Ive been working with Dave and Hi Fi Sales for over 15 years now. They have provided equipment and installation help in both of my homes. You wont find a better group of advisers than Dave and George, the owners, are hands-on kinda guys and make sure you are satisfied. They also installed my security camera system at my business which has been a great addition to my security system. The installation was meticulous. I couldnt be happier. These guys are top notch! I give them my highest recommendation for any work with audio/visual, security and system integration.

Previously purchased an HD TV and AV system from them a long time ago. Called today with a parts question and spoke with Mark and Dave in parts. They could not have been more helpful!!! Cant recommend this company enough. They are fair and have a tremendous spirit to help their customers.Looking forward to doing some upgrades to my new homes sound, AV and computer networking and will definitely continue my relationship! They have some nice stuff in the store. But they seem to cater to large home-theater installations. They didnt have anything to suit my needs on display, so I was handed a few catalogs. I can do that on-line.

I have had an incredibly positive experience with Hi-Fi sales. I moved into my home in 2015, and used them to purchase, and install 2 top notch home theatre systems. The installs were timely, flawless, clean and meticulous. From the store representatives, to the men who did the installation, I found the customer service to be exemplary. They went above and beyond what they were obligated to do. I had a few issues with a Sony TV which was NO fault of Hi Fi sales. They went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. I recently had an issue with an LG OLED, which is a fantastic TV, and their great relationship with LG was an integral part of the process that fixed my issue at no cost. Hi Fi Sales made several visits to my home to help me on many occasions, and this was well after they received my money. I would not think about purchasing another any audio or video device elsewhere. In this day and age where you have the Best Buys of the world with discount pricing and, in my opinion, incompetent service behind them, its refreshing to know there is another option. If you want the ultimate in customer service, I would honestly choose Hi Fi sales in Cherry Hill.

Dave Gilbert and the crew know their stuff in this field and have connections back to the old HI - Fi Warehouse and Sound Associates with Stu Mills! If you need great advice and solid gear I highly suggest you see any of the fine people at this place.

The people are both knowledgeable and responsive. The product (A medium-sized Sonos system) was installed carefully with clear instructions by the installers. Everything has worked flawlessly since installation. They sold us appropriately-priced equipment with the right technical features, even features we actually needed but didnt know existed (such as a Blu-Ray players ability to manage our impossible to manage Samsung television. We are fully satisfied.

When I was in the market for a 2-channel stereo I went to Hi-Fi Sales. They have a great selection of hi-end equipment and spent time with me selecting and auditioning equipment that fit my budget. I have returned to Hi-Fi Sales several times to upgrade my system. They lent me a pre-amp so I could audition it at home and helped me select an analog source upgrade (turntable/cartridge/phone pre-amp). One of the wonderful things about using an independent hi-fi dealer is the service and support described above. I doubt you can get this same level of support from Internet sites. If you are in the market for a high-end stereo system with a great analog (or digital) front end - I highly recommend Hi-Fi Sales (ask for Pat!).

I first visited HiFi Sales last month whilst looking for an Epson 3D projector and while I had come to visit the store for 30 minutes, my trip turned into a 2 hour visit because the person I worked with, Joe A. was good enough to show me all your different rooms and answer my questions. However I was also made to wait for your 3D glasses to be found and then charged up as I sat in your first room ( the one with the Epson 6020). On this visit Joe was extremely friendly and polite and encouraged me to become one of your many life long customers.I visited your store today and to say that I got the most disastrous service I have ever been given is an understatement. I would have probably got a better service at the Drive in at Mc Donalds. For any of you reading this, I will elaborate:I called in today, as I had had a good experience the first time around and figuired i would give the store another shot to see if they had the projector screen i was looking for. I spoke with an extremely nice gentleman who spent a couple of minutes on the phone with me politely explaining the different types of screens and the difference in gain etc. We then agreed it was best to continue the conversation in person at the store as at this point a visual demonstration would be the best way to clarify the differences and also determine the price point for the product. On reaching the store, I came across Joe A., it has been about a month and he asked me what I ended up doing with projector situation. I Politely explained to him that I bought the projector from a different vendor as I was offered the projector at a far better price. At that point joes entire attitude with me changed, it went from being polite and friendly to hostile and verging on rude. He told me that instead of coming to the store, I was better off doing my research online, even though it was suggested by the person i spoke to to come in. He hinted at the fact that he did not want to waste his time with me today and when i insisted that I made a long trip and wished to see what I was promised, told me that, and i quote this is not a school, free of tuition, then went on to ask another much politer store representative if he was the one that spoke with me and found the book of screen materials he said he had never seen before. While he was asking the other representative about the location of the book with screen materials, he made sure to mention that I did not purchase the projector from them the last time as I found a better price at another place. I was very taken aback at the rudeness and when I mentioned that it was not relevant, he corrected me telling me that it is in fact absolutely relevant that I never bought the prior item from them as well. I was then given a book with the material and he walked off to tend to another customer. My girlfriend who was witness to the entire episode was absolutely horrified.This store is well stocked and i have spoken to some polite people at the store, however after todays experience I am letting people know about my experience and I would ask you to think twice, about this.The last time I checked, I was under the impression that a business had the best intentions for their customers not themselves. I am sad to say i went there with the sufficient funds to make the purchase right there today and only went back because i walked away with a good experience the last time. however after seeing this side to Joe, neither would i do business with them, nor recommend it to any of my friends. I am sure life will go on as usual and nothing will change, but that is the point my friends. Just give it some thought and good luck!
