I brought in a car that was in overall good working order to be ran through to fine tune (reassurance for a self-tune) and get some dyno numbers. Once there, they were having an issue with the car that did not exist prior to arriving (car has been roadworthy for a year prior). I was told they couldn’t finish the tune until it was fixed. Was ballparked several hundred more to fix. Otherwise I could pick it up with half a tune and fix myself but still be charged full price. Not wanting to be stuck paying hundreds more to “maybe” fix a new issue (they were having trouble pinpointing the cause) I elected to pick up the car and pay full price for half a tune which is pretty unreasonable. To make it worse, the closed loop tune they did made the car run worse than before. And to make it even more ridiculous, leaving everything as it was when I picked it up, I could not get the car to repeat the problem they claimed to be having!I was treated quite unfairly in the matter and charged full price (it is pricy) for poor and incomplete work due to an issue that seems to be of their own doing. Maybe the issue was a random act of bad luck or some kind of fluke. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Either way, I would be hesitant to consider them again.That being said, the gentleman I conducted business with was patient and seemingly understanding of my concerns.

Highly recommend! Ben and the guys, are extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful but they know their stuff! Ben helped me with an issue I had and I was extremely satisfied with results! Best prices in town, especially considering they do the most high quality work. I would absolutely recommend their shop! Ben is a good guy and can ask him any question and he is quick to help and will tell you honestly what he thinks issues are, and at low cost! Great shop! Head in there! You wont regret it.

I had bad O2 sensors on my 2014 Mustang GT.. they were the upstream ones so extremely difficult to get to without a lift.. so I called around places mechanics that would be able to do the work.. none were able to get me in for at least a week.. under pressure performance got me in within the next day.. very friendly professional and knowledgeable staff.. gave me a walk around the shop to show me what they work on and told me about all the services..I highly recommend them..They treated me a customer that was only getting O2 sensors installed no different than a customer installing a full turbo kit.. that’s true customer service.. highly recommend them and I will be telling family and friends about them as well

This review is for the C7 Twin Turbo KitQuality of the parts that have been recieved are top notch craftsmanship. The manifolds and other piping look great and were worth the wait for the powder coat.My experience was great as they took the time to make sure your order is up to your goals and expectations.There was a hiccup with shipping - it got sent to the wrong address. This happened during the busy holiday system so it became a headache with FEDEX, but Ben at UPP got it done and was as much help as I could ask for.My install of this setup is done, and Im excited to see it run! I will going to UPP for some custom fab work and fueling upgrades and will update when the car is up and running!

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our race team was in town for the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, and our Garrett turbo came apart during practice. These guys not only hooked us up with a new turbo WITH A WARRANTY, they provided us the necessary parts to adapt their turbo to our race car, they fabricated what they didnt have, and they also threw down an absolutely perfect dyno tune to allow the car to run properly with the new turbo. The car ran WONDERFULLY and managed to finish the Hill Climb without any further turbo issues! Highly recommend these guys and their products, Ill certainly be using their turbos for any and all builds that I can in the future!!!

Ive been going to these guys for about 3 years now and have had nothing but good experiences. Theyve done my suspension, brakes, exhaust and most recently a turbo kit. Out of all the parts they have installed for me over the 3 year span there were almost no issues. The very few occasions there was an issue they resolved it quickly and without any hassle. CK and the team there take a lot of pride in there work and it shows.

Had my Subaru tuned, and took it back because it wasnt holding boost all the time. They corrected the issue without hesitation. Great to see a speed shop stand by their work.

Just wanted to let every know at the shop that our 09 supercharged challenger drive great to and from oklahoma!! The tune was awesome and got some great boost about 9 there and no codes have come on since you guys took care of that before our trip! I rated you guys 5/5 stars because when we did have a couple codes pop up You were all like, come in and we will take care of it right away. driving from pueblo west was kinda a pain but as soon as we got there you all dropped everything and took care of us. Thank you guys again!!! The tune is perfect opening up everything you said it would lol!!!

This place does great work! They were able to solve a complex electrical issue in my vehicle and tackled the project even though we knew it was going to be challenging; the other highest rated performance shop in town wouldnt even take on the project...Furthermore, they worked with me to source cheaper parts when it made sense to do so and allowed me to keep my car on site while we were waiting for delivery/repairs. When we did run into some technical challenges, they took the time to work through the problem with me and make things right. Would definitely recommend this shop to my friends/family! Keep in mind that tuning is often just as much of an art as a science, if you are not willing to be patient and have realistic expectations, then it may not be right for you...Had a minor problem with miscommunication from the front desk dude, hopefully this challenge was rectified with some training...

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. They were able to help point me in the right direction for my new project(Ford Escape). When doing a one off that no one has done before, there is no kit, no preprogrammed anything. Plus they sell the BOVs and waste gates in any size that you need. They have the capabilities to manufacture custom stainless headers and turbo manifolds.

Took my truck to get it tuned when i picked it up it was missing,sputting and nothing had been done that i wanted they got me 250 hp out of a built lq4 called them up right away that it was not running right they told me to bring it back in and they would take care of it so i brought it back and they said it would cost me a couple hundred more to fix what they didnt get right in the first place i dont think so. I took it down the street to another tuner they got me 110 more hp to the ground the truck is running great i would not bring my truck back if my life depended on it very unprofessional and to not stand behind your work not okIf i could take a picture and post it on here there is no such thing on the recipt i paid you for a tune and got half the job and than you want more money for what i paid for alreadyIf i pay for anything i expect to get what i pay for not half the job and than pay more for it to get finished if there was issues to start with then you dont touch it tell its fixed so you can do it correctly and not gouge every dime you can i have a witness that was there with me that can vouch that you said you would take care of any issues he was there when we dropped it off and picked it up telling me the truck needs a intake and headers to run better250 hp is what we get out of a stock 6.0... it is not stock

Didn’t get car tuned here but customer service and people skills here are garbage.Parked in front saw 4 people hanging out by garage door, couldn’t tell if they were customers or people working they just stood there talking. Walked in with my friend just to stand in the lobby at the front desk and watch some fat bearded guy sit at the front desk on the phone . Didn’t acknowledge us just kept talking on the phone and sometimes glanced at us while some guy behind him and the desk played with a dog.Finally after about 15-20 mins some guy came from the garage and asked if we’ve been helped, told him no and said we were looking for a Omni map sensor because I saw they put something on Facebook about them having the sensors for around 80-119 bucks . Guy went in the back and found one but had to look up on the computer and finally came up with 160 bucks for the map sensor. You can find them online for 70-90 just didn’t want to wait on shipping but I def will now.

Tuned my megasquirt2pnp on a 2000 miata borg warner boosted car. Put in my built motor and all the goodies to go along with it. Did a custom exhaust manifold and 3 exhaust system. Did an amazing job at a very reasonable price very happy with the shop and quality of work. When ever there was an issue or question theyve been there to help me out. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Had an issue with lack of power in my 84 c10 and was refered by a customer at OReillys on how they did a great job on his 70 Camaro...So took it to them a 3 p.m got it back at 430 p.m same day and had more power in my pick up...super satisfied and will see them for any other vehicle needs...

Ive had their turbo kit on my vette for 3 years now and I couldnt be any happier! CK and the team down at the shop know what they are doing and always take care of me and my cars!

Brought my supercharged 08 Scion tC to have a simple tune done. Car only had 25,000 miles on it. Babied the hell out of that thing. CK and gang blew up the motor while on the dyno. Their solution? Make me pay for a new motor. They had me over a barrel and not wanting them to screw me more I played along. Nearly $5000 and 5 months later I get the car back and it runs like trash. Barely starts, idles so low it dies at any stop, even during turns. The best part however, is the fact that they gave it back to me with the front driver side caliper HANGING OFF. So one day the brakes just go out completely (pedal hit the floor) and I nearly wrecked the car. When I call them and told them this they replied oh we had no reason to take that off, must of been someone else REALLY??? The car was with you for most of the year, so who could have done it? They will be hearing from my lawyer.

Had just bought an evo and was running rough. These guys told me it was running lean and needed to be retuned. They tuned it and after 4 miles were put on the tune the motor blew. Told me that it had no oil in the car and it spun a rod due to that fact. In reality they put such an aggressive tune on it and maxed at all possible parameters that it ended up blowing the motor. They didnt help in any way to rectify their inability to tune the car. So the car sat for a year until I could pay a reputable shop to do the job. Wouldnt bring my grandmothers Buick in for an oil change at this shop they are so incompetent.Update 09/28/2018: I see someone has finally responded to my review. You say I have or had zero knowledge of the history of the car. That is incorrect because I know who built the car, including the motor. Guess who that was? YOU guys did. The motor had a few thousand miles on it before i got it. I have receipts to prove that. Would you like to know why it was brought to you to be built? Because the previous set up was dyno tuned by YOU and blew up. Why they brought the car back to be rebuilt by you guys is a whole different conversation in itself. Secondly how would you know anything in regards to the possibility that the piston ring lands didnt get damaged? So that indeed could very well have happened and you would not have known seeing as the motor never came apart in your shop. I wouldnt really call me wanting my car to run without a few minor issues Grandeur. Was I expecting my car to make 800whp on the preconceived notion that the previous owner told me it would? Not even in the slightest.... When I was shown the oil from the car in the oil drain pan it had plenty of oil in there... know how I know that? I changed the oil in the car just like i do with every new car i get with Brad penn. Little over 4 quarts to be exact. So Im not too sure why your alluding to it not having oil. Nothing you have said has made me think any different than I did before. I do indeed #BlameTheTuner as well as anyone else dealing with my car. It has been a nightmare ever since taking it to your shop and you guys didnt even attempt to help out with the situation. Like I said previously in my review above, I wouldnt take anything I didnt want destroyed to this shop.

Stay away from these morons! Took my Mustang in to get the fuel injection set up and tuned on a dyno. Without knowing what the car had, or even taking the time to look at the instructions, they took the headers off and ruined the ceramic coating welding oxygen sensor ports that are not needed and cant be used with an EZ FAST system. Then when they figured out they had fd up, they didnt admit their mistake. Instead they told me how they would most likely have to remove the EZ FAST system and rewire it all to get the car to run. I called the guy at FAST and he said I had better go get my car away from these fools if they cant even figure out EZ FAST. They clearly have no clue what they are doing and charged me about $350.00 in unnecessary work to ruin my ceramic headers which will cost $450.00 to replace and then said I couldnt take the car unless I paid the bill. Just glad I stopped the job before they really F---ed things up. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

I can only talk about their Dyno services, but they did a great job fixing someone elses mistake. I would highly recommend this shop.

Not recommended. I took my car in for performance upgrades and wound up having to bring it back multiple times due to apparent lack of knowledge as to what upgrades needed to be done. Very poor customer service and long delays in response (or no response) from this shop. Id look around for your performance upgrades before taking it here.
