Very close quarters, though they do a very good job at maintaining adequate spacing between patrons in the shop. Can be challenging to navigate if you rely on a mobility device (scooter or powerchair) as there isnt much room to move about. Also, so many wonderful smelling things its deceptively easy to overspend. Still not regretting the $20 worth of candles though.

I absolutely love this place. Completely addicted to their products! Candles to lotion to body spray to cute little animal shaped oil warmers, whatever you need to smell like heaven, they have you covered. With the ever revolving sales throughout the year it wont break the bank to have the while house smelling amazing year round. Great spot.

Waited in line in the cold because of covid to get in. Once inside everyone was friendly and helpful. They only had 2 scents in the pocket bac sanitizers; this was very disappointing. The spray sanitizer is amazing but sometimes you need the other. I do love that they had the buy some get some sale on Christmas eve. Nothing is more irritating than knowing you paid full price and others didnt.

Large store with super helpful staff. If you shop the sales you can get really good buys. They have moved back to the original location at 6101 Birdcage Centre Lane

The women working here are super funny and really nice! I love coming here every once and a while. I rarely buy anything only because my skin is very sensitive and I cant use most of the products there. I do however enjoy the atmosphere and the layout! The store is always clean and smells like a dream!

Love this place! Its like walking into a gas chamber of fragrance. All of the lotion, body wash/butter, hand creams and candles youll ever need lies within the walls of B&BW. My teenage daughters force me in here frequently and its grown on me. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. Great place, do check it out 👌👍

I love BB&W, it always smells so good in there and they always have a great sale on. Even if I am not looking to go there if there is one near by I will go, the smells grab me by the nose and pull me in.

This is my favorite Bath & Body Works store!!! The location and parking lot is very convenient for a neighborhood store. Its smaller than a mall store, but dont let that fool you! The store is beautifully displayed and well stocked! The staff is so helpful and friendly!

We were immediately greatest by Skip who was super nice and super knowledgeable about the products. He made sure that we found the exact scent that we were looking for. The store was clean and easy to navigate.

I love this place! I get a scent for my car that they carry their and my car smells so good inside all the time. But they have lots of incredibly good stuff and when you approach the doors to walk in you can smell incredible Aroma from there Incredibles selections.

Bbw 75% off twice yearly sale was in effect and had to get a few items. Never disappointed with my purchases. Customer for life! 🙋💖🎉

Rachel is the worst manager I’ve ever seen very very rude not sure how she’s lasted there this long but always check your receipts rang me up for a item I never got then she basically said I got the item when corporate checked the cameras I literally didn’t even get the item, but she basically laughed and said I’m a liar which clearly not she can ask corporate but yes she is very very rude, even worked there for a bit and she’s awful

Im traveling and this store was much nicer than mine in terms of service. They also had easy access because their storefront was facing a parking lot. Mine is in a mall and you have to walk so far to get to it. I wish my city was set up like Citrus Heights.

This is a unique bath & body works, they have so much in a small space, and do not run out as fast as the mall. As they are a small store the staffing is less, so sometimes you do not get the help, but how often do you need help at this store anyways?

If you like scented bath products and lotions, this is the place to go. Good selection of candles

There body sprays have more alcohol in them and do not smell good anymore!

I spend too much here but they have what I like. Talk to someone who has been around awhile a bit. If your scent isnt available, they know one similar.
