Some bad women hit my car while it was parked at a store parking lot and they drove away so I couldnt get their license plate. Knowing it will cost me a lot of money to get it repair, I stopped at Caliber Collision and Mike gave me a few estimate options. The big scratched on the passenger side door could cost me over $1000 if I wanted the color to match the front door but Mike was kind enough to have his guy buff out the scratched for free and it looked almost as good as before the accident for free of charged. Im very happy for their kind service.

From what we can tell the body work appears to be a great job well done, however the mechanical work they claimed to have repaired is (Terrible,) driving away the car jerks and makes noise, this is unacceptable we are very very very displeased, we should of never let them transfer the vehicle to the fridley( Caliber) location. We would not recommend Caliber to anyone at this point.

Brian at the Brooklyn Park location provided me with incredible service. He fixed a very long (but thankfully shallow) scratch in my brand new 4Runner in less than 10 minutes! I would highly recommend this business.

To be honest at first was not happy with who we had to work with because the truck wasnt fixed right. Call them out on it they stepped up to fix the bent axle but the other stuff wasnt touch. The owner contacted us about the other stuff and fixed it, but he asked us to take down the reviews well that put sour taste in my mouth. Not even week later having issues with the truck that was missed in the beginning. Called them out on it again the owner stepped up again to fix, but outed me for the review. So here is my honest review im happy with the end work, but mad it took 4 tried to get it there. Being told that I need to take down my review doesnt still well because feel like they are buying silence. Ive worked at dealership, small shop ect I know if this happened where Ive worked before people would have lost they jobs. Mark you did great work to fix but their too much leaving a sour taste.

I was in a car accident and my car was brought to this shop. I was extremely impressed with them the entire time. They updated me every two days on my vehicle and where it was at in the process. I got my car back a day early and they were very friendly from start to finish. Kurt was such a kind person and was very upfront and honest about my total costs. Overall I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

My vehicle was one that fell through the cracks and got sent home with things not fixed. While I was very upset about this initial experience, The owner of this location worked with me one on one to fix these issues and I am happy with my fixed vehicle.

UNPROFESSIONAL - they said they painted it after grinding it down, they didnt even throw a coat of paint on it. I specifically requested a quote before any work was performed, I even called a left a voicemail as reminder to hold off on repairs until I get said quote. They took it upon themselves to begin repairs on my car after I withdrew consent and are taking no ownership for their screw up. Wouldnt recommend, I feel I was discriminated against

Even though in the end, the part needed was not available, they identified the source and did what they could to minimize the leak. If only I could post the photos of this workmanship. Dollar store quality workmanship on my brand new $85k 19 Ram 3500 Mega cab in for a rear glass replacement. Panels left unbuttoned inside with scuffs through out, dirty shoe prints all over my previously spotless leather seats, all of my belongings from behind my seats where they cleared an area to replace my back glass were stashed on my front leather seat heaped up to the leather upholstered dash leaving abrasions, truck is a complete mess inside after being thoroughly detailed with freshly oiled leather prior to its arrival at Abra. Brought it in for a rear glass replacement and there are shards of glass all over the bed after I had already cleaned it spotless as well as inside of the cab after that had been cleaned too. Rubber gaskets hanging halfway out along with trim panels half undone. Wow.. sure hit all the key notes for me!

Incredible work. They repaired my front end after hitting a Turkey. All the fenders are flush and looks good as new. Even better work than when I got the fenders replaced at the dealer. Very impressed. Will bring future work to them for sure.

Just pulled in to ask a question. Told I needed an appointment. Only seemed to care if I was doing an insurance claim (I wasnt) then verbally quoted me an astonishing amount). I left, and found another shop who told me that the small dent was an easy fix, and some touch up paint for a few hundred dollars. Not the 3 grand I was quoted.

I did get my car repaired after a fender bender. The staff was professional and discussed options throughout the process. Always received a text on status and received a phone call on status. Overall a great experience

I had to go back after they repaired my car after a collision. They forgot to check and correct the alignment. This lead to increased tire wear, which I was very unhappy about. After talking to some other people and shops it seems pretty standard to check alignment after a collision. I wish this shop would have at least given it a glance after 7900 worth of damage was done to my car.

Got a repair estimate and it was faster and easier than I expected. The numbers were in line with the other shops.

Awesome place to have car repairs done. Fast, friendly, and repair your vehicle back to pre-accident condition. Their goal is to get your vehicle to look like its never been in an accident as hassle free as possible. The entire staff understands that anytime someones vehicle is damaged is a stressful time and go above and beyond to make a unpleasant situation a whole lot easier and worry free.

I just dropped off my vehicle for repair what a busy place that does say something about a company correct

So I needed bumper repair or replacement after being rear-ended. Abra was near my home and conveniently located. After dropping off my vehicle there was a several day delay due a bumper shortage and then I was told that two bumpers acutally arrived broken. My bumper damage did not hamper driveability of my vehicle, so I wish that I could have had my car while they figured out the situation with a replacement. When the bumper was finally repaired it looked fine to me. After a few days of driving however the bumper came loose from the car. I called them and was told to bring it in any time and it would be a quick fix. Upon arriving at Abra, I was told that a clip was broken and it would cost me to fix it and they had to order the part so I would also need to find time to come back. They then suggested a free fix of glueing it and that could be done right then. I asked them why it was not fixed correctly the first time they said, Well we are not perfect. I stated that nobody is but now this comes out of my pocket and not the original at fault driver. They agreed and asked what choice I wanted. So bottom line, their mistake cost me money and time.

Brought a car in for body damage repair. They quoted $1,700 and they said they could start that day and take 3 days. We brought it back that day and they said they could not start for three days. Brought It back three days later. Next day they called and said that after looking at it closer the cost would be $3,000. We asked what changed and they said they did not know what kind of metal the car was made of and what kind of paint it was. Picked it up took it to another shop nearby and they quoted $1,200 and in the quote they acknowledged the paint type and that it was aluminum.

Service was great and Mike from the shop called to update me every 3-4 days. Amazing service!
