Went in to upgrade my phone. Mike was the employee at the store that day and was able to give quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Within 15 minutes I had the upgraded phone I wanted operating in my hand with my data from the old phone transferred to it and was out the door. Would recommend this location (and Mike) to anyone who is a cricket wireless customer.

I went into the somerdale store and was just browsing. The young guy, Bar, who helped me was so kind. He took his time explaining everything i needed to know because i am not good with the new up to date technology. He went over all the plans and different options that would best suit my family wants and needs. I would recommend any one to check cricket out.... especially the somerdale store where i went.

Went to so many locations, and this store was the only one open. Such a huge relief. I had a broken phone and needed an upgrade. Highly recommend the LG Stylo 5 and Motorola G7 supra. Great devices. Metro has been charging me $170 for four lines for years, went to Cricket today and had to write a review. First, the customer service here by the gentleman was outstanding. When he told me I can have unlimited everything for $100 a month I was BLOWN AWAY. I switched and got two lgs, a motorola, and a samsung. Amazing phones, and the service is faster. Now im saving $840 on my bill a year. THANK YOU!
