Customer service was outstanding. We went to a store in deptford mall to many people waiting and being helped. Traveled to Cherry Hill it was a in and out very quickly. Vinny was knowledgeable and help me and my wife in a very professional manner. His co-worker was helpful as well. I highly recommend this store for a phone purchase or upgrade..

Knowledgeable staff that takes the extra mile to make sure everything is transferred to new phone. Highly recommend this location!! Only complaint is I wish they had a storefront rather than kiosk as it gets noisy being in the middle of the mall, other than that great experience

I was going to switch to Sprint because Verizons customers service has been really bad as of laltly however the Store Manager Sammy was able to keep my family and I with Verizon because he actually knew what he was talking about. he was able to get us a great deal and we are so happy. I will forever follow him where ever he goes. Verizon really needs to get him to train all of their employees.

The manager, Steve, gave me false information regarding the product I was trying to purchase for my company and tried to sell me refurbished product without revealing it. The pricing changed every few minutes and he had to call his manger to do anything. I would definitely use this location as they are not knowledgeable in their current products and their displays are not up to date (per Steve). I spent an hour and half of my life there which was a total waste of my time on a Saturday.

If your switching to Verizon or need anything avoid these authorized retailers. They will charge 15 dollars for a SIM card when you can go to a corporate store and pay NOTHING. Was told all Verizon stores charge for the SIM card by this kiosk when in fact only the authorized retailers do not corporate stores. Phone was still not correctly setup even after leaving to work due to port in problem. Avoid this kios and all authorized retailers.

If i could put zero stars i would. i went to trade in my phone and was told i had to make one more principal payment towards my current phone before trading in and had to call customer service. when i did, the lady said that was wrong. when i told the guy at the counter that customer service said i didnt have to, he told me i was wrong. very rude. i was told the screen protector was $35 and was charged $50. the store kept my phone and after a few days, i started getting texts from verizon that my phone was never sent back. its been a month and ive been in touch with customer service for 3 weeks and they cant get an answer from anyone on where my phone is. of the 3 people who were working in that location, only one knew what he was doing. too bad he wasnt the one helping me. avoid this location.

I want to acknowledge Steven Sturgill the manager at the Verizon Store Cherry Hill. I was locked out of my phone. He showed confidence and persistence to solve the problem and all was rectified. He was incredibly talented in correcting the problems I caused myself using my phone and is a nice person in everyway.Michael Lafon

Lied to us! The folks there play cheap used car salesman games!Avoid these folks and go anywhere else. Just not worth it when there are so many other stores available that can actually be relied upon and salespersons who don’t lie to your face.

Terrible place! Very unprofesssional employees! Waited there for an hour and received no types of help so ended up going to a different Verizon store! Absolutely horrible customer service! Don’t waste your time!

If I could give 0 stars I would, horrible, horrible customer service, the guy didn’t even pay attention to any customers being stuck on his phone, then gave me attitude on top of it all. Never again
