The pharmacy works there are very rude. I called to ask them a question and they were very disrespectful and hung up the phone from me.

Took over 20 minutes to serve three customers in front of me while there four customers behind me with only one lane open.I would have rather went to Walmart or the freaking gas station next to it to grab anything.Dont waste your time come here unless you have a prescription. (If you do change your pick up)

Alessandra is a superstar!! My dad and I came in to purchase an item that my grandmother was in desperate need of. Some type of approval was needed to give us the correct price and Alessandra came and helped us during her lunch break. She was very patient and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She was very sweet. Thank you so much!! Corporate needs to give her a raise!! ☺

Usually I have a great experience at Tite Aid. The pharmacy is really helpful and friendly. Lisa is great at customer service. However last night the clerk not only forgot to scan my $2 off coupon but had so much trouble returning it and recharging me to give me the coupon that she had to switch registers. Not only that but bc we signed up for kid cents donations my change was rounded up on all the transactions and I only saved $1.35. What a waste of time. Keep people who pay attention and know what they are doing at the registers.

Quiet and clean place.

I have lived a mile away for over 20 years, i go there every other day to shop and we buy ice cream three to four times a week. They always run out.. it is so very frustrating to go there and the ice cream is either out or they have gotten their inventory but havent put it out yet so we can see it in the back but they wont go in the back to get it.. they say it has to be inventoried before they can put any out.. we have had to go to other rite-aids to get it. Many many times this has happened.!!! It unfortunately is about time to find another ice-cream.

I work in an assisted living facility. When the supervisor who handles the Rx pickups was on vacation for two weeks we were in a tight pickle as we were in dire need of a medication filled that day. No other pharmacy could fill this medication same day, but this pharmacy saved our butts by filling the medication within the hour. This pharmacy is great and dependable and their employees are very friendly.

I never thought id reach this point in my life where I felt compelled to review a Rite Aid, but here it goes...I go in around 7:30pm on a Tuesday evening to get some snacks and hot/cold icy pads. Im happy to see all these yellow SALE tags on the items and im getting EXCITED for all these big savings!!Alas, I was duped.I get to the register, put in my phone number, waiting to see that price drop and it doesnt change. I tell the girl cashier that im almost positive I have a membership and she pulls off a stunt where she acts like shes never seen this with the computer before; she then proceeds to put her own phone number to try and give me the ADVERTISED SALE PRICES, but (SURPRISINGLY) that doesnt work either. So, she just stares at me blankly and repeats the FULL PRICE to me again. This happened to me last time, but I had just called it a fluke. After this second time, I am convinced this place has no standards or care in customer satisfaction. I mean, how dare they post all of these SALE prices for their customers/members and then come up with the lame excuse oh, I dont know whats going on with our computer. Thats weird.I was in a rush, so I just ended up purchasing everything, but I will NEVER shop at one of these places again. The lack of care in customer satisfaction was simply astounding. Also, dont advertise all these great sales if you ARENT going to honor them! Unbelievable.

Every month I try to pick up my medication and every time I do I they don’t have their systems updated to my new prescription.For months I’ve been having to deal with this.I can’t constantly be calling my doctor on days he doesn’t work.How many times have I had to change my prescription with you guys.No he never canceled my medication,but according to your system he did.

I come in after my workout because it’s convenient And in the same parking lot and Selena is fine as hell with great customer service she got people feeling some type of way, a VERY good way haha my boys all said the same when we went in togather after a workout and saw her at the register

Typical big chain pharmacy problems.Always about one employee short of what they need (to maximize labor cost/return).Prescription was ordered on Wednesday, Saturday they said it would be ready Monday after 4:00 p.m., Monday at 9:00 p.m. they said it would be ready tomorrow afternoon sometime.Time to try CVS.

Bathrooms are filthy and the store is usually messy. Some employees are great but the rest should be promoted to customers. Other then that stuff its a ok store.

The new girl on the Registers is a Doll !! I believe her name is Celina, wonderful customer service with a good smile and has such patients for her elders and others around her ! Keep up the good work :) Great place to go !!!!

Love this pharmacy, been going here for years, friendly staff and I love receiving the text messages that my medication is ready for pickup!!

For the 2nd time in the last few months my mom was told that she needed to consult the pharmacist. She didnt need to consult on a med she have taken for 30years

I sat as the only person in the drive through to pick up my daughters prescription For 15 minutes after being told twice they would be right with me. Finally someone came on and asked who i was picking up for and that was 10 minutes ago and she has yet to return. Any other time i would go in but i have 3 sick children in the car that Id rather not drag through a store. This is beyond ridiculous And frustrating when you have sick children whining and crying because they dont feel good. not to mention when you push the call button they dont answer.

Thriftys ice cream is a hidden treasure

The pharmacy staff is wonderful.

The layout of the store feels kind of wonky, but it isn’t a bad place to get some essentials.

Employees are very rude and the Thriftys ice cream shop only had four flavors and they have been there a long time.

The lines here are unusually long. The pharmacy service is poor.

The pharmacy here is so unprofessional..time after time prescriptions are never ready, or they dont have what you need,or they only have half of what you need, and have to order it, the pharmacist isnt there half the time, and when shes gone, you have a bunch of people waiting to fill perscriptions in front of you.it takes twice as long to fill here, then at any other place Ive been to.it is a regular occurrence.Hire more staff please!
