Prices are reasonable. Name explains it. You bring your tools in and get the piece off that you need. You take a chance on it working but usually they are good.

Sam was fantastic. She was very customer service minded.She gave clear instructions to move an end car on row 35 out 1foot so when I turned I could get the door panels off. Sadly they moved the car to the crusher and placed a same SUV but different year and they were not interchangeable....

It’s a hit and miss sometimes, either they will have tons of parts or none at all, just keep eye on the inventory. After coming here over a span of two years, I just found out they had a return policy. There was countless times where I got parts not compatible or not operational and I’d just toss them due to a low cost. If you’re not satisfied or a part is broken you can bring it back for store credit within 30 days. However, it needs to be tagged appropriately and have a receipt or it won’t be accepted. I’d recommend you keep eye on your tools because once you leave it, other patrons will take them.

One of the best U-pull spots Ive been to. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They printed a list of all the vehicles I was looking for as I was checking in. The yard is well organized and well stocked. Found exactly what I was looking for and paid a very fair price. Will be returning here.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of cars to pull parts from. Only downside is there are no loaner tools. If you forget a tool. Then you have to either go home get it, go to store to buy 1. Or ask a customer to help or let you borrow it. Customers are helpful as well. If you are a frequent flyer take advantage of rewards program. It save you aloy and you also get money on your account and its helpful when you fall short of funds

Huge selection of cars to choose from. It was my first time going there and the staff was very nice and informative. Your first time there is free admission and only $2 after. You can go in and out several times in one day as long as you get a stamp. They provide a limited tools to use so you definitely want to bring your own. They also have wheel barrels that you can use for big parts. Overall great experience and i will be returning!

My husband goes there a few times a month to get parts and they are very reasonable in price and have a good selection of cars. We junked one of our cars yesterday and they paid us a fair amount and were very accommodating. Today I called because I realized we had left something important in the car, and Hunter? from the front desk was very helpful in tracking it down for me. Great customer service!

If you like cars just an over all fun place to dig through cars to find parts that would otherwise take forever to receive .. wish they would try and group the same make and Models together though..ang get some jaguars and harleys in the lot 😊

What can I say!An auto salvage yard, that allows you to pull your own parts. WHAT!!!and save money.Its probably the best way, a do it yourselfer could improve there auto mechanic skills. Take it apart, and youve learned what it takes, to put it back in. This place also teaches you to have the right tools for the job; so getting your hands on any specialty tools is a must, prior to embarking on your parts journey in the extensive field-o-vehicles.If you do your own vehicle maintenance, like I do, its a place to really get a lot of bang, for your bucks. Many of the drive trains, and suspensions I picked through were like new, or newer than the ones I was repairing.I would highly recomend Pull-n- Pay. They also have a return policy. WHAT!!!I dont know of any other salvage yard that offers that.For me, Pull-n-Pay is a win, win.That pretty much says it all

The coolest place on planet earth! If there was ever a toy store for big kids (ie:grownups) this is it. I have never not found the part I was looking for. Just a genius idea. You get the used part for a fraction of what it costs new and..... you get to pull it off the donor vehicle yourself. Say goodbye to not knowing how to install the part when you get lt home

Big selection of parts. Decent prices. Friendly staff. Those are the good things. Bad things, not very well organized. The rows need to be marked more clearly so you know where exactly you are and where the vehicle youre looking for is at. Theres not a lot of detail on which car is where. Theres car parts laying everywhere so thats hard to pull the carts through there that you load up or the wheelbarrows and the ground is covered in oil in other car fluids not very environmentally friendly and hard not to step in it. Its a good place. Just a little rough.

Only negative Ive had in my experience with this yard is the limited staffing upon occasions. Other than that, they have a pretty good selection of stuff to pick through, prices arent unreasonable, and most of the time the place is pretty clearly labeled. The fake disease crud with the mask wearing is excessive, but this too will pass.

Honestly for a junkyard this place is very well organized people who work there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Finding your vehicle in which to pull parts from are laid out in neat rows. This is the only yard I go to when I need to pull a part or cant find a part from my suppliers.

Was their looking for a tilt steering column for 85 ford, 15 x 10 rims, and miscellaneous for a jeep cherokee, dident find anything but its still a good weekend cause I got out of the house

Great used auto parts junk yard. They keep an organized inventory of vehicles with the year, etc. And theyll print a ticket for you that lists what rows each individual vehicles are in that you ask about. Additionally, each vehicle is clearly tagged with the year, engine, & other pertinent info. Knowledgeable & helpful staff.

They said my car I asked about was in the lot. The row was the farthest from the entry that it could have been. The car was NOT there and I wasted my afternoon trying to find it. Male staff (25yrs old) seemed to talk down to me and I really resent that.

Have read reviews before about their services being poorly, misjudged at least with experiences I have had since my acknowledge of the junkyard site. Finally writing a review which I dealt with my numerous experiences visit. Besides change of employers and from 2008 to present that I have been in and out of on occasions. Have always dealt with courtesy and If I needing help for parts upon entering the yard. At times not having wheel barrows or carts available for use, still only reliable place in Springs for minor/novice mechanical used needs. With my experiences dealt with facility, I have the utmost respect for employers in maintaining and requesting customer services needed to run yard. I search periodically on web for inventory for availability. With my random visits I have never had any poor, rude, or unpolite employer in my whole times I have been in and out of 12 years I have been to this facility. Hope this helps for those wanting referral aspect from a local and experienced customer to this facility.

Got to checkout and clerk was very rude, told me to go stand outside the door and to take my bag with me. There was one customer at checkout, and two behind me. Not sure what his problem was, but he was the one needing a shower. I left my parts there, and left their business. I will order new replacement parts from now on, and will not return. They lost a customer. Sad, as I have been a repeat customer for many years now.
