I have had people go out of their way for me in this store. Very nice and caring staff. But I dont what the deal is with their drive-thru. Even for the simplest pick up, it takes forever. I dont mean that it takes forever for them to find your filled script. They find it right away. Then they seem to have to perform a 5 minute ritual in front of the computer screen and cash register, even if the script is already paid for! It is actually fascinating to watch and happens with every single one of the people who ring you up, so this isnt a situation where someone is being trained.. They need to re imagine their check out procedures at the drive-thru.

Staff is extremely rude; pharmacist got uncomfortable when I tried to make small talk with her. Cashier had an attitude when I asked for help about a receipt. Two of the teenage cashiers made comments about my sons hair and thought I wouldn’t be able to hear it. This is worst Walgreens I’ve been to.

Called twice to ask them to check to see if a particular prenatal vitamin was in stock because the website was down. This vitamin I had bought from them the month prior. Two different individuals checked the system and proceeded to tell me they didn’t even carry that brand. I just got the website up and they have two in stock. If they had simply walked over to the corresponding isle and checked, I would not be writing this review. Very lazy employees, overall poor customer service.

No pharmacists on Saturday or Sunday! Could not pickup my prescription today. Website states pharmacy is open on these days. Wasted trip to pickup Rx. Walgreens (Pharmacy) ?????

I have never had a problem with Walgreens. Any time theres an issue, the pharmacy staff goes does their utmost to get things resolved. Josh at the Clemmons branch is worth his weight in gold! I prefer Walgreens over CVS any day.

Won’t be returning to the pharmacy. I’m new to the area and had a simple prescription called in by my doctor at 2 o’clock and went to pick it up at 4:30pm that same day and was told they didn’t have anything under my name. When I told them what it was the pharmacy tech then remembered that they were “mixing it up right now”. Well the lady behind me had an issue and instead of fixing my prescription, they helped her through her problem then went on to help 3 customers behind her. 20 minutes later, I got back in line and asked if it was done. This time the pharmacist said he was “just now mixing it up” 45 minutes later I finally had what I came for and left. The customer service left a lot to be desired.

Long live Riteaid-great customer service and the most amazing staff!!!! One of my favorite places to shop, sad that Walgreens has taken over. Doesn’t feel the same :( Still love the old staff!

Poor taste to have signage for ALL holiday candy in a specific aisle of the store marked at 50% off then not have it all actually be 50% off.Manager did not make any effort to give good customer service to me, even for the sake of the other customers behind me.

They just dont care about people. Yesterday afternoon I was with my sick and sleeping 2 month old baby in my car, so I did not want to leave her in the car or come in with her into the pharmacy so I went through the window... the woman did not want to get the over counter medicine. I explained my situation and she just did not care. Very upset and disappointed.

I called the pharmacy to check on a script. Unfortunately I was on hold for 16 minutes. But when they answered the phone, I asked the girl if they were slammed. A very friendly voice answered and said, yes sir we are very slammed, and we both chuckled. She answered my question quickly and even added text alerts to my profile so I would know when my script was ready. Very friendly and courteous service!! Well done Walgreens!! 5 stars!!

Express Pay pass Only is a joke. Just had to wait for non-express pay customer to do an extremely long and complex series of transactions at Express Pay Pass Only window. When I finally got waited on I discovered that scanning the cell phone code did nothing but add an extra step. Still had to do all of the steps Id been doing before I decided to try this. Clerks dont make any distinction between the two types of transactions so it makes absolutely no difference. Just an extra step.

Overpriced meds and poor service- I don’t know why I go here. It takes hours to get a simple prescription filled. When my kids had surgery and needed their meds urgently, the pharmacy acted like it was no big deal and by the time I got the medicine the kids had such intense pain it took hours to help them. Thanks a lot Walgreens! )-:

This place is horrible well the pharmacy itself I went to ER due to the pain I was having but I went twice in a week and both of the hospitals prescribed me the same meds, the pharmacist at this pharmacy acted as if he didnt want to fill my prescription & was very rude hung up on the phone on me I would not recommend this place for no one
