Bobby Parker inspected my vehicle to determine the cause of the mechanical issue. He corrected the problem in a short period of time. He explained what he did in terms I understood. All was done at a minimal cost. I highly recommend Parker Bros Citgo!

Gotta love Parkers Citgo! Only full service gas station that I know! Stopped in to get them to fill tank, and they checked all my fluids and oil. He noticed a couple tires were low and filled them for me. Everyone working waved and smiled and were so friendly! Im old enough to remember when all stations were full service! Ready for my road trip to my Cincinnati house this weekend.

Great place, the only full service gas station I know of in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas. Locally owned and operated. Full service and self service fueling, great full time mechanics, nice owner and staff, easy in and out, a big massive 2 thumbs up.

Great experience at Parkers! Bobby assisted me with being compliant with the totally ridiculous Hamilton County Tennessee emissions testing which is completely bunk. Have I mentioned that it is ridiculous? Anyway, Parkers did an amazing job with assisting me in that area! Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely the best--I love these guys! I think they excel particularly at keeping older cars going, and they always seem to have time to talk to me about it and not brush me off like some other places. They sometimes will even invite you into the garage so you can see what they see so you can understand the issue. What I like most is that they dont ever talk down to me. I may not know a lot about cars, but they never make me feel stupid.I started going to Parkers after I had spent over $1000 at another place trying to fix a tough oil leak, and Bobby fixed it the first time and for much less than I was expecting. Now we keep an eye on it together. I just recently went in there after having ripped the front of my bumper off the car. At the body shop, they told me I would have to buy a new bumper and possibly a new compressor, and I might be looking at over $2000 worth of work, but Parkers was able to cobble it back together for just the cost of labor and were keeping an eye on that compressor.So they dont do a lot of unnecessary repairs or give me the runaround about all these things they think I ought to replace. Basically, I feel well taken care of there.

Ive been a customer of Bobby Parkers for many years . Their service has always be fast and affordable. Parkers is reminiscent of the good ole days when you could pull into a service station and get a quart of oil installed or a flat tire fixed quickly and be on your way.

They are Always Kind I often stop for air in my tires to be checked before I get on the road for one of my grands lacrosse games, they often ask would you like your fluids checked. I’m thankful for a full service station

On our way to spring break, half way through our 14 hour drive, half of our tire’s lug nuts fell off because the tire was put on wrong. Us frazzled, did not know what to do but luckily wobbled to the right place—Parker’s Citgo. These men had amazing hospitality and knew right what to do. They even took time out of their day to show us how to prevent the problem in the future. Wow! Thank you so much Parker’s Citgo!! You really turned our bad day around. 10/10 would reccomend to a friend 👌🏻
