I was going to get my car there but my insurance company towed it somewhere but I did like that they were friendly when answering the phone and willing to look at my car

Heritage has a very personal vibe. Like you could know them easily like theyre family... except you like them. Ha! Ha! Just kidding Ma. They strive to go above and beyond. I could tell I wasnt getting out of there unless everything was satisfactory. Youd never know I was rear-ended by a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Unless you asked my back or neck.🤪

I got in a fender bender the day before Christmas Eve. I called many places the day after Christmas to see who could fix my damage from accident. I limited my search to places that offered free rental. These were the only people that I could find who would take me the same day I called. Every where else seemed to be booked out.The rental car I got was older but did the trick. I felt grateful to have a transportation and was very appreciative. If you are looking for a newer rental car to be driving Aarons this would not be your place.This is a smaller family owned business. I worked a lot with Ron and he was helpful.Mike called me with estimate of damages and date the vehicle would be done. My car was ready the day it was promised.It took a total of 14 days from drop off to pick up.

L love how my car looked when they were done and it was really bad I would go back again thank you staff my suv looks beautiful I am very happy

My SUV was damaged in the back from a collision. I dropped my car off to Heritage and Connie was so nice and welcoming. I received several calls keeping me updated and my car was even finished before it was suppose to be. Also they gave me a loaner car to use while they worked on my car. Definitely saved money on having to get a rental car. Thank you guys so much for the amazing service

We have used Heritage Auto body several times and they do great work. Have recommended them to others. They stand behind their work also. Had one minor issue afterwards and it was repaired right away. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful work! My minivan looks marvelous! Really wonderful work and worked so well with my insurance. They even detailed the inside of my car before they have it back. Customer service just OK. Thats to say Connie at the front desk isnt real accommodating. I am 55+ and have a handicap placard. I made an appointment before hand a told her Id need a bigger vehicle for a loaner. Oh I reserve the SUVs for guys that are 63 and above. Yes well sometimes a handicap means you cant get in a tiny little car down on the ground. Oh well see what we have. She gave us a tiny little car my husband had to come around and pull me out. I couldnt drive it on my own. My husband ended up calling and talking to someone and telling them the issues. We did get a bigger sedan and I was able to drive that but it took some teeth pulling. Lol

These people at heritage auto body take excellent care of your automobiles and have free rental cars. Cant even tell that my car front end was smashed in. Paint matched perfectly. Couldnt be more satisfied. Will recommend to others. Thank u Heritage auto body staff.

I have used Heritage Auto in my teen years for collision and autobody repairs. Their service remains as genuine as my previous experiences. Great customer service, recommended by my insurance provider, they did all the work, and some additional repairs for me. I do customer service as a career and appreciate the excellent experience when I spend my money! BRAVO to the staff for making this part of my accident painless! I would recommend this establishment to everyone.

I just had my vehicle repaired here - was very pleased with the professionalism and thoroughness of the job. I was pleasantly surprised to have my entire inside completely clean when I picked it up! I dealt with the owner, Mike, and he was very nice and supportive. The rental car was not bad. Very pleased with the work and would recommend to anyone.

Had some work done on my wifes Nissan and it came out great. Time quoted was accurate, had no issues. Matched the Pearl paint perfectly. Would recommend them!

I took my Honda civic SI here because they were recommended by American Family. I also love giving business to ma and pa places so I said why not. They put a used quarter panel on my car that had knicks in it and the blinker didnt even work when I got it back the FIRST time. The paint also did not match very well and they did not replace my bumper cover which still had a huge gap between it and the headlight. We took it back and Mike tried to make it right and was very nice. But when we got it back the second time the blinker still did not work. It was as simple as replacing a light bulb!! Really!? The paint still didnt match. I would not recommend this place if you want a quality job. Ron was very rude when my husband picked it up the first time and he stated what was not right. It took the insurance company saying something for them to even fix it the second time. I will never give them my business again.

My car had a front end impact and I chose to bring my car here through word of mouth referal. Upon dropping off my car Ron was very kind and provided me loaner car with no question. Mike is the owner and does a fantastic job ensuring his clients are taken care of, I had one little concern and he was there to address it and get everything back up to perfect. Thank you Mike !

Intial dropping off went well but after that it went way down hill. First time got it back had visible bumper damage still and chips in the used fender. Also the hood alignment was way off along with a good amount of orange peel. Brought it back to let them try to make it right. Previous problems where fixed but now the color match was pretty off. If youre picky about your car I would not suggest this shop.

I got some hail damage repaired as well as a dent in my front fender fixed. They were a third of the price of other places, I got a free loaner, they picked up my car, and it was done in no time. Great experience!

If I was rude and unprofessional I would like to know what I did. Anyone can say another person is rude but maybe there was a reason for it. I dont know but I would like a chance to find out what happened and not just be blamed for something. It says that Vanessa is a local guide but I can not find her.

I brought my 05 Ford Explorer to Heritage and I am 100% satisfied with their work. My truck was returned to pre accident condition with no evidence of it being damaged. True pros.good job Heritage!

I stopped in to have some minor work done on my classic gto. The owner said it was gonna be about a week job, which was the average time on the other estimates, so I proceeded with them because of their great rep. After three weeks now I have heard four different excuses why its not complete. After stopping by this morning i was reassured it would finally be done by 5pm. At four thirty I got a call saying the car would not be done because now the fuel line was leaking.???????? I just had the entire fuel system serviced at High Tech Motors lest than three weeks prior and less than eight hours of drive time. They are the most unprofessional body shop I have had the misfortune of dealing with. I strongly recommend going anywhere else to have your work done. Truly an absolutely Failure!!!!! on all levels

Wish I could give negative stars! This place has given us the run around three times. If you didnt want to do the work just say you dont! First it was we are booked solid till August. Bring it in the beginning of August and well be able to get it done. Brought it in just like they said and it was another story about the dentless repair guy taking vacation. Mike told me to bring it in Monday after labor day. This time I called instead of wasting my time driving all the way there. The lady who answered gave me another story about there was no loaner car available because whoever put it into their system, probably more accurate to say lack of system, didnt put that in. Well guess what lady, IT WAS YOU! Ill be calling State Farm to recommend removing you from their preferred body shop, as you have poor customer service and cant get your appointments in order to save your life.

Took my SUV in to get some substantial hail damage repaired. Was initially told they could get the job done in two weeks. Had to continue to call to get an update on the progress. Ended up being a four week job. Positive was I got a rental car although one morning it didnt start. It ended up the delay on my car was due to a wrong match on the paint color. The mistake was an additional $500 for the insurance company to soak up. I finally have my car back but now there is an electrical issue inside the car... The air doesnt work and the radio doesnt show on the display panel. Wont go back.

Worst place I have ever been! I went in for an estimate. Next I know they have my vehicle torn apart and are fixing it without even telling me a price or a quote! They went ahead and worked with insurance company of the person who hit me, apparently got paid from them, and went ahead and tore my car apart. Then gave me a low ball estimate, faxed it to the other parties insurance company and then told me that is was incomplete because they were unable to see all of the damages. Now I have a huge mess to clean up while they were trying to make their pockets fat. Scam of a place. Avoid at all costs!!!
