and couldn’t find any better pricing. I brought in a second vehicle for full tint and was treated fairly by Cheryl. I’m very pleased with the results

I have been coming here for years and I am never disappointed. Cheryl and Barry are great whenever there is a problem they will make it right. They do get busy so sometimes you will have to make a appointment for a few days out. But you will get Quality service every time they are truly the best in Corpus.

I got my new stereo backup camera done, they did a amazing job but let me down a bit, my item for the dash kit was late, waited a bit longer then normal, vehicle was brought up front, and well my 4x4 light was on, my stuff was unplugged under the dash, and my hazards didnt work, guy takes it back to the shop, gets it plugged back in, then driving home I realized my right turn signal and brake light was unplugged, it kept ticking faster then normal went home and plugged it In myself...... Just frustrating, I pay 450 to have my vehicle returned right!!!!! Also theres alot of scratches and damage to my suv now, I dont mind I know its old but, what kinda place are you running, vehicle was mistreated, Im a lil disappointed and I dont think Ill be back or refer anyone, just be aware of these things, check your car before you leave!!!!!

Very nice people who do try to make things right. Unfortunately after having to redo my Tesla 4 times I gave up and settled with a sub par rear window tint. Way to many air bubbles and debris on rear and front window under the tint to be satisfied in any way. They offered to redo it again but I gave up hope they would do it better than the other 4 times they have tried. 2 stars only because they seem like good people.

Wonderful place to deal with. Cheryl went above and beyond to fit me in with my tight time frame. Kyle came out to my location to tint my travel trailer and did an outstanding job. I was told the entire job would take 5-6 hours and Kyle knocked it out in about 3.5hrs. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutly LOVE my 3M Crystalline Auto Tint! It blocks 99% of the Beach heat. I also had new speakers and an amp installed by their AWESOME installer, Joe. He did a great job. Now I can cruise the beach in true Far Beyond style! :)

I had an appointment scheduled for 11am I took my car in and the girl informed me it could take up to 3-4 hours to have it done, I agreed and she charged me as i dropped off my car. I call at 3pm to get a status and spoke with a different women who told me they had started it but it was taking longer than anticipated. I arrived only to discover my car had not even been started. When i went to ask why it had not been started they made excuses. Had they been up front from the beginning letting me know there would be a 5hr wait until they would start a process that could take up to 4 hours i would have been able to have a realistic expectation. They said my refund can take up to 10 business day and if i dont receive it by then i will have to go back in so they can write a check.

I was a little apprehensive at first because I have never gotten a vehicles windows tinted so I didnt know what to look for as far as deals/experience. The staff was very friendly throughout my whole experience. When I finally picked up my car, I was pleased with the quality of work. ABSOLUTELY LOVE the tint on my Hyundai Elantra I just got done today! Very professional girls up front, super nice and friendly. I got the best WINCOS film 30% on my two front and 3% on my rear windows and it looks phenomenal and I feel sooo much cooler when I drive now! I also got hood paint protection and you can even see it!! I’ve never been here before but I will DEFINITELY be coming back and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about this place. Had a new sound system( all speakers plus 2 12 subs installed in my Tacoma . Had to take it back 3 times due to speaker box and component issues and on the last my amp was not set correctly after. I know its not everyone who has these issues just kind of disappointing but I took care of myself so no biggie. I would have gave a worse review, but there customer service is world class and the installation was super clean! And this more than made up for the issues above. As for the ladys I dealt with they were well knowledgeable about sound systems and any other product they sell plus super professional I mean every girl I dealt with. Plus when I stayed longer than expected on one day they more than made me feel comfortable and welcome! I would totally recommend anyone on customer service alone but like I said installation was clean.

This place and its workers were very professional. I like how curious they were The only thing they said that bothered me was it has a few bubbles but they will go away. I sure hope so if not Ill be back. But all in all I was satisfied.

Meagan and Reagan are awesome at their jobs. They are friendly, polite, and professional. They help you pick your film by providing excellent information about each class of tint. I have been taking all of my vehicles here since 2003 and their films and their service are Far Beyond expectations.

I brought my car at 9am and was told that it would be done by 12:30. I returned at 1 and my car hadnt even been started yet. No phone call or text or email was sent to inform me that it would not be ready. If i had known i wouldnt have wasted my time going to pick it up at the promised time. They do good work but they need to improve the experience. I have two more vehicles that need tint work and im going to find a different place

Great quality, expeditious work, and great service!

We had an 8:00 appointment and were told that it would take 3 hours. We specified that we needed the car by 2:00 because of work constraints. We called at noon and they still hadn’t taken it back yet. When we showed up they apologized. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining about having been there for 4 hours. They offered a discount the next time we come. We will find someone else the next time. They said appointments only mean that you will get your car done at some point that day. That makes no sense at all. They did do a good job on the tint but make sure you take the whole day off before you make an APPOINTMENT!

Excellent service. Polite and helpful employees at the counter also very knowledgeable. Had some warranty work that was over 14 years old. No problem bring it in she said, with that I ended up getting the upgraded tint with 99.9 % solar reflected screen, but I was happy to pay for the upgrade. Keep up the great work.

Far Beyond Tint and Alarm offers the best auto window tint in Corpus Christi. They have the most affordable prices and their staff takes the time to answer any questions. Super friendly! There is also no question about the quality of the product they use or the work they do! Highly recommend if you need your car tinted in Corpus.

Good service and very professional. I spoke with Barry over the phone about window tint told me to come by the shop and they did a demo on heat reduction on the different types of tint they have. They were able to get me in for an installation the next morning. I ended up going with the wincos ceramic and installation went smoothly. I would definitely do business with Far Beyond again.

Awesome customer service.

Battery died??? “Happens all the time” they responded. After a change of tints to the driver and passenger windows we pick up the car and the dash board screen was all scrambled and resetting. When we go back in and ask they representatives in the front told us the battery must’ve died but not to worry because “it happens all the time”. To our surprise the vehicle has to be jump started. After demanding a recharge our vehicle is taken to the back of the shop which I followed and was taken in, was charged the battery and computer reset restored about three times because it either wouldn’t configure itself or would lose charge. I finally had to buy a new battery out of my own pocket and was only given the run around by the manager for answers.

Very unprofessional!! I was informed by their employees not asking if my windows were tinded prior. Barry R Morgan says my fault for not knowing the procedure. He was pushing limits of being unprofessional and told me to go to Austin to have it done. My son was moving up to Austin the next day.. I answered all the questions that was asked of me And then she acknowledge that she forgot to ask me if it was already tinted... But the owner still persisted on blaming me !! The only thing I can ask of you is to please review the tapes 5-7-2020.. I have purchased 4 BMWs and had my windows tinted there and will not be doing business in the future.. Im not a professional at window tinting and only answer the questions that are asked to me.. Thank you !!

I am by no means an expert when it comes to window tint. I just know what I want. I went in the day after I bought my new car and explained exactly what I wanted to Caitlyn. She was super nice and explained the tint prices and that quality was the difference. So, I choose the one I wanted. It was a 3 hour wait- I was cool with that. Once completed, I walked outside and immediately saw it wasnt what I wanted. I walked back in and explained I wasnt satisfied with it and asked what we needed to do to fix it. That super nice Caitlyn that I had initially spoke with was out the door and a very defensive Caitlyn was now in front of me. Instead of hearing my concerns, she immediately said they could add another layer BUT she would charge me the entire 259 again. I kept trying to reiterate what I had initially told her and she didnt care to hear it. ONE STAR CAITLYN. However, Linda was right there and she listened and understood. I asked Linda for the corp or owners number and Linda was super sweet and handed me his business card. She encourage me to call the owner. Once I got in my car I noticed a HUGE footprint of dirt in my NEW CAR- Not ok! To the guys in the back- Please clean your mess up. So, I called Barry, the owner, and he heard my concerns and said he would fix it at no charge. I even received a follow-up call explaining what he had come up with to make it happen. Cheryl was the one that was there when I picked up my car the 2nd time. Cheryl was on top of her customer service game and definitely a reflection of Barry. I open my car door and it was dirty- Cheryl offered several options to make it right. I declined all of them BUT she still ended up wiping down ALL of my doors on the inside. I was not expecting that at all!! And once again, another footprint not cleaned up in my backseat of my new car. Cheryl, again, wanted to right that.... I declined and just asked that she make them aware of it so that it doesnt happen again. BARRY, CHERYL, and LINDA you three are FIVE STARS all the way! My window tint looks amazing!! I would definitely recommend them. Make sure to ask for Cheryl or Linda!

I have had two vehicles worked on here so two separate experiences. With the first not being as bad but I decided to give them another shot...but after dealing with the customer service not knowing or it being out of your hands informing me (the customer who PAID for a service) of any and all information needed for work done and warranty policies is not right, professional or what I am looking for in a company where I would like to continue to do any further business. I will not be recommending this place because of the fact. The customer only knows what theyre told and/or are handed in documentation. The customer NEEDS to be given the proper information and not be misled. Thats how you retain customers for future business and are able to sale your companys work through free advertising...its as simple as that. Being told that your only allowed to get warranty work done during the work week and not so much on the weekend (while the shop is open and available for appointments) is not a customers problem especially when it was not discussed before, during or after the work was done. Having it be the customers problem is not right answer. All I can say is wow and I will definitely never spend any more money here.

Wanted to have the windows in my lobby tinted so I decided to give them a try. Barry (really nice guy) came by and gave me a very fair price, so I booked them to come do it. They showed up on time and their installers were very nice and professional. They finished quickly (considering how much work they had to do) and cleaned up everything. I noticed an immediate impact on the temperature of the lobby, before I could barely keep it at 76 even though I set it to 72, but the first day with the tint it hit 72 no problem. The tint looks awesome too! I highly recommend them and am planning on taking my vehicle to them soon to have the tint done on it as well. Thanks guys!

There tint quality is really good. Ive had dozens of vehicles tinted here. One is a Buick tinted back in 98 and it still looks perfect, has not purpled or bubbled at all. My 2018 KIA they tinted everything. From windshield to sunroof.

I had Far Beyond install window tint on my 2005 Camry in 2005. They were very friendly, provided great recommendations of what to get on front & back windows. They did a fantastic job and Ive had no trouble with it in 12 years of owning the car. Another great thing is that the tint came with a lifetime warranty. I recently got a new car, and if I lived closer to Corpus Christi, I would have them do the tint on my new car without hesitation!

I had my radio installed in a 2007 Dodge Charger and when I used it after awhile I noticed that my front speakers were not working as far as sound went so I took it back and asked why and they said the radio maybe too powerful for the speakers. So I bought new speakers and replaced the “broken” ones and still nothing. I went back a 3rd time with a response that made no sense and told that I had replaced my 6x9 speakers in my front doors with subwoofers and that’s why they didn’t work. Me not knowing anything about car audio I agreed and went home to later found out there’s no such thing. These people messed up my Spenser’s somehow and won’t even try to fix them all I asked was my wires to be checked and they cane up with a 3 min Fake solution everytime. Don’t try and come here if something goes wrong because if it doesn’t involve them getting more money they don’t give af

Great customer service. Got in at 8:55am on a Saturday and by 8:45am Barry told me they were almost done with 3 people working on my car with the tint. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place! I would come back to add an alarm system to my truck.
