Absolutely fantastic. I have never had any problems with medication refills or anything similar. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Forever ago, I had bought some stuff from this location and the cashier said “let me get your information so I can apply some discounts to those items” and I figured it was the free rewards as there was no Information given to me. Come to find out there’s a cvs.com charge to my debit card a month later, this lady signed me up for a monthly membership without even telling me it was a monthly membership. Definitely don’t want to pay for something like that, especially when I was forcibly signed up for something. Totally unprofessional, how can you not inform people of those aspects of whatever it is you’re signing them up for, for “discounts”!! Makes me wonder if she has some sort of sales goal to sign up however many people. Annoying.

They are terrible at filling prescriptions; not only did it take them a very long time to get it to me but I had to go in 3 separate times and wait over 30 minutes each time because they are too incompetent to work their system to fill isotretinoin. Now I will have to go through the harsh side effects again like when I first started taking it because I have been off of it for over a week now. This is ridiculous. Find another pharmacy to fill prescriptions at!

Me and my wife had covid tests scheduled here. They were canceled 6 hours before and no reason was given.

Nice store. Well laid out. Use the drive-thru. You can wait quite a while if you get in line at the pharmacy inside the store. The pharmacist is very good. All the employees are friendly and helpful and the drive-thru is one of the quicker ones that I have seen.

Do not go to this location. The nurse, Amy who is doing the covid testing is horrible and extremely rude and has absolutely no empathy. I scheduled an appointment for 1:10 yesterday to have a covid test. I arrived in the designated parking spot at 12:50. The nurse, Amy, who was doing the testing came out of the testing building at 1:52 to speak to a patient parked next to me. At 1:02 she called me from a blocked number and left a message stating she would call me back in a few minutes for my test. She never called me back. At my appointment time, 1:10 she came back out from the building again and took another patient who was parked on the other side of me. At 1:19 she exited the testing building again and I asked her when I would be seen, as my appointment was at 1:10. She said I was late and would have to reschedule, she would not let me speak and was extremely rude. When I did try to speak to her to understand why she was being this way, she told me to leave and that I was cutting into her lunch break. I can’t believe that CVS would have someone who is so rude and disrespectful, working with the general public especially with people who are sick. It doesn’t matter if you’re a nurse or not, you don’t treat people the way she treated me yesterday.

Today I just got my eczema honey cream at CVS, The cashier very helpful and giving best services. Thank you!

Who ever the red head sweeping behind the counter is was extremely rude to me I had asked her if she had an item in stock, she rudely said well if you don’t see it then we’re out. I was like well can you check, she said no! I asked the other nice man and he went and check and had the item I needed. Her attitude is going to drive people away, luckily they have the nice guy who helps!!

So two issues, first one my husband was given the wrong dosage and prescription from this pharmacy and the wrong prescription instructions once they finally did get it right (still wrong quantity).Next, I had a prescription transferred from Publix pharmacy and called - was told it would be 30 minutes and I got there over an hour later, hadn’t even started the prescription. Took down information hat was already in the system. They are so airheaded at this pharmacy! I will be using the other location in Clemmons.

5 stars all around for this location ...at 10am went today to pick up my sons prescription and if it wasnt for the pharmacy staff catching a miss take from the doctor my son saw today he would have gotten really sick and would have ended up in the ER. Cvs pharmacy really cares about there customers and Im thankful for them today...thank you for doing a wonderful job🙂

Always nice people thru the drive thru

I was a customer for years and learned the minute clinic was a waste of time early on. The pharmacists are not particularly friendly. I gave two stars because the people who work in the store are friendly and most of the people who work the register in the pharmacy are friendly as well. I have received better customer service at their competitor across the street.

Really nice CVS pharmacy people were super nice and friendly to me they seem to be very busy but it was a good experience like I feel they were really really good and I have no problems at this CVS. I am not a big fan of this kind of business is what Im good Im happy with this specific one

It is a typical CVS but with the special ability to lose prescriptions transferred over from other pharmacies.

Great pharamcy with constant sales on name brand and generic medicines. They also have great seasonal products, groceries, and snacks.

The staff here are always friendly and so helpful with anything you could ever need. This is my favorite CVS to go to because of that. They also have a good selection of merchandise.

The minute clinic is a complete joke as many describe! Went in at 1200 and it said wait is 18 minutes, two people came after me and they got to go in before me, I’ve been waiting here for 35?minutes! I would not recommend the minute clinic of this location to anyone. You want faster care, go to any other cvs but this one

Will not answer calls. Never enough workers in the pharmacy.

The minute clinic is a joke!! The hours are stated until 5:30 on Saturday. At 5:17 I go to log in and the machine says you cant login less than 15 minutes till closing... just then the doctor cheerily comes out and even asks Can I help you?? I said Yes, can you see me?? you have (now) 8 minutes until you close and I am sick. No, we are closed. What a joke!! Its a minute clinic for Petes sake!! Their hours should be until 5:15pm, not 5:30 if they are going to close shop early with a paying customer standing right there. I would have had that employees head for leaving early with a customer waiting to be seen (2 at that point). We have had our prescriptions at CVS for 13 years and I am disapointed with them now. I ended up going to to Urgent Care at WFBMU for the first time ever, they stay open till 6pm. When did I leave after being diagnosed with Strep Throat?? 6:42. You do the job that is required even if you have to stay late. F- for CVS.
