I just received my new Range Rover Sport from Elite Motor Cars today and I couldn’t be happier! I live in Mississippi and I searched high and low until I found what I considered the perfect vehicle for me. Taylor assisted me throughout the entire process we did a video call on multiple occasions to inspect the vehicle and to update me on where we’re at in the process they did a few custom upgrades that I requested and then shipped the vehicle to me in a enclosed trailer. I’m going to be in the market for another premium vehicle in the next few months and I’ll definitely be going back to Elite!

My husband bought a Rolls Royce from these crooks. Supposedly it was on consignment when I inquired but little did we know they had the vehicle at a body shop next door to their facility getting paint work done to it. Car had 700 miles on the ad and when I got the car it had 900 miles and arrived damaged. Over 20k in damages. They swore the car was perfect and brand new. Now since they got our money they won’t respond or resolve this issue. STAY FAR AWAY

Elite Customer Service. I was buying a $10k used car surrounded by Ferrari’s and Lamborghini’s—literally the least expensive car on the lot—and yet Taylor was friendly and responsive in helping me over the phone with my questions about the car and then Robert was hospitable and down to Earth when I got to the dealership to finish up my purchase. I believe that I, a $30k/yr notary public, received the same attention and respect from EMC as I’m sure they give their more elite customers. I called Laura in finance two days before I was planning to go to the dealership and she readily shared with me the terms of my loan offer, which made me more comfortable with coming in to buy the car. Robert showed me the Carfax and Taylor made every effort to secure the car for me despite my inability to buy it right away. In the end, I was able to get the car that I wanted; I am happy with my clean and practical, though still fun and sporty, Mazda, and with my overall shopping experience at EMC.

I found a car that I liked in elite motor cars. I left a request online. Taylor called me back, he said that the car was available, and said that he would contact me the next day. The next day he called me and told me not to worry, he has not yet checked my credit history, and will give an answer by the end of the day. by the end of the day, no one contacted me, as well as the next day. When I saw that my credit was checked, I wrote to Taylor if there was any news for me. After 8 hours, he replied that they had sold the car to another person. Terrible service, ruined my credit history.

Bad experience. So I had a scheduled appointment with a salesman to check 2016 Lexus NX. Showed up for the appointment and apparently he was busy helping a customer that is completely fine and understandable. Another rep came up to me and told me that they would not allow me to test drive the vehicle until I had a “worked out the numbers “ I Was surprised. He told me they don’t to waste their time and customers time, when I drove 30 miles to their place. And I made sure to tell the sales manager they just lost an easy sale.

Great Experience. Terrific Customer Service. Purchased a 2003 Chevy SSR from Elite after a lot of searching and research. The vehicle I purchased was a consignment vehicle. I worked with Robert Rodriguez. My first contact was through their website request for information. Their website is well designed, easy to use and filled with a lot of photos and information on each vehicle. Robert was very helpful and responsive to my requests for further information about the vehicle and provided me with additional photos of the car and checked the trunk and glove box for accessories, evidence of service records and documentation I was looking for. He provided me useful insights into the history of the car’s ownership and acted as a fair go-between between the car’s owner and me. Once the negotiations concluded, Robert did an excellent job of preparing sale documentation so that I could complete the purchase process in an amazingly short 45 minutes. After purchase, a few repair items were discovered. Robert worked with me and the seller to arrive at a cost sharing arrangement after the sale which went above and beyond my expectations for service. They even arranged transportation at a competitive rate. The back office was great too! I’ve bought several cars and this is one of the few where the title was sent within weeks of purchase. I didn’t have to hound them for anything. Note I paid asking price but the car websites said it was a fair deal. I wanted a specific car with specific options and color combination. It was online for two days when I saw it. I knew if I didn’t act fast it would be sold. It arrived today and was glad I didn’t let a few hundred dollars cost me.

Unfortunately, I wish I could say it was a great experience. I purchased a BMW 550i from Elite Motors Cars that had major issues with it. I purchased their extended warranty that covers very little when you actually look at the exact components covered. The finance person at the time said it was bumper-to-bumper and as as good as factory warranty. This was not the case when it came to actually using the warranty and instead I had to pay $3K out of pocket to get the car in drivable condition.Sadly, Ive tried to reach the new finance person (who is the owner) and he has yet to return any of my calls to his direct line or his mobile phone. I did talk to one sales person, who tried to help (pointing fingers at the BMW Dealership that Ive had 10+ year relationship with for trying to up-sell me on things that were not important.In a nutshell, if you do buy a car from this dealership, do not plan on getting any customer service after youve purchased it (brake light warranty) and DO NOT buy their extended warranty as its utter junk and only covers a small list of components (and nothing attached to those components).It should also be noted that my brother-in-law also purchased a BMW from them a few years prior to me (didnt know it at the time) and his car has been a huge lemon. Ive personally fixed multiple issues with it and he is now trying to get rid of it as its been nothing but a money pit.Buyer beware.

My experience at Elite Motors was great. Michael was the salesman that helped me. The application process was very quick and easy. Michael got back to me very quickly and had great communication unlike a lot of dealers. The finance manager was great as well. My credit isn’t the best and they still treated me like a valued customer. If your not walking in with a 700/800 fico, most dealers don’t even have the common courtesy to even call you back. I applied on Thursday and went to pick up the car that Friday. I was in and out of there within about an hour and a half with test driving and finishing the paperwork. I was able to get into my dream car. And I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a used luxury vehicle.

Just purchased my second luxury car in the space of 5 years from Elite Motors. Again, they had the exact vehicle I wanted, ultra low miles, ultra clean at a fair price. No need to haggle. Dealer already did his homework! Took it for PPI where mechanic with 30 years BMW experience basically ordered me to “buy” (only reservation was 2 screws missing from a covering under the main covering under the car!). Most often you are left to reconcile a list of pros and significantly pricey cons. I headed back to the dealer with nothing to say. The deal was done. Though I was confident that the car was great under the hood, inside and out, I hated leaving the dealership with a huge hole in my pocket. I drove off and headed to the gas station with my usual unavoidable buyer’s remorse. I looked down and I saw they had just filled the tank! With these large transactions somehow the little gestures become magnified as your brain tries to understand what your heart just made you do to your bank account. They paid attention to EVERY detail which is what you want when buying what may be the nicest car you will ever own.

This place is a joke. Called to confirm a Lamborghini Huracan was there. Let them know I was coming and what time. When I got there the owner pushed me off to another sales man like he did not have time for me. The guy he pushed me off to had no answers. All in All I guess it was meant to be. We just visited this dealership to buy Lexus nx 200t we meet with Mike but because of he was busy he sent another guy to show us the car. but this guy thought we cant offer the car so he dont want us to test drive the car and told us in order not to west time lets discus about the numbers. we went there to buy it by 32000 but because of we didnt like his altitude toward us we offered him 30000 and we left. so my follow friends because of its luxury auto-dealer pls wear your formal cloths not to be judged.

I purchased a 2016 Corvette z06 from elite motor cars with a plethora of issues. Within 2 days of driving car pulled a CEL with multple engine codes. we came to find out the vehicle had a non carb legal cold air intake, upper pulley/lower balancer. this car was somehow smogged and passed with these modifications. 2 months later and almost $6k the car is now fixed at my expense. its really unfortunate we drove hours to pick up this vehicle that was all stock per one of the salesmen by the name of robert. i was told to submit invoices to see what the owner would do and to this day nothing was done. its unfortunate i bought a $74,000 car that was not running properly as i was told it was. i will be looking into filing a complaint with the BAR aswell.update 03/21/2021Spoke to Alex regarding the matter, i was told i would be reimbursed for some of the expenses required to get the vehicle running properly. Had a long conversation with the owner and was given the runaround as to him being sympathetic towards the matter and that he was a car enthusiast like myself. i have yet to hear back from alex or robert (employee) regarding my reimbursment. Ive sent several messages requesting Alexs(owner) conctact information with no response. Our last conversation i mentioned filing a complaint with the bar and dmv, the response i received was that they would flag my vehicle for being illegally modified and non smog compliant, mind you this is how the vehicle was purchased.

Ok buying experience but no superb. Our salesman Michael was engaging and helpful but he would leave for 20 min at a time to confer with the owner. We found ourselves standing around for hours really not knowing what the delay was. The never-seen owner was not helpful and not once even came out to see us even though this ghost was making decisions that were screwing us over. We bought the car for immediate transport to another state and this owner refused to work with us in that regard. We wanted to pay our State Sales Tax, not CAs. We were told hes by the book. Uh uh...let me tell you that can bite you as you will be held to the same standard eventually. So we had to pay ridiculous CA tax for this vehicle and were not happy about it. We bought from them because they had the car we wanted but it was an impersonable and unpleasant experience overall.

They allowed my ex husband to trade in a vehicle with my name on the title without my permission. Their only answer was Its legal when the title has OR on it. It may be legal but its unethical and scandalous. I should have been notified that a vehicle with my name attached to it was being sold or traded. I will tell everyone I know to beware of such transactions from this dealer.

There are places that go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and appreciated and this is one of those places. No high pressure sales tactics, no lies and no games. The way car buying is supposed to be. In terms of inventory, its a candy store! There were 10 cars I wanted to drive out in - everything from luxury daily drivers, to rare and monster performance super cars. I will absolutely give Elite Motor Cars my future business.
