This was the second time I have shopped at Bob Mariano, and I have had a great experience both times. I leased my Jeep Wrangler in 2018 and Cliff and the team were great. Friday I went back after moving up to the area and just having twins, because we very quickly realized my Wrangler was too small for our now suddenly large family!! I was interested in a new Grand Cherokee L and was able to request Cliff again as our salesman. We felt welcomed back with open arms and everyone was excited for us on welcoming our two baby girls into the world just a week and a half sooner. Cliff and Andrew ultimately made the process easy and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! As Cliff joked, if I bring my girls back when it’s their turn to drive he’ll be really old but happy to help! 😁

Great experience buying a Jeep here today. I’ve been looking for months and decided to give this place a try. Nate was great, down to earth, and worked to find something within my budget. He even took the time to review the entire car with me before I took a test drive. All of the staff were very friendly too, unlike some dealerships where it can be an awkward and tense atmosphere. I was in an out within three hours. A comfortable car buying experience for sure!

I had a great experience with Mariano. I did show up looking for a specific car that I had been assured was there but with the way inventory is moving and the lack of product across the board in general, I wasn’t overly disappointed. Cliff was excellent, very accommodating and did go above and beyond to try to get me what I wanted for the price I was looking to pay, and I left very happy with my purchase!Overall satisfied with my shopping experience and with the company. I can’t believe I’m actually giving a dealership service department a 5 star review, but this experience was exceptional. Both my brother and brother-in-law are great mechanics, however one’s shop is in Indiana, and the other one works for a large company now after closing his shop in Arizona where he built race cars. It’s important to know that I live in Hillsborough, and have a Dodge dealer right here in town. The service advisor here has known my family for DECADES. I have absolutely no problem with her, she is a wonderful, honest, and very knowledgeable woman. The parts department at Hillsborough Dodge, well, let’s just say I’m not sure how the building still has “Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram” on the building. I have 31k miles on my 2019 Ram, and am meticulous about maintenance. I had a few services already booked with my service advisor, but wanted to see if I could add changing out the transmission fluid and filter…I was quoted $38.11 a QUART for transmission fluid. Even my service advisor looks at the parts guy like he was high. After asking a few questions, the parts guy eventually just stopped talking to me. He just stood there clicking away on his computer like I didn’t exist. Here is where my experience with Bob Mariano CDJR starts. I still needed all 4 previously scheduled services done, but had nowhere to go. Throwing caution to the wind, and having never set foot inside Bob Mariano CDJR, I decided to roll the dice and see if they’d take mercy on me. I walked into the service department with all humility, and after being greeted, jjokingly said, “I’m hoping someone has a sense of humor.” The guy just kinda laughed asking how late I was, and I informed him Inwas actually so early that the appointment didn’t exist yet lol…he could’ve turned me away, or told me next week…NOPE. He instantly started trying to figure out how he could get me in. Within about a half hour 1 of the 4 things I needed was done, and I had an appointment for the very next morning to fix the rest. That next morning I was greeted by the service advisor in a first name basis. Not only did the tech take time to come out and show me my own parts and how they were wearing, he FOUND things that I hadn’t fully described, and they were covered under warranty. Talk about a service department going out of their way!!! On top of this, even though I should have probably paid 10% more, I was actually given a 10% discount. Having family that has (and still does) owned shops, I have an understanding of how labor is priced. Warranty work is not a gold mine. I don’t mind paying a little extra for quality work, and honesty. I almost tipped these folks lol…I HIGHLY recommend doing business with the Service Department at Bob Mariano CDJR. Inversely, I wouldn’t go anywhere NEAR Hillsboro Ford or Hillsboro CDJR ever again. Their claim to fame is low prices…HA! They are the Banks Chevrolet of Hillsboro. Pretentious. Overpriced. And almost no inventory EVER, not just now.

Went to ask about a trade in offer on my 2017 Jeep Renegade Latitude. Didnt feel welcomed at all. Another gentleman came out of his office (assuming he was the sales manager) asked me what the mileage is on the vehicle and then stated that he couldnt certify it because it was over the mileage allowed. He also stated me to go and sell it somewhere else. The sales person that helped me asked me what I was looking to get for it. I told him how much another dealership offered me. He disappeared for about 5 minutes and told me that they would be able to offer me the same value (mind you without even fully looking at the vehicle). This once again is the exact reason why I will not go to or recommend Bob Mariano to anyone. This is also after dealing with a lazy service department also many years back.

I went into Bob Mariano’s Service Department for a routine inspection only to be told I need new brake pads, rotors and calipers due to “lack of use.” A grave injustice to myself, and other Mariano customers, who followed the governments recommendation to stay home through this Pandemic should have been informed of this potential issue.Outside of my salesman, Mariano’s conducting bad business and has LOST two long time customers.

Chris was more than helpful during the whole experience. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was expecting the process of buying my new car to take few hours, but thanks to him the whole process took much less.

We bought a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude from Bob Mariano Jeep and it was not the best buying experience, although it’s a great vehicle. We received a letter from Bob Mariano recently about their promotion about trading in our 2018 Jeep Cherokee. We hesitated about going back, based on our buying experience. (We paid cash). So, we went to the promotion event today. There were hardly any new Jeep vehicles on the lot, and it was again, not a good buying experience. What a waste of our time! We will definitely buy a new 2021 Jeep but NOT from Bob Mariano Jeep.

They are the best people to work with to fine a vehicle .If they dont have what you want, they will go out their way to fine it. I was lucky . They had one I wanted, and they will work with you on finances.

Im giving this one star mainly for its service department. Dont bother leaving a message for them in their general service mailbox, you wont get called back. I used jeeps emergency road side assistant, had a vehicle towed here, they didnt even know it was there the next morning. The waiting room isnt great either.The sales guys are usually very helpful, but you will typically pay more here than other Jeep dealers in the area. In return you do get lifetime free state inspections, but then you also have to deal with the service department.

Regular maintenance they can handle... but when it comes to more indepth things they cant seem to fix. Left the vehicle for about a week and the problem was never fixed, like the claimed it was. Apparently I need to take my vehicle to a different Jeep service center that knows what they are doing.

Also this time when I picked up my new truck it was filthy inside and out. 40 some odd thousand for a truck it should be spotless! Other than that very happy with the purchase!

As I’m writing this my month old new car is at another CDJR dealership getting fixed. Check engine came on 10 days after I got it. Havnt had my car for the 7th day now, they don’t know what’s wrong with it. They have to call Chrysler for help. Can’t get an inspection sticker due to the problem and now the DMV wants to suspend my car cause I can’t get it inspected.Considering the thousands I dropped as a downpayment, I should not have these problems a month in. the other dealership assumed I got my car on the side of the road from how bad the problem with my car is, they were shocked when I told them I got it at another branch.This dealership will be getting a not so great phone call next week from me for sure

Had an amazing experience purchasing my Jeep at Bob Mariano. This was the first car I’ve ever purchased, so I was coming in as a total rookie. I wanted to test drive a Wrangler and a Grand Cherokee, so I called to make an appointment in advance. It was one of the hottest days of the year, and they had both cars ready with the AC already blasted in them, just an incredibly considerate staff. Jeff is a total stud and was extremely diligent through all of the paperwork, I can’t thank him enough for all he did to help out. I would recommend Jeff and this dealership as a whole to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Very generous trade in on my 2011 GC on top of a good price on the new one.Weve all got stories about how awful buying a car can be, but none of that at Bob Mariano.Also want to thank Anthony (finance guy) for making the paperwork part of the process so easy.I think this was the quickest purchase Ive ever had.Dealership was extremely clean and everybody was wearing a mask. It sure feels strange to complete a big purchase like this without a handshake, but thats the new normal for now.
