I have had a mailbox here for a few years and I have never had an issue with getting a package or a piece of mail that I was expecting. they have a knowledgeable staff, that are friendly, fast, and always willing to help before you can even ask. Thanks.

Staff was nice but I was sending some painted rocks to some friends in San Francisco. I just got a message that they got received the package and note but the rocks were not in the package. Very disappointed!

Today an employee here told me RUDLY to get my mask while I was in line outside the store despite the mask mandate being dropped. She somewhat quickly corrected her statement after she had told me to go get my mask saying it was not required.

This UPS store is a ripoff place. thy force you to buy bag for Amazon reruns.No other UPS is doing so.

The staff and management all work hard to provide stellar customer service. You can literally run your business out of this store. From mailing, all your postal services are there. Dont forget that fax service is also available as well as everything between for your shipping needs. All your printing and and copying needs are there too. This place is the best UPS store I have ever had the pleasure of working with. You wont regret using Ll their services.

I dont know about other people, but i have had various positive experiences here...one girl Cameron was so sweet and helpful. She was able to bind some notes for me that were pretty extensive in a short amt. Of time..the prices are also very reasonable in comparison to other locations. Staff seems to be very friendly. This seems to be a family run business. I had left my wallet there..not only did the owners leave a discreet msg, but all cash was there upon my return..thanku so much. Im grateful that they are always helpful and friendly..its worth the distance for me..i will be back !👍😃

Highly rude & not knowledgable in notarizing documents.Kid in the store today acted like a spoiled kid when asked to notarize a document. Through the book on the counter and then asked for us to go through documents and pull out the ones he needed to sign. He was complaining the entire time about # of documents.He did not understand how to identify what should be signed by signing party vs notarized. He then proceeded to say he did not feel comfortable notarizing. I asked for his managers name and he told me he could not provide but that he would be telling her that I tried to force him to notarize something he did not feel comfortable signing. I left my phone number and am hoping the manager cares enough about developing her employees and/or saving her business to call. However, after reading the other reviews Im not overly hopeful.

Closed at 1pm on Christmas Eve - are you kidding me!? I paid extra for expedited shipping on Amazon to get Christmas presents for my nieces and nephews on-time for Christmas and now I cant even pick them up because the store is closed. I had to work from 9am - 3pm today and figured Id just grab it on my lunch break, but no. I will not renew my mailbox here and hope this is a warning to anyone who intends to open one at this location. Ive never had this issue with any other UPS store Ive rented a box at, this is the 4th one Ive used and so far, by far, THE WORST! In addition to the store being closed, the after hours key they gave me did not work.

We shipped a package from this store that they packed and they stated it had $100 insurance automatically. The item was broken during shipment and they refuse to take any responsibility for it. We not only out the shipping costs, but the value of the item and the the reimbursement to the buyer of the item. So its like paying for it twice, plus shipping costs etc....VERY DISAPPOINTING.
