I read the reviews and no idea what some are talking about, my service was amazing and John called me and updated me all the time. John and Denis are courteous and professional.I’ve gone to them ever since I had my first auto-accident in 2017.Knowing that I was distraught and shook up, they had sweets and kind words ready to offer.They helped arrange a rental service, worked with me on my payment ability, and answered every question I had (which were plenty)!My car has come out looking new and with no sign of damage each visit.I highly recommend using their services.

Went in to get an estimate on my car because it was hit by a snow plow while I was sleeping. Explained to the owner that the city agreed to pay for the damages and I just needed to present them with an estimate. The owner (who was slightly sarcastic with me the entire conversation, beginning with where I parked because their shop is confusing) told me he would email me the estimate the next day to make it easier to relay it and Ive been waiting a week now and have not been contacted or emailed anything! Upset, because Im 37 weeks pregnant and just wanted to get my car fixed before labor and expressed that I wanted this done quickly. If he wasnt planning on doing it he couldve told me instead of wasting my time.Also getting in is very confusing seeing as they dont have the necessary signage to inform you that you are in the right place.Overall, I will NOT go back, I will NOT recommend, and I will find a more accredited shop to give me an estimate and accept the money owed to me by the city.

I have never had such a pleasant experience when dealing with fixing a car. The people at collision masters mn relieved all the stress I had about getting my car back to new after an accident and I could not be more appreciative for there attention to detail and exceptional customer service. If I ever need auto body work done again I would not hesitate to take it to collision masters mn and I would highly recommend others do as well!

Awesome shop. Whether its collision repair or custom paint, they can do it all. I had my motorcycle done, Won awards with their paint. They are currently painting my next build.

This is the kind of shop that treats people like family, not just a number. I would say this is a no frills body shop but you are assured to get quality work done and the attention to detail is their top priority. The guys that work there are friendly and have have great customer service. If you want quality work done then I’d go here instead of one of those big chain shops. These guys take are of their customers and it shows. I was referred to them originally which is why I’m giving them my approval and recommendation now. Now go get that car fixed lol!

Absolutely fantastic experience with this shop after I was in a fender bender. From start to finish they took care of me and made sure my car was repaired back to the original state and running great. I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here, you will not be disappointed.

I had my 2016 Hyundai repaired with Collison masters and Denis and John did an excellent job. Communication was one thing most important to me and the always kept me updated while the repair was under way. I would strongly recommend these guys.

John is by far one of the most honest and compassionate businessmen we have ever encountered. We worked with him through two significant car accidents and he treated us as if we were his only clients. He wrangled with insurance both times, saving us so much time and aggravation. I trust him completely to repair our cars safely and for a reasonable cost. I respect John and the Collision Masters team immensely.

Very unprofessional. Set up an appointment two weeks ahead of time they told me they would set up a rental car and call my insurance for me. When I showed up on the appointed day they had forgotten I had a appointment. They came up with a story about the rental company mixing the days up. called me two days later stating they are waiting for rental cars to be available due to recent storms. Never heard from them again and I checked with my insurance who assured me they were never contacted by them. Very disappointed! Time wasted!

I was really impressed with the work these guys did. John and Dennis are nice, honest guys. I needed a dent removed as well as some scratches and the paint touched up. I decided to pay out of pocket instead of putting it through my insurance. John gave me a great deal. Not only that, but when I picked up my vehicle, it was washed and the paint job he did looked amazing. He even took out my floor mats and rinsed off all the salt and gunk thats collected on them from winter. If I ever need work done again, I know where to go!

Collision Masters gave me hands down the best customer service Ive maybe ever received. And if that wasnt enough, you cannot beat their prices. They were literally half the price of the other quotes I had gotten. And my truck turned out beautifully. They went above and beyond what they needed to as far as taking care of my vehicle. They did an awesome job with my car! Not only did they replace my bumper, but they cleaned out my interior and added guards on my doors to prevent chipping. John was super helpful with the insurance process and they got my car back to me quickly.

I was VERY impressed by the work these guys did on my BMW. My car was repaired with precision and care and came back looking better than it did before I was hit in the back. I hope I dont need body work any time in the near future, but when/ if the time comes, I will for sure get it done at Collision Masters.

I stopped in because my front fender was unattached and pushing out on a 2008 civic. This was my second stop for a quote; the first location quoted $950 and they were going to replace the whole fender. They said they want to guarantee their work and would only do quality repair work... I m ok with this approach but did not want to spend that kind of money.My 2nd stop was Collision Masters, and they took on the job of bolting the fender in place, working at $50 per hour. They tightened the fender in place for $20 and were done in about 15-20 minutes. Very happy with this type of service! To me this shows a company will take on work which is obviously not lucrative for them. You gotta love companies who will do honest work for the common man, as we do not always have an extra 1k to spend for simple repairs. I d definitely take my car back here for larger repair jobs, and would recommend the same to anyone.Excellent job!

Ive been to Collsion Masters twice during the past 5 months, due to some bad luck with my new cars bumper while backing up, and they did a fantastic job both times!! For the second fender-bender, I didnt claim it on my insurance and paid out of pocket, so I got a couple quotes, and Collision Masters came in lowest and I was very happy, since they did such an awesome job the first time. They gave me such a good deal, and John is so great to work with...Im glad I found this place, but hopefully I will not be having any fender benders for a very long time! Anyways, I recommend them highly if you ever need collsion work done!
