I/We had a very good 1st visit/experience at LHM Liberty Toyota. It was our second and last stop of the day.By the time my friend and I met a sales person there (5 min or so) wed already decided which vehicle, a Camry, we wanted to make an offer on. I buy vehicles more often than the average consumer, and once my questions have been answered and Ive made up my mind, I like to make a reasonable offer with terms that either are, or are not, acceptable to the dealer. Ive dealt with quite a few different Sales Persons and my patience for negotiating or playing the waiting game as they run back and forth to a manager is virtually non-existent. For the most part, all Im looking for is a yes or no and am not emotionally attached so my feelings dont get hurt if the answer is no. I asked a couple of questions made an offer and a couple of minutes later the manager, sales person and I all shook hands and the deal was done. Was in with the finance manager in about 30 minutes, that took all of 10 minutes, and we were out the door.I live on the south end of Denver but was unable to find something (other than coming soon) on a lot here with the current limited inventory. I found two vehicles in the Springs area and we drove down which Im very happy I did. The only thing that could have gone better is if I had reversed the order in visiting the two dealerships. Nothing against the competitor - they were very professional, but we were not able to make a deal. Everything happens for a reason - and this time not finding a vehicle locally and not making that first deal all worked out in my favor.

After thousands spent at this dealership to keep my old Toyota serviced by Toyota. I will not be coming back. Took in for an oil leak last year. Instead of checking basic things, like you know, the oil pan. Was charged over $1k for valve cover gaskets. Now, after I find the leak myself, I take it in with all parts, and oil pan already dropped, and get charged almost $700 to take a cross member off, put the new oil pan on, and fill up oil. Absolute racket of a service department. Sad that they take advantage of people like that after being shown loyalty.

We sold our Tundra here and had a great experience. Specifically, we wanted to rave about the salesman who helped us, Jordan. He was probably the friendliest person I have ever met. He was so happy and welcoming the entire time. He was the type of person that you hope to interact with anytime you go anywhere. He was honest, made genuine conversation with us, and was never rude or pressuring. I have no relation to him and spent minimal time with him, because he was quick and efficient, but he was great. Me and my husband will definitely be back to have him help us next time we need to purchase and/or sell a vehicle.

We walked in not wanting to buy a vehicle. Simply wanted to test drive a 4Runner. Ended up getting everything I wanted and left with it. Isaiah was patient with us and very helpful. Purchased a 22 Camry from this dealership, My salesrepresentative was Mark Bensenberg, great, friendly,and a very professional person, I cannot say the samething about the financial department. If you are militaryand have a high/decent credit, I highly recommend toget pre approve with a military friendly financialinstitution, they took my military rebate away justbecause I decided to go with navy federal since theyoffered me over a 2 percent lower interest rate thanToyota. After I declined to finance through Toyota trustme it didnt feel as friendly as when I walked in. The 4/5stars is definitely for the great service from my salesman.

We are from Texas and traveling to Colorado Springs on vacations, when we realized we were due for a service. We were able to have our car serviced with this amazing dealer, we didn’t have an appointment. Tommy Hopper took great care of us and treated us as if we were longtime customers. He told us 3 hours and the car was finished much earlier, to our glad surprise ( as at that time our baby was 1 year old). Due to chip shortages, there was a 6-month backlog to get a new Toyota Sienna minivan. Fortunately, we submitted our order anyhow and put some $$ down -- as a result, when our van was delivered Liberty Toyota did not charge us the additional market adjustment fee that many dealers are now charging (yeah!!). The Toyota dealer is always busy, so it took about 4 hours to process the sale. Our salesman Gabe was very attentive. We are enjoying our new Sienna very much.

I have been a Toyota customer for over 7 years. I am always usually satisfied with my service experience at Liberty Toyota but not this week. Firstly, dont lie and say you left me a voicemail to pick up my car as I received no messages from you. Secondly, when I pick up my car, youre supposed to bring it to the customer. I had to go into your private car parking area to retrieve my car and remove the paper floor mat and signs in my car. Your mechanic left black marks all over my car that I had to clean myself AND I was told you would wash my car, but this was not done. Dont promise a high level of service if you cant even deliver it. I dont blame the service rep for this, he was nice and did his job, but youve obviously got problems when your service rep informs me that they are having problems communicating with your mechanics.

Bought a used car from this dealership. The sales staff was amazing and helpful, big thanks to JC. He mentioned how he had been here for many years because they truly cared about the customer. After I came home I realized there were some issues with the vehicle that were not addressed during the initial inspection. I brought it back in and they worked me in and got me on my way. I realized soon after that neither of the issues were addressed properly and I brought it back in and one was fixed. Realized the final issue still wasn’t sorted out. I brought my vehicle in for a 3rd time, mind you I didn’t buy the warranty they offered, and they got me in and made sure the problem was corrected. So maybe the service department is a bit overscheduled and made some mistakes on my vehicle, yes. However Richard, the service department manager remained diligent and extremely professional the entire time and really made me feel like my satisfaction was a priority. I would give 5 stars if I didn’t have to bring in my vehicle 3 separate times for the same issues. But I cannot speak enough to the character of Richard and the entire dealership. They did not have to help me fix these issues but they did to make me feel satisfied. I would most definitely buy another vehicle from these people. Class acts.

Service department was awesome. Adam helped me out with my repair and he even told me I had free oil changes waiting for me due to my car being so new. They fixed my car quick and we’re so polite to me. They explained exactly what was wrong, how they fixed it, and what the next steps were if I were to have the issue again. I went to the other location down south initially and was unsatisfied with the service.. but I’m so glad I ended up here. We’re customers 4 lyfe. Thank you!

Writing this on behalf of my husband. Brought his 2018 Tundra in for a steering issue and windshield. Tommy H made it happen. Dealing with insurance and making the right calls got it taken care of. Only issue was when windshield was replaced, they did not calibrate the camera for adaptive cruise. still good job Tommy. Have to give some props also to Asst Service Manager, I think his name was Rich. Maybe not, but he took the time to listen to husband and his issues he had before.

Let me start with the good: Ive always had a great experience with everyone that works here. The service techs are awesome and provide all estimates ahead of time, explain why the work needs to be done, what happens if it doesnt, all the good stuff that comes from a good service department. Awesome people work there. The only downside is the wait time. Ive been to a ton of mechanics and dealerships across the country, and this one takes the longest for the most routine items. Yesterday I went in for an oil change. I arrived at 7:57am for an 8:00am appointment. I left at about 11:20. Thats a little over three hours for an oil change and tire rotation, which has been about the standard for the three times weve taken our vehicles in for maintenance. I dont blame the techs at all. If I were to guess, Id say the dealership is taking in too many appointments for the number of techs available and it backlogs everyone. So go to this dealership for great service, but my recommendation is to not stay there to wait for the car. Drop it off and come pick it up later in the day.

Literally only coming here because I somehow was convinced prepaid oil changes were a good idea. Made an appointment for an oil change and still waited for 2 hrs. When I asked my advisor what the eta was he told me “don’t worry, he only has 7 cars after yours!” I don’t care, that’s not what I asked. Only come here if you have to. Tommy is new and it shows. He tried to force me to sign something before I could read it. It was wrong so good thing I read it. When I asked for it to be corrected, he told me I was wrong. Another advisor came over and corrected it. Warren, the service manager, never gets involved or makes things right. Why make an appointment if it means nothing? Larry H Miller should be embarrassed to have this dealership associated.

The GM even took time out of his day to talk to me about the truck I was buying and asked if I had any questions about it or the market. Buyer Beware! If you want a clean car, do not go here. We purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Liberty Toyota. When we test drove the vehicle it was not clean, but we were assured if we closed on the deal, it would be detailed in time for us to take it home that day. We live an hour away so we offered to come back for the vehicle because buying a clean car is important to us. In all of our years of buying cars, we have never seen one left so dirty. They must have done a quick vacuum and spray so it seemed fine as we excitedly drove home with our new car. Over the next few days, I started finding more and more dirt, dust, and pet hair throughout the van; as well as the previous owners belongings and food and pet stains. I know Toyota has a good reputation so I reached out, hoping they would make things right. They offered for us to bring the van back to the dealership an hour away, and they would detail the vehicle. So since we are a family of 5, my husband arranged to take it back and waited for 4 hours for them to fog the vehicle with chemicals which has been an even more disgusting smell than the pet smells. They still didn’t bother to clean, vacuum, wipe down, shampoo ANYTHING! Slowly, I have done the work myself, because we do not want anything to do with this business ever again and cannot afford a professional detail at the moment.Also, we have excellent credit and they didn’t bother doing any work to find us a good rate, but just did the bare minimum to get us out the door. We were short on time for the test drive, but offered over and over to come back and finish the deal. So now we have to do more work ourselves to get refinanced at a rate we qualify for. We really wanted the van and wanted to have a good experience. Unfortunately they just wanted our business and didn’t care how they treated us! Go somewhere else where they will appreciate your business.

One star is too high. Sold a used vehicle to my family (April 2021) in need of new brakes, throttle body issues, less than 3k miles due until a service and without the title or paperwork. Not to mention, throughout the entire sales transaction, we were made to feel less than. Overall just an overwhelming feeling of overly pretentious personalities. I have been a Toyota owner for years and I will continue to be one; however, I will refuse to ever do any sort of business here, nor will I ever refer business to Liberty Toyota. Sad and worthless service unfortunately and I can’t speak for every employee there but for who we dealt with, if you’re not buying brand new, you’re wasting their time. Thanks for a whole lot of nothing Liberty Toyota. Hey, at least we got a car, right?

We are in Colorado Springs celebrating our 40th anniversary and this morning we got ready to leave the motel, check engine light is on! I checked the fuel cap first but it was ok. We then drove our 2019 Toyota Avalon to Larry H. Miller Liberty Toyota seeking help. Knowing we did not have an appointment, I was not expecting the attention we got. Richard Simes, the Service Manager came out and pulled codes from the car. It was a major EVAC leak. He then called the Assistant Service manager, Danielle Brown, to start a ticket for us and to get a tech on our problem. I was truly amazed by the service given to us by both of these people. The tech, Dylan spent several hours tracing hoses and searching for the problem. Finally he found the problem but the part wasnt in stock. They got the valve temporarily working and cleared the codes on the car and got us back on our vacation. Ive spent over 50 years in the automotive and heavy duty OEM business and this is the best service we could have imagined. Our thanks to Richard, Danielle and Dylan for 5 star service. This dealership is fortunate to have these people representing them. Thank you!

I went to the liberty Toyota and I as treated with disrespect. I went in to get a quote for my Toyota Tacoma and the first offer was a lowball and quite disrespectful (.I have three other quotes from other dealers with a quote close to trade in value). I asked for an explanation of the quote and was immediately given attitude! When the sales associate came back they increased the offer by $500 high is still lowballing! I asked again for an explanation and I was given attitude and was told if you don’t like go get the other quotes! The more employer I dealt with needs to learn some serious customer service skills. Needless to say this dealership lost a loyal customer that has bought three Toyota’s.

Low pressure salespeople. Huge selection. Fast and efficient.My wife and I came in to look at more models of a particular new model that we were interested in. We wanted to see the different colors and test drive a trim level unavailable at the other dealer, because the other Toyota dealer didnt have anywhere near the selection. The salesperson was very helpful and didnt try to pressure us - he understood what just looking and only wanted to test drive meant - something pretty rare in our experience. After the test drive we were convinced, but still wanted to see the other colors. We walked to the other side of the dealership and lone-and-behold they had the exact model and color we were looking for. They honored all of the incentives and gave us a good price. Great experience - would highly recommend them!

Had my oil drain plug tightened up by Toyota so much that it stripped the bolt. Took it in for a replacement plug, which never happened. They said they were going to change the oil but, it looks like all they did was take my oil filter cap off. It got stuck on because they over tightened that too. I put a torque wrench on it and it maxed out the torque wrench. Will update post if they at least give me a new plug.

What kind of dealership and service station does not do any type of loaner for a recall or a shuttle service? Offering to call me an uber is the stupidest thing Ive ever heard. It is so inconvenient I wont bring my car back here. Also saying that they dont fix anything like scratches but have someone who does it in their parking lot is unprofessional. The only reason I gave two stars onstead of one is Adam was nice.

Complete madness.!!! Took my truck in for a new windshield. I purchased the warranty through the dealer. Truck is a 2018 and it got cracked. I dont think its too much to ask for OEM glass on a truck this new. I am taking the truck to Toyota to be repaired. If they want to sub the work to a 3rd party cause its glass so be it be but install OEM glass. Im still dealing with this.. more to post. Stars will go up if warranted

Terrible experiance. This place is a gold mine so they dont care about the individual. I was warned not to come here but I didnt listen.Situatuin: Make an 8 am appointment. Get all checked in and sit down. 1.5 hours later, go to get an update. Service guy says its being looked at but there were 12 vehicles from yesterday that were ahead of me, thats why it took so long. Why would they schedule a 8am appointment if there were 12 vehicles already in the queue?Fast forward 4.5 hours. Went to find my car to get my laptop charger -didnt expect to be here all day for a 7am appointment- car is parked in lot. Go to service guy, says it is going in now, hasnt been seen yet. I have been here 5 hours at this point, car hasnt been seen despite him yelling me 4 hours ago that it was in the shop.I ask him whats going on here, you told me it was being assessed 4 hours ago, he immediately snaps at me and says you can go talk to my service manager. I replied with it seems you get this frustration from customers alot as you just snapped at me and told me to talk to your manager he turned red and said I told you that you will be here a while.I have no idea what I will be facing as this process continues but Id say this is par for the course with what I have heard about this business. They cram people in here like rats to make a buck, they are either shady or unable to manage a schedule. More to follow.

I leased my vehicle from them in August 2018 and paid a $599 delivery and handling fee. Came in today in August 2021 to buy the vehicle at lease end. They charged me a second $599 delivery and handling fee. When I tried to dispute it they said it’s a lot of paperwork so charge it again. So I’m paying $1200 for paperwork. I’ll never do business with this dealer again.Update - after more back and forth they waived today’s delivery and handling fee so changing to 4 stars

My Service Writer Paul Reed was very efficient and thorough. He was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend him highly. My mechanic Tom Burke was extremely helpful and honest. He thoroughly inspected my 4Runner and did a fine job of servicing my vehicle. Big Jim was awesome to work with, have bought 2 cars from him and would gladly do it again. The financial gentleman however was less than pleasant, talked down to myself, kept trying to force the vehicle warranty and was overall the worst part of the buying experience. If it wasnt so hard to find a truck right now I would have left and went somewhere else.

When I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle from the north dealership in February of this year (2021), the sales people told me multiple times that the car comes with a 1-year free maintenance. I started to become suspicious of this offering when nothing about it was in my paper-work. When I enquired about it, I was told I would have to call the sales rep. When I called the sales rep and the sales manager they told me again that everything is OK and Service will have the information.Recently, I took my car to have an oil-change and tire rotation done. The service rep asked if I had a maintenance plan, and I told her that when I bought the vehicle it is supposed to have a 1-year free maintenance; they had nothing about it. The service rep even asked other services reps and the service manager if they knew about any 1-year free maintenance plans for certified pre-owned and they all said no. At this point I asked how much the oil-change was going to cost since I was already there and they tried to sell me a maintenance plan which I said no to, and the cost of getting an oil-change there way more than I was willing to pay. I asked for the sales manager, but it was too early for this person to be in. Frustrated, I asked for my car back. Needless to say, but this was a wasted trip to this stealership, and now I have to waste more time to hash it out with some sales manager!Whatever the sales people promise you at this place make dang sure you get it all in writing! Caveat emptor!

If you’re looking for a place to repair or service your car look no further! My significant other and I had car trouble while on the road on a Saturday with nowhere to stay but our roof top tent. AJ got us right in and the car looked in a timely manner, keeping us updated the entire time. He was able to have our car fixed by the end of the day and a mechanic even stayed late to get the job done. We could not be more thankful for everyone’s kindness and the superior customer service AJ gave us.

Took five hours to buy a car, but worst of all they ran my credit despite my paying for it in cash.Car seems ok but there were a lot of unnecessary options inflating the price. We got some of them removed but not all... buyer beware.update: Just got off the phone with Claudia from the Title office and she was great. I am adding one star and updating my review (previously two stars). So far so good with the Kia Stinger I bought too.

I recently purchased a 2021 Sienna XLE AWD from Larry H. Miller (3/31/21). My experience we awesome with salesmen Dan Hill and Tamara Parker (Finance manager). I am overly cautious when it comes with dealing with car dealership and my purchase was also from out of state. Therefore, I was anxious in purchasing a vehicle that I have not seen in person. Hence, there were many emails and phone calls during this transaction. Both Dan and Tamara were prompt in their responses to my many questions and went above to assure my curiosities and concerns.There were only one conversation about pricing of the vehicle (after I emailed for their best drive out price). Dan beat my best price that Id received from several competitors. This was stress free process (uncommon with salesmen).I decided to fly up from TX and drive the van back. Id asked if Dan would pick me up from the airport and he was the first person I met after I came out of the airport with my new van.I dont think I would purchase another vehicle without seeing it again, but Dan and Tamara made this purchase experience easy and personal.I will recommend Larry H. Miller Toyota to anyone who is interested in buying a car. I will definitely consider using them again for my next vehicle purchase.

I contacted Paul Stetler concerning a 2021 Rav4 TRD Off-road from Germany. The vehicle was still in the process of being built. Paul held the vehicle for me as promised and send me progress reports when the vehicle arrived.They had the vehicle staged and ready for me when I arrived. After we concluded the financial part, which I was not pressered into buying anything I did not want (options,etc.) Everything was explained throughly from the finance manager Ryan. Rob B. was awesome. I told him what vehicle I was interested in and he had it pulled out ready to look at and drive. He knew everything about the car which isnt usually the case.I also got to deal directly with him instead of a sales manager. None of the good cop/bad cop shenanigans I dealt with last time I bought a vehicle.Buying a car takes awhile so it was nice that the show room was super clean and bright, and many of the cars were unlocked to get in a look at.

I scheduled an appointment at 2:00 with the understanding that it would take 1 hour. When I dropped off my car they said it would be 1 hour 15 minutes. My appointment ended up taking 1 hour 50 minutes. I was late for my kids soccer game because of this. Next time I will know better. Everyone in the service department was nice. Just upset about the time.

I have been involved with Liberty for 15 years. We have purchased three vehicles there and continue to take our vehicles there for service. I usually work with Gary Haines at Liberty. He answers all our questions and ensures everything is completed correctly. I stopped in once to ask about a warranty item. Gary checked it out, discovered the parts department had it in stock, and I was on my way in 10 minutes. The lady in the Parts Department was also very helpful. First off i was looking for a specific car and trim and I was lied to over the phone about them having that model car available. After driving 45 min to get there I was told they in fact did not have the car I was looking for. But because I would not consider the cars they had to offer I was basically rushed away and told they would call me without even being given a business card or anything. Why can you go online to Toyota.com build a car to your liking just to be told by the car salesman that yeah you cant get that car you have to accept this one? Ive never experienced anything like that and I would hope that people dont let their car salesmen dictate what features and color car they pay for.

I have a Toyota FJ Cruiser and the top molding of my windshield blew off when a large truck passed me going the opposite direction. I called liberty Toyota’s parts department and asked if they had the part in stock and they said yes, come on down and pick it up. I was almost to their location (a 25 minute drive for me) when they called and said that they actually didn’t have it. I then came back the next day and bought the part since that’s what they told me to do. I then decided to make an appointment with the service dep to install the piece for the next day. I arrived at 7:00am which was my time and sat in the lobby until 9:00am. They initially charged me $500 for the install because they forgot I told them I had the part already in my vehicle backseat. Got that corrected and then at 9:00, my rep Gary, came out to the lobby and told me they didn’t have the four clips in stock to install the piece. Okay, I sat there for two hours just for them to tell me they didn’t have what they knew they needed to install it. He then told me that the technicians show up an hour later than when they start taking appointments. This would’ve been good to know beforehand so I didn’t have the expectation to get out of there by an hour. I came back the next day after they got the clips and Gary got my vehicle right back. This go around it took 30 minutes, but yet they still charged me the insane $140 an hour labor cost because the “glue is hard to take off.” I got to my vehicle and the molding was not flush to the windshield and Gary said that was normal and that once the glue dries, it will flatten out (thought to myself that this doesn’t make sense because you mold things to glue when it is soft not when it hardens). I went with it and then went on a cross country trip the next week, and the trim piece is gettin g ready to blow off again. I had to duct tape it all around in order to prevent it from becoming a road hazard. I went to a dealership where I’m at now and they tell me that the piece installed is warped and that it should’ve never been installed. Wind is catching underneath the bubble and causing it to rip off the vehicle. No integrity at this dealership to spot the error and correct it. I do not recommend this location by any means unless you have plenty of time to waste, and don’t care what they do to your vehicle.

This is hands down the best Toyota service department I have been to. They understand that some people actually take their vehicles off road and have slightly different concerns than other customers. Kodee Carpenter was awesome and kept me updated on the status of my 4Runner during my 10,000 mile service. The parts department also hooked me up with a ridiculous deal on a set of RCI sliders. Service department was always great. But when I was offered to sell my truck they gave me numbers based on a different vehicle. They assumed my truck was 2wd after they had it all day at the shop when they found out it was 4wd they offered 500 more. Thats a slap in the face and disrespectful. Went to a different dealership and guess what I got 4k over their offer.

Extremely fast and easy experience. They sent me pricing on the vehicle I was interested in before I arrived at the lot and had the vehicle ready for my test drive as soon as I arrived. I was able to leave that same day with my dream car! JC was great to deal with and extremely knowledgeable, giving me a rundown on key features and answering questions I didnt even know I had before I left. Tommy our service writer was very helpful with our warranty issue. Would have rated higher but I think I lost 10k miles in tire tread from the person bringing my car to me thinking they were at Daytona. Also shocked the door didnt pop right off the hinge as forcefully as she threw it open. Personally I dont care about the car wash but it was listed on the work order so it was expected but not completed.

Highly rated and well always recommend going here. Big shout out to Salesman JC, a fantastic salesman. Worked with us on our specific requests from start to finish. He was wonderful to work with, and helped us not stay at the dealership for more than 3hrs.
