They were very fast and efficient. They aired up my tires and being disabled that was a big help.

The service is amazing in Automotive but they need more help one person cannot attend to all the customers and make keys and call people when cars are ready Walmart needs to hire more people in the automotive

I need to give a shout-out to Ernesto and Patricia in the auto center, these two were excellent in assisting us with our car needs and were very personable and went above and beyond to have our needs met! I can tell you that this store is my family’s new favorite place to go for not just an oil change but tires as well! It’s employees like them that made my day and trip to Walmart a pleasant experience!! Ernesto, that young man is so polite and very patient in answering all my questions!

Great battery prices and $0 install earns two stars. However, a two hour wait for a battery install is totally unacceptable, especially with no forewarning. Recommend avoiding if there is anywhere else you would rather be.

I needed wiper blades on my 2015 Buick Enclave. I went in and told the lady what I needed and she asked if I wanted her to put them on. I said sure as there was no extra charge. She had them on in not time. Great job. This made a believer out of me. Thank you. I will be back to have my oil changed.

Great help, today. Got in line for a battery check, free... checked on the warranty, hassle free... and didnt have the receipt, but the associate made it easy to find what we needed... thank you for all your help!!! Should be leaving, very soon, with a new battery!!!

They have very friendly staff...it’s just I’m not so sure about how competent they are. The guy who changed my light bulb didn’t know the socket was still attached. We had to keep going back and forth and back and forth to auto zone before they finally told us at auto zone that originally we had the correct light, just the kid didn’t know the socket had been attached. All he needed to do was take the old light out of the socket. He didn’t know that basic thing. Wasted 2 hours of our time on something so simple and then charged us :/

No one came to help me or another person waiting for over 20 minutes, no one even at the service center desk. A mechanic peeked his head around the corner then just walked away. Screw going to Walmart. I came to Minit Man and was helped immediately with wonderful customers service.. should have came here first.

Quoted 3 hours for a simple oil change. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for being busy. Four and half hours later, my car is still in the same spot. Still waiting...

Dropped my car off to have the tires replaced. Not only did it take 9 hours to get to, they werent able to put the tires on. Also my car came back with a deep scratch. In their defense, they were very apologetic and said theyd never had a problem with tires like they had with mine, so maybe my experience wasnt representative of their service.

VERY INEFFICIENT. THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME

Bought a power sport battery, came defective. Per the return they had to get 2 managers. Swapped it out for the only one left on the shelf. Before I reached the exit i realized the bolts were missing and the battery was used. Upon returning it for the 2nd time, 2 managers are required again. Ive now spent over an hour here. Employee and manager both seemed like I was inconviencing them. An hour later Im leaving with a return.

Brought in a Single Tire and Wheel, Got my ticket Waited an hour thirty, nobody even glanced at it.Ok i get it i gotta wait my turn.. But a Single wheel and tire lolThis wouldnt bother me so bad if the Ginger looking employee talking to the kid on the register saying you think i should help him, snickering as he speed walks passed me desperately trying to avoid eye contact.I think Im a Mechanic because i change oil - tires and headlights.. Went to Walmart on Greenwood they didnt have want we needed auto motives they stated they didnt have number so they could call to see if they had them so I had to call nd the stated they did have them so know waiting for the services ( staples) they where pretty upset when I told them what went on at Greenwood but it is so organized here .

Great service but understaffed. They had one associate meeting with two lines of cars. One of the cars had an elderly woman who needed 30minutes worth of questions answered for her.

Hard to beat tire prices here. Sometimes there is a long wait for service.

Worst Walmart experience ever

I took my car for oil change, and didnt take them as much time to get it out. I was told once leaving the place that my car had all this complications. My car came out worst than when I took it for oil change. What the hell never again taking my car to any Walmart Tire and Lube place!!!!!! I had never had this problem with anyone before and I had never been told about it either.

Decent turn-around time for servicing.

Said they would call when my tires were ready. After an hour and a half I came back to find out theyd been ready for quite some time and they never called. Also, the employee at the desk was really rude when I asked to remove the tire warranty. Sorry you had to do your job, bro.
