Terrible experience. I went to the designated area for order pickups, where I had gone before to pick up my online order. Waited maybe 10 minutes there while employees walked past just looking at me. Finally decided to ask if there was someone working this section and then they proceeded to say there was one line for returns and order pickups. Had I not opened my mouth I probably would’ve been there for who knows how long. I did an online order so I could save time on my shopping trip but having to wait a bit defeated the purpose. The frustrating part was there was no shortage of employees in that area. Probably one of the last times I come to this location.

Purchased all I needed super friendly employees. Hadnt been in the store since COVID-19 began. Really enjoyed actually shopping. Store could use some freshening up but thats minor. Requested help and when I explained what I wanted, I received immediate response. Thanks Target staff on Route 38!

Very poor management, team leads are extremely lazy and push all their work down to the team members to complete and then take credit for the work! When they see a hard worker they take advantage and work them harder than others. So dependent of their team that members cant even take a peaceful 15 minute break without being badgered to do more work! Team leads need to step up and act their position!

I caught two Co workers they’re most likely in a relationship so both of guys were in some corner it was around the Child toys… and I kid you not the guy is tossing the other guys salad I did a U-Turn so fast, it’s disgusting what do you guys have cameras for? Never going to this Target again disgusting!

I love shopping in Target . The people are always friendly here. The Starbucks is awesome, I loved being served by Esmeralda . She was pleasant and knowledgeable about shampoos and helped me chose a good one. An extra strength biotin & collagen by OGX. Devin was smart and guided me expertly and courteously to E 33 where I got my yoga mat. Kristen helped re-set my password for the red card and was super friendly and knowledgeable. I hope they all get some credit for their excellent service. I was really pleased with their service.

Customer Service and Security were extremely helpful looking for an item I thought I had left behind. Turns out it slid out of view in the trunk of the car. Ive also noticed not only better pricing but category discounts(20 % off fresh fruit, for example) that I didnt notice before.

If I could give this place zero I would. I was trying to purchase an item. One of the workers there tell me it’s sold out online but they had some in the “back room” we tried to get the ones in the back room but they said we can’t have those. What kind of service? Just hand over the goods. Target you had one job to satisfying a customer but you failed. I hope everyone in this target is having a bad evening.

Tatiana, the cashier, was fast & extremely courteous when processing my transaction at the Cherry Hill location. In general, for a multitude of stores, most cashiers avoid greetings, avoid eye contact, & even saying a goodbye but she was extremely nice was efficient & met all the contact points.This makes me want return to Targets to buy more items... oppose to most stores, which make myself & others miserable inline, like Family Dollar, Shoprite, Sears, & Bosvcos.Wegmans is nice but sometimes their cashier are purposely slow or overtalkative, which causes additional wait-time in line. Im glad Tatiana did not exude that rudeness.

Store was safe, colleagues we’re constantly working and cleaning. There were appropriate signs for traffic of the customers. Colleagues were nice and always asked if I needed help but all while keeping a safe distance.

With their foods, most are cheaper than grocery store! They have good choices of items! To go into one store and get everything you need is great! Although, I can’t buy much in the clothes department, as for some reason they don’t fit well, but I’m 67. They are made more for younger people!

It took less than two minutes to receive my order and she answered my question regarding the credit I will receive because one of the items wasnt available after I placed my order.

My favorite Target! Only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because Walmart beats them on about every single product price. Either way tho, this Target is super clean, friendly employees and never overly crowded, even when theres lots of shoppers there.

I do not know what is going on with this Cherry Hill Target. But was there on wed. 8/19/20 Evening around 4:30. The lines where ridiculous and and 2 lines opened. The self check had only 2 opened. . It was like no one was running it. Was to crazy for me. I will be going to a different store

Crystal that was working in the men’s department on Friday July 26 at approximately 1048 was wonderful.She asked if I needed help if I had the right size.Crystal was just an all around pleasure and she made my Target experience something to remember.

They were quick with their pick up service. Would be perfect if target would have more items available in store to pick up. I’m always stuck having to go in a purchase a couple of things with pick up service.

A great store with great selections. I mainly go here to get Transformers and their selection can vary, but for the average fan I’d imagine it’s fairly good. Anyway I love this place.Once I saw a poop here that was huge. It hit the rim of the bowl and it was practically glued to it. I couldn’t flush it down no matter how hard I tried. That’s not Target’s fault, but it was still traumatizing.

I have a small city garden yard at the front and back of my home. I simply needed strong and economical trash bags to prepare the debris for Trash pick up day. Target provided me with the answer to that request. I ordered online and pick up my bags without having to surf Target and other stores for a good price. In the midst of a pandemic, this is a game-changer.

I’ve ordered drive up in about three occasions and in those three occasions I’ve waited 30minutes to an hour, if not more. I go inside to ask for my order at customer service and I’m told I have to wait. Extremely ridiculous and poor service. No sympathy at all. Extremely rude employees.

The only target I’ve been to since this pandemic began that DOESNT clean the check out registers in between each customer. I will NOT be back.

Friendly staff, the store is normally well stocked with what you need, although, in this case there was only a single unit of the item I was looking to purchase.I prefer to shop at this Target location over others due to the number of items available versus some of the smaller Target locations. Price matching, the Target app, and the Red card make it an easy choice to shop at Target.

Whoever is pulling the orders needs to pay attention to what they are doing. For the second time I received the wrong type of Gatorade than ordered. If I order 20 oz bottles I would appreciate it if thats what I would get, not 12 oz bottles.

On 071720 at about 5pm, an employee who works at the fitting room went above and beyond to help me with my question. She went to the backroom and searched for an item but then came back and look for such on floor. Unfortunately I didnt get her name but I hope she gets recognized by her company.

I felt racially targeted by your employees. VERY unprofessional place to shop. DO NOT waste your time here, they will NOT help you. They spend most of their time wrapped in their own conversations that they forget that customers are standing next to, behind, in front of them, waiting to be serviced. Take your money elsewhere, prices are not even worth the material.

I have never written a review before but after coming to this store last night and having such a great experience I really felt like I needed to! The store itself is nice and I have no complaints but what I would like to specifically comment on is how nice my check out experience was. I had a young lady named Jennifer ring me up (Long dark hair, glasses) and she was so genuinely nice and friendly. My boyfriend and I were shopping for Christmas items for the first time together and she really made it even more special by just being so sweet to us and making us laugh. I know in retail its hard sometimes to always put your good customer service face forward (especially at 10pm) but she really made our night. :)

Amanda helped me with my in store pickup tonight and went above & beyond to make sure I left the store a happy customer😊 I received a notification that the item was ready to be picked up. When I got to the store the item was actually unavailable but she was able to find me a similar product and match the price. It is very hard to come by great customer service nowadays. I rarely ever write reviews or take surveys but I was extremely satisfied with the customer service provided tonight. This type of professionalism and commitment to the highest level of customer’s satisfaction has to be acknowledged!

Great store good customer service and quality products. This store is always clean and brightly lit. They carry a lot of different items the isles could be a little wider, the food & produce items they carry are fresh and you dont see a lot of clutter all over the place. Every now and then you may have to wait in line a little bit but they usually open up another register within a couple of minutes. The prices are competitive too.

I would give 0 starts if I could. I have already reach out to corporate about how I was treated. This store needs new leadership in it.

I love the novelty of special items that you carry.

I go here all the time ONLY because it is the closest target to me. The cashiers are usually nice. But they are always out of key stuff that they should have. Half of their shelves and hooks are always empty every time I go there. They really need to hire better stockers and their management needs to learn how to order things that people actually want to buy and less of the stuff that nobody wants.

Convenience and ease is the most important reason. Other factors are friendliness of associates and staff, reasonableness of prices, layout of store (which probably goes to ease as well).

I find that a lot of the employees are rude. They put there pallets of merchandise in the way. Blocking the aisle. Then give you dirty looks because you need to get something there. I understand they have a job to do. But I remember when Target first opened. Everyone was so nice, the aisles were never blocked, they treated you like you were important. Maybe they should start earlier to get the shelves stocked.Thank you for your time. and Merry Christmas to you all.

Fast costumer service

This is my favorite Target in the area. Things are set up well and everyone working there is really nice and helpful

So today I started my journey off at the Cherry Hill target. I met a very nice Scioscia that help me track down a bike that I was looking for. Unfortunately the bike was in East Windsor New Jersey which was a 45 minute ride each way. I took the ride and I purchased the bike that I want it. Then I went back to cherryhill three turn the bike because it was damaged. This is where I give it a one star. I get the customer service and the young lady behind the desk tells me they are not doing any exchanges or returns until April 27. I asked for a manager. A manager by the name of Drew comes over and says can I help you and I explain to him that the bike is defective and I purchase it three hours ago. He tells me we are not doing exchanges or returns and then I ask him where are my receipt does it say this. He then turns around and tells me can I read because there are door signs that say no exchanges or returns on the front doors right next to where it says you must wear a mask he goes you’re wearing a mask so you must’ve read that sign. I told him that no it is a Law in NJ TO WEAR a mask. This was horrible customer service. The bike was not cheap and now I am stuck for two weeks without a bike or a refund. Target needs to implement better policies. First they need to get rid of Drew from Cherry Hill New Jersey second they need to put the policy on the receipt paper and last they need to be more like Walmart and be more customer focused. I am unemployed and I really can use my refundSo I can purchase a new bike or get my money back. If I do not get a chance to exchange or return this bike before 27 April I will no longer shop at target. I understand we have a pandemic going on but target is very quick to take peoples money but they do not wanna return the money if they’re unhappy over broken or defective merchandise

I love the atmosphere inside Target. Appeals to me. Clean, friendly staff, prices, the way the products are displayed just makes the overall shopping experience fun....however it is very hard not to spend at least $100 when inside. Love it all!

The customer service is great. If you can’t find what you are looking you can ask any associate which are always around. I only do my food shopping at target, but check the days your local target gets a truck.

For a big box store, this place is managed very well. It seems as iff all the employees really do wish to help, and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy.I am really impressed with the electronics/TV/computer guys and girls. They have helped with TV, camera, and other purchases, and even went so far as to direct me in other directions for better products then were available in this Target location.

This store used to be great. Its a disaster now. Foot traffic seemed a little low. They are resetting some parts of the store. Some shelves are visibly dirty. Some food and drink items not in stock. It is kind of giving me a slight Kmart vibe. I guess the new Haddon one is taking away some customers.
