Shop there at your own risk!!!Store has quite a lot of merchandise but it is dirty and the staff is completely disorganized and not very friendly. When I got in they were trying to fix the embroidering machine with somebody’s help via FaceTime. I wanted to purchase a jersey and add a name and number to it so they also had to call someone via FaceTime as they had never done it before. After 20 minutes of unsuccessful attempts they told me they wouldn’t be able to do it. I still wanted to buy the jersey but they couldn’t make the cash register work so they made another unsuccessful Facetime call! After spending 45 minutes there I had no choice but to leave empty handed! Most customers on the premises looked very upset too and left. don’t know that many businesses that can afford to lose a customer who was ready to spend more than 100$. Very disappointing experience and an embarrassment to the Lids brand. Avoid this place.

Went to the store at a little after 4. The sign on the door said Will return at 4 oclock. Employees were inside and the lights were dimmed. An employee came to the door and said they were closed for lunch. We pointed out the sign and he changed it to 5 oclock then asked us to return in an hour. Ridiculous.

Lids is one my favorite stories Im visiting from out of town. The staff greeted me as I walked in the door !! I ended up getting a saints hat. The associate rang it up and I ended getting it on sale cheaper then the 25 dollars price !! I even used my access pass and got 20 % off !!!

Staff doesnt really act like they want to help you. A lot of the items are overpriced.

I always buy my hats from here. They also sell more than hats too. I like shopping downtown at lids. The service is good and fast and they dont overcharge just because they are downtown, like a lot of businesses downtown do. A fair priced business with good merchandise.

Arrived at 10:28 in the morning and they were still not open! Store hours should be updated to save costumers time!

Store closes at random times of the day with workers inside and the lights off. 3pm, 6pm, on a Friday, doesnt matter, good chance theyll just close. No other store does this.

My stitching was crooked but its good tho.

They signed me up for a $5 membership that Ididn’t ask for.

This store is absolutely amazing. They have things from every NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL team. The guys that work here are super nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming here. 10/10

Gotta love the ship to store option. Sometimes, its actually faster than regular shipping, cheaper, and you can be anything in their catalog.

I like the fact that they have fitted caps, not those stupid things with adjustable plastic strips. They have those too, but they also have real caps. And they have a rewards program.

They didnt have a good variety of teams. I didnt find what i was looking for.
