Jeff and Joe did a great job getting my part- correct the first time! Friendly service.

Took extra time to help me with a battery when other could not or would not. At 70 yrs n disabled they were good. Do not know if they repaired the damage I was told they found n most likely add to it. Am unable to get to that area to check. Maybe they will actually read this n let me know

In years past I always had good luck dealing with.the folks behind the service counter. Today was another story. The guy was rude and acted like I was bothering him. Ill find someplace to go. I dont think he will care.

Worst customer service in the repair shop i have ever seen the service manager is rude and nasty will never go back again

Not too sure on the service of this place @ their SPID location. My husband went in asked a few questions on an inspection and oil change and the man who responded was short in response and rude over all. But was laughs and giggles with the person in front of my husband! Wont ever try this place again!

Better know exactly what you need when you walk in the door, no help from counter, minimal help from service department, no smiles to be had from anyone, if you like negative people then go there, not the napa Im used to, OReilly here I come.

Very Good Service

Great customer service and seemingly knowledgeable staff. They did not have my item in stock but offered to order it, looked for it other locations and offered alternative solutions. This store is always clean and the shelves are well-stocked. Products are displayed in an inviting way that although it is laughable to me to imagine myself doing ANYTHING to a vehicle (besides wrecking it), I honestly find myself interested and end up finding things that really work for me. I found a lightning fast car/wall charger that charges 2 devices at once, a multi-color programmable LED light kit- perfect for my motorcycle and the perfect storage console to fit between the front seats in my Bronco...

I never noticed the store before despite driving past it hundreds of times. The staff more than willing to help. I was surprised on the prices being a little lower than Im used to and they had every part/tool/product I needed. Definitely worth a couple extra miles drive to deal with a good store/shop like that. I noticed a car inspection symbol and there was a back area that may do auto repair but unsure.

Well what can I say good people know there jod and do it well. The auto care center was just great fixed my car fast and no problems if and when I need more work done Im going back.

Called at 9am and asked if they had 58mm steel freeze plugs in stock. Girl said yes. I asked if she was positive. She said she measured them and had 4 in stock. Went by after work and guy there brought out 4 freeze plugs about an inch and a quarter in diameter. I said I hope those arent for me because they are about half the size I need. He said they were for me. I said no the girl I spoke to assured me she measured them and there were 4 each 58mm in the store. Guy them said he could call the tech Line for me. I asked if that would magically put the freeze plugs in the drawer? I stormed out. What happened to the days when counter parts people knew something about cars???????

I used to get my oil changed and vehicle inspections here, but when I brought my son here to get his cat inspected, the girl behind the counter was rude, told him the guy wouldnt be back till 12, and told him to go to Firestone! I couldnt believe it, and just took my car there, sat and waited, but no one came out, so I left, and will never be back!

Spent thousands of dollars at this place over the years. Many vehicles wayne was always very helpful.Johnny definately not the same rude to my wife, wayne never treated us this way.bs for sure if he dosent want to do the work he should just say so.

Dont like having to take my batteries out to test them. Both are Napa batteries. Not that hard to walk outside and put the tester on them.
