Jules Springs in Concord Mobility Works was a pleasure to deal with! We appreciate his help in finding us the perfect vehicle. As Concord is a 2.5 hour drive from Fayetteville we were grateful that he brought the vehicle to us to test drive...he then returned to Concord with it and had a back up camera installed that we requested and once again made the trip to our home with the van as he drove away with our trade in. The manager and salesman of the Charlotte/Concord Mobility Works stores step by stepped me thru an otherwise unfamiliar and relatively complicated purchase of a new converted van. There is actually more than 1000 pages of owners manual that I read. That provided allot of detail regarding the technological aspects of the new vehicle. It only filled in the details of what the salesmans vast knowledge and patience conveyed to me over the private and personable 4+ hours I spent at the very accessible, organized and clean store.

Mobility Works have nice employees. They are friendly and have good knowledge of their work. They do excellent work so stop by and check them out.

These folks are amazing. They sit and talk to you really listening to your needs and then match that toa vehicle. Plan on spending the day as its a process that is so worth it.

I hate giving 1 even star! They increased the figures on the papers sent to the 5 banks they use without my knowledge! So my credit was checked 5 times with only 1 bank wanting to help me telling me the exact numbers that was submitted to them. I called them out on it, if the banks knew the correct figure my chances would have been greater in getting an approved loan at a decent interest rate! I take my van to get my lift repaired since I could not get a loan with decent interest... I deal with 1 of the men that his position is over the salesmen, pointing out my anger and that I thought it was unprofessional and ended up being at my expense! Never apologized, never said can we fix this... nothing! Nothing except trying his hardest to sell me a used van with 100,000 miles on it for 15 thousand plus over 3g for extended coverage! Not to speak of tax & title charges...I call before going there today, and I was told I had to get there in a hurry and they could look at my lift to see what needed repair on in and fix it. Only to find out they could not even take it apart to find out what was wrong with the lift for an entire week! So...why tell me to go there and they could have the mechanics look at it, if they cant take it apart & fix it cause there are no mechanics there! Stay away from this company. They speak thru both sides of their mouths, they flat out lie to you, and will do everything in their power to get over on you & make as much money they can possibly squeeze out of you! One more issue... this man in charge tells me that doing the numbers on their end they already knew I couldnt get a loan with decent interest! So then why lie to me and assure me of everything if you already knew before you had my credit checked 5 times!!! These people are losers! They know theyre dealing with the disabled and they TAKE ADVANTAGE ANY WAY THEY POSSIBLY CAN!!! LOSERS!

This location is the best place for adaptive equipment ans installation. Everyone has GREAT customer service and love helping everyone.

Inept at best. Deceptive at worst. Doesnt want to take responsibility in either case. Buyer beware.
