I really dislike FedEx in general. Their company isnt very customer oriented if you know what I mean. However, my experience with KIM at this location was awesome. She was very patient helping me with a graphic I needed printed in a hurry. They were kinda busy and she was attentive to me and helped me solve my printing emergency. I was in and out in 10 mins. Thank you Kim! I was so impressed, I went to the FedEx website to submit a compliment, but they have no way to leave one except calling in, and no thank you, Ive been on hour long holds with them before. Kim, I wish your company had some way to leave a compliment on their website so you could get some sort of recognition for your hard work, but just know, I appreciated the good customer service. Thank you!

First time using print services here. The person that helped me was so helpful because I had no idea what to do. His name started with a Z. Don’t know how to spell it. He was patient and friendly and made sure I understood everything I was suppose to do. Definitely coming back in the future if I need any print services.

Was trying to print sign and send one page but was blocked by Gmail and you know whatever Ill clear your methods they have but I could not even send that page to the Kinkos printer and wasnt giving any option its been over an hour there trying to figure it out well never come back cuz it cant go

Dont expect actual help they try to blame everything on covid now and expect you to know how to use all their computer systems and print an email everything you need to do so there was really no point going in because if I knew how to do all that I wouldnt have to go to them for the service

Understaffed. Don’t have their own usa email to send documents to, so there’s no way to have them help with printing and special orders.

WiFi isnt at this location ! Unable to use internet for printing documents from my PC then cannot upload web forms or pages to print on PRINT and GO

Place is big as described by other users, but the customer service needs improvement for sure. To pick up a package its a hassle. Try going inside to get my package that Im clearly seeing from the front and was almost sent home without it. They werent scanning everything as it comes in from the trucks. We expect our stuff, and want it to be quick, thats why we paid for it, not to be waiting and waiting. If its paid for three days it better be three not 6. Rachel is great tho, other than that nope.

Was in yesterday night it wasnt busy just 2 other people; I was next in line. The lady came over asked what she could help me with I said I needed to print invitations and send the file to her. She gave me an email to send it to and walked away. The email I needed to send took all of 2 seconds to send...while she took what felt like a lifetime to get back to me she helped another customer who came in after me she helped start a new project with a new staff member while Im standing there looking at her.when she finally get back to me she never returns to the counter she talks at me from across the room say about 10feet. How many do you want? I felt like I was the problem when I asked what kind of paper or if it could be printed a certain way...which she responded again from across the room we only have one paper and this is the only way! No customer should ever leave feeling like they were the problem for wanting genuine customer service and someone to smile at them. Even if its just getting something printed for them. I am so disappointed with my service at this fed ex although it is so close to my home I am not sure I will go back. On the other hand there was a young gentleman that was assisting others he was so friendly and helpful. he asked if I had any other questions on my way out i was curious if he had envelopes for my invites he walked around the counter to show me where they might be...he even interacted with my baby this is the way customers should be treated like they are important.

STELLAR SERVICE! I was in a PINCH! I had a large, complex job that I needed done immediately for an upcoming work presentation . It required a graphic chart to be enlarged and placed on foam board, as well as other graphics to be created. The FedEx Kinkos representative who helped me was fantastic! His first name was Markus, Im not sure of his last name but he had a fashionable handlebar mustache. He was courteous, even though I was curt with him due to stress. Markus calmed my nerves and reassured me that he could complete the job within the timeframe that I needed. He kept his word across the board. My project was completed on time and at a reasonable price. Marcus went out of his way to complete the job and make sure I had what I needed. My presentation was a complete success! Thank you so much Markus for delivering professional assistance that was courteous and right on point. You exemplify great, professional service!

What garbage service. I tried using the print and go and never got my retrieval code. I tried 3 different times from two separate email addresses and nothing. After asking the attendant for assistance and being blown off I tried again. Still nothing. I asked for a different email address and she said “Nope. That’s it.” Really?!

Good business. I use them weekly

I spent long time with phone calls to make pick up schedule and I wasted 3 days at home waiting for them from 8am to 8 pm, never shows up, even I don’t want to give 1 star 😡

Waiting for service can be frustrating but this location has friendly knowledgable staff like Tom and Carmen. Helped me with the blueprint copier so I can do it myself next visit. Thanks guys.

New staff are not professional. They made me repack my package because Well, I am not sure your package has a correct shape.....Ok, so show me some requirements which shape it should be. We dont have them...😡

Even though I moved and lived to Concord Id gather go to the ones in San Francisco and Colma where Ive had 100% better service, definitely need training in customer service.

Bad quality scanning for artistsKinkos (when they used to be called that) used to be great quality. They provided many image formats for scanned artwork, and their scanners picked up pigment amazingly, including very light but not-quite-white colors. Now, their quality is garbage. They no longer offer my favorite file format, TIFF, and only scan for PDF and JPEG. the PDF is literal garbage and features extremely low dpi and terrible range of colors. The JPEGs have slightly better dpi, but same terrible color range. I go home to look at the images and they are so washed out, I am jaw dropped. Their scans should cost 10¢, not $1. I know this doesnt necessarily target this specific store, but more the company as a whole. Every FedEx I go to has these problems. I yearn for the days I could rely on kinkos, but now I must buy a scanner for myself. At least theyll refund me for their terrible images.I provided a photo taken on my phone of a cat drawing I did, versus the scan at kinkos. The scan didnt at all pick up the cream and light gray colors throughout the cats coat. Besides the low dpi.

Customer service needs a course in customer service!!!! Only one visit, out of several, was great!!! Havent seen that employee since. Its sad when the employees seem bothered if you have a question or need some assistance....

Ive used the copying services and their shipping services. No big deal about using a Zerox machine though I thought the price was higher than it should be. I had a visiting cousin between tours overnight a package there. He paid a lot to have a package shipped across country. That package never left town for 24 hours. It should have arrived on a Friday. It arrived on the following Monday. My cousin went back to Afghanistan and left me the receipt. I took it in for a refund. I was told I would have to call the 800 customer service number. When I did I was told it was more than 2 weeks since the shipping and I was not eligible for a refund. Employees there always try to sell more expensive and unneeded services. When I shipped something with a 3 day delivery they said it would be 3 business days and weekends dont count. They were wrong. I will not use FedEx ever again.

Great! The Mgr. Marcus walked me thru the PC download & print process w/o a fault. All employees were helpful, polite and efficient. Ill definitely use this business and their services again.

Tried to send a Fedex package ground, but was told they dont carry any. Was quoted $23 for Express. Ridiculous for 20 pages. Pressed on about Fedex ground and was told I had to purchase an envelope. Apparently Fedex is cutting back and cant afford to print enough envelopes. At least I know now to bring my own.

Amazing service, instead of waiting for the next available check out clerk the manger came out and helped me ship something.

FedEx is where I print on my work for JacsArt Photo Editing. Top quality prints any size I want hardboard if necessary.

I have been in there a few times, big, clean and a nice place overall, 2 out of the 3 times I have been there I have encountered rude employees and bad customer service. 1 time was ok, maybe its just hit or miss ? Not trashing the place just saying..

Friendly, Clean, just the print and go system is a scam, it didnt recognize a regular PDF file. At the end I had to rent a pc and print it from there. The same file printed no problem, but I paid 80 % more compare to print and go price. Fix that!

Went to zend my package at 7:30pm and ask to use the restroom while I waited for receipt and they told me that they closed their restroom at 7pm!?!That is the most rediculous thing I have ever heard.They are open until 10pm and close the restroom at 7pm!?!

Tom had a really bad attitude and seemed to be racist and selective with whom he was nice and helpful to.
