As an old GameStop employee and current customer I know how difficult both sides of the counter can be and Jasmine is truly someone who cares about the quality of work shes doing and the people shes doing it for! I had the smallest issue turn into the biggest issue and nipped it in the rear end. Sad to see her go, but happy to see her succeed💰✌🏽

Got me to renew my member rewards thing and said id be able to use the 5$ coupon but never put it thru. I was only supposed to exchange my sons xbox controller thru insurance which was $10 and end up spending like $50. You guys got some good talkers over there at ur store. Lol.

Great first impression, I was greeted immediately at the door and offer assistance. I walking around the store twice, first to inspect and second to decide if this place was worth my money. It has a great section of a collectible that I have seen from other GameStop stores, the game was easy to find and the store was a clean mean like white glove clean. This store and the associates climate was defiantly worth money.

This game stop is alright..just like the rest with tactics tho, again recommend buying consoles here(New) of course and getting 2 year protection plan and also buy games new to support your favorite developers. If you buy used than you support gamestop..

Overall, its uniformal. Gamestop is not a store Im a huge fan of, due to negative experiences, but they serve a purpose. If you need to trade in items that they accept, its better than a pawn shop. The rates are close to a pawn shop, so I cant give them 5 stars. If they wow me at some point, Id be happy to leave a 5-star rating. Otherwise, its all based on the person you get. Sometimes the service is excellent, while other experiences will leave you regretting the visit.

Gamestop to the moon!

This store is packed to the brim with apparel and collectibles and I’m not complaining. The clearance deals on the t-shirts and accessories made this trip worth it. The staff were really nice, knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything. The aisles were a little cramped but once the holiday merch clears out, I hope store navigation will improve.

Very disappointed to find out the rewards membership Ive had for at least 6 years is changing so its no longer worth it for my kids and I to have it, we will not be renewing or going to gamestop, its cheaper and more convenient to order off ebay at home

This gamestop is one of the smallest but packed with what you need to get that gaming monkey off your back lol.there is always a sale and a big clearance section . This one of my favorite places to be. Oh and did i mention the Knowledgeable staff?

Very awesome fandom related merchandise. Great selection of games for the PS3, PS4, Wii, Xbox360, Xbox1 and that new thing that just came out with the Pikachu and Eevee...cant think of the name. They have shirts from a whole bunch of fandoms such as DBZ, Minecraft, Zelda, Star Wars and some I didnt recognize. A last tip: ALWAYS check their clearance. I have found gems in there such as Pokeball mugs!

This place sucks. so let me start im from PA 45 minutes from this location. so i called today to see if they had a spiderman ps4 system they said they did so great i rushed over there, after they said THEY WOULD HOLD IT FOR ME. so i rushed over there and within those 45 minutes som ladt came in threw a hissy fit and got the system. i came in and the clerk informed me and acted like it was no big deal. he TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE HE WOULD HOLD IT. yet some women can throw a fit and get the system... what kind of service is that!? highly disappointed

I have gone there many of times and always got good service even when i call there too. Some people have bad times cause the worker might be having a bad day but that is no excuse at all.

Ok so this is a chain store and reviewing this one store is sort of like clinging to a specific sports teams one good year, but here goes: Really good store. Its in a mall so sometimes you get a line or worse, a buyer who has no idea about games getting a gift. I have waited patiently often while a probably generous Grandpa insists he wants, The game with the punching, that you play on the TV set. The employees have often had to spend a while trying to solve that Sphinxian riddle while I wait to pre-order Call Of Duty. I have also gotten a bit annoyed when I am not in the mood when they do their jobs and try to suggest things for me that I know I dont like, but they are not telepaths. Most of the games I buy anymore are for my sons, so I get suggestions for their type of games, not the kind I like. I am on the higher tier rewards club with them, so I get special offers, discounts, bonuses and discount coupons for buying with them. They do not carry old games or systems, just like Best Buy doesnt have 486 DOS computers anymore. They do have a huge selection of games, not just the top 30 or so most popular, and their staff has regularly saved me money by warning me about games that are too messed up to be any fun, as well as telling me about a game I might not have known about otherwise.
