She was very helpful and wasnt like any other car salesman where they can be pushy or all up in your business before agreeing to buy the car. She got straight down to business professionally and cut the nonsense info and chatter out. She answered all questions we had and made us feel very confident in our decision. I was on my way to Vacation in Florida when my engine service light came on and said I was low on oil and needed to add it promptly. Luckily, I was entering Chattanooga and remembered there was a dealership. We pulled into the service bay and Mr. Miller had me on my way within 10 minutes! My husband said after we traded my 5 series in 2004 he would never own another because of how arrogant the service was at the BMW Dealership in Roswell Ga was. I talked him into buying me a 3 series last year. I love my car and it needed service so I took it to the Dealership in Chattanooga, Tn- I absolutely could not believe the service. From Randal my service advisor to Kevin the Service Manager it was a WOW experience, they were both Excellent...2 days later and my husband and I both are still talking about how amazing we were treated. Showed up to look at cars around 7:30p on 8/4.. couldn’t find anyone to help. Caught one sales guy as they were leaving. He seemed almost annoyed I was there and he quickly explained his hours and low inventory. I knew it was late and I was unsure of their hours, but he came across kinda rude. He probably didn’t mean to be that way but it’s how it came across. I came back the following day (8/5) around 11:30a and spent around 20 min walking around the pre-owned car area. Not one sales person approached. One guy walked up but was laughing and on his cell phone. I believe he worked in the service dept and on his break. I never saw a soul after that. I drove off. Really unimpressed. I have a solid budget and looking to buy a car as well, so that’s definitely a big missed sales opportunity by BMW Chattanooga. Honestly surprised and disappointed.

We were greeted promptly by Aaron Gentry upon arriving. We had narrowed down to Audi Q5 or BMW X3. After text driving, we liked the handling and safety features of the X3. I recently had a repair service performed at the BMW of Chattanooga location on my BMW X5. The repair shop evaluated my X5 and replaced the part that was indicated by the error code. They kept the car an additonal two days and could not recreate the original problem. After a few days my original problem resurfaced and unfortunantly left me not able to return the X5 to the dealership for repair. I called the dealership and was put in contact with Kevin Fraser the service department manager. He listened to my issue and was very concerned and helpful. The service department regreted my experience and promptly offered to refund the entire cost of my service repair. I would like to thank the entire staff including the service manager Kevin Fraser and the service advisor Wes Miller. Ill definently be a repeat customer......

This was a very good buying experience. Had the car bought over the internet, texts, emails, FedEx before I drove 450 miles to pick up the car. All went well, smooth and flawless. Great bunch of people at this dealership even though I was only there for about an hour. Aaron was spot on when answering questions I had(even on his day off) and very quick with all responses. Nobody approached us to ask if we had any questions, and we saw at least three folks sitting by themselves in their office.

Your service advisor, Jonathan Clower was exceptional. I understand BMW is an upscale vehicle requiring, for some reason, higher maintenance cost than other brands but it seems every time I bring the vehicle in, I have a cost of approximately $1000.00. Like I said, the treatment I received was exceptional but if this is the norm, I have to realize Im out of my league and would have to express these views to others.

We ordered 2 FOBs for our BMW because the batteries were dead on our old ones. It cost over $600 for 2 sets. When we got it we were given instructions on how to pair it to the car. It didn’t work. We then took it back to the dealer and the mechanic couldn’t pair it either. They wanted to look at the car to see if there was something that needed to be done to make it work. They said it would cost about $1300 to fix it. We didn’t want to do that and asked to get the FOBs refunded. The service advisor tried to help but the parts manager refused our request. He said we should have asked if something needed to be done before we bought the FOBs. How are we to know that? It’s your responsibility to inform the customer about that. We have taken our car to be serviced elsewhere because of treatment like this. We only went to you because nobody else can replace the FOB. This needs to be resolved.

I can’t say enough about how pleasant our recent car buying experience was at BMW of Chattanooga. From our initial inquiry to signing on the dotted lines, our client advisor John Griffis, answered our questions and was very patient with us as we made up our minds on which vehicle color we wanted. Another Exceptional Experience! I just purchased my second new car in less than a year from BMW of Chattanooga and my experience was GREAT! I live in the Atlanta area, which is a 2 hour drive from this dealership, however I can assure you that it is worth the trip. First car was a BMW X2 for my wife October 2019) and the second was a BMW X5 M50i (October 2020) that I custom ordered and took delivery of last week. The entire process was seamless and completely transparent. All negotiations were done by phone and email/text and there were NO surprises, glitches, or gotchas. Aaron Gentry (Sales Associate) and David Goforth (Sales Manager) are standup guys that deliver exactly what they promised and what we agreed to. Pricing was far better than anything that I could get in the Atlanta area, plus Aaron and David worked with me to obtain two BMW sponsored financial incentives that made it even more worthwhile. When taking delivery of the car the process only took a couple of hours, the car was fully cleaned and detailed, and I was on my way and home just after lunch. I cant say enough about these guys and highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a BMW in GA, AL, TN, SC, KY, or NC. Oh.....my wifes BMW needed its first annual service and they took care of it while we were there. The service guys are very responsive and they were done within an hour and the car was washed when returned and she was on her way.

While travelling from St Louis to Ft Myers, we hit a huge pothole and ended up damaging the sidewall of our run-flats. AAA told us they could tow the car, but due to COVID restrictions, wed have to find another way to get to your dealership, 33 miles away. Thankfully your staff was able to come rescue my husband and I as well as our two small dogs. Everyone was understanding and extremely helpful. A huge shout-out to Matt! THANK YOU!

He answered all of our questions, and he found the answers to anything he didnt know 100%. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, and we were greeted each time we came in the building.

Very pleasant visit! Wes was very nice and thorough! My recall service was performed within 45 minutes of my arrival and then he offered to wash the car. There was no pressure to buy anything more, even though he did tell me about a tire that needed to be replaced.

I live in Dalton... about 35 minutes away. I noticed an amber check engine light - - and your team got me an immediate appointment. Thank you for having the flex to help me prior to the weekend. Jonathan managed the service - - and did a fantastic job. I was able to work from the lobby area with a video call in a quiet corner next to the Parts counter. That was great. While reading the code did not really reveal a necessary repair - - Jonathan noticed that I was inside the preventative maintenance schedule - - so, he had those actions completed (oil change, etc..). That worked perfectly - - and prevented me from making an additional visit in the near future. Great insight. I also purchased a $500 220 volt charger with Dan - - and it will arrive next week. I did not think about this when I purchased the X5 several months ago. So, I am now set with a much faster charge. I really enjoy doing business with great people. It does not always happen that way. So please thank the team for helping me. The person who worked on our X5 did a great job - - and Jonathan did a perfect job making my visit as efficient as possible. The car wash was great - - and made me feel like the total experience was not a chore. A job well done. I wish your entire team all the best in 2021.

Over priced! Horrible service department. Sold 2 continental tires less than 15,000 miles and now saying need 4. Charge ridiculous just to hook it up for diagnostic. Never again will I buy BMW or take my used one there.

Bought my daughter her first car...we were there for hours...we bought the car used but figured we were at a reputable dealership so it would still be a good car...ABSOLUTELY NOT...it was in the shop the first week we had it for a thermostat...the engine is knocking and it keeps overheating still was told the cylinder was cracked and has been cracked...it also leaking oil in the supercharger or something like that...we have only made THREE payments on this car and now it needs a whole new engine...I will NEVER go back there again and will not recommend getting a car from them....she just turned 18 and is heading off to college soon now she’s stuck with a car that she can’t even drive safely

Fast and friendly sort of...Ya see the last time I brought my car in for the Takata airbag recall for the drivers side.. about a week or so later the airbag malfunction light came on. It has been on ever since. I figured it had something to do with the passenger side recall. The service guy wanted to charge me $160 just to run a code check and give a diagnostic for something that obviously happened in the BMW service center. $160 bucks is about half of what it would cost me to buy my own OBD reader .No thanks

Ive always hated purchasing new vehicles. I love the cars but never liked the dealer experiences. I accidently requested info through Car Gurus on a car that I wasnt even interested in and found BMW of Chattanooga. Im glad I did! I was pleased to meet and work with Gary. He informed me that he had been with BMW for 20 years and was easy going and laid back.They had a BMW X5 that fit the bill. Gary made the entire experience painless and the deal was basically done over the phone. Jonathan, my service technician, was awesome. He is very communicative and extremely responsive.The person who was responsible for washing my car - not so good. He did the outside and it looked great - but he didnt touch the inside. $1054 dollars and I had to go home and vacuum. And my car was completely empty and need very little on the inside - 10 minutes tops.

My first and last visit to this dealership. Took my 335i in for water pump replacement and when we picked up the car it was running very rough. Service writer blamed it on the after market air filter but the most disturbing was damage to the rear bumper. It appears someone either back into it or hit it when moving it around. Service writer did not denote it on the pre write up but claimed he cannot catch ever mark. My daughter just bought this vehicle and is devastated. At this point all I can do is give this dealership a poor review by spreading the word. Next time it goes to Shipley’s for maintenance. Buyer beware...

This dealership has helped me with TWO BMWs. Jonathan Allers opened the door for me and my mom in 2020 and helped me choose an X1. A little more than a year later, I called him up and told him it was time for an upgrade! He took control of the situation and a few days later I drove off the lot with a beautiful X4 Msport! Parnell, the Finance Manager, was fantastic! He walked me through the process and made it so easy for me. The General Manager of Sales greeted me as soon as I pulled in and then again on my way out. I absolutely adore this team and only buy my BMWs from them! I drive two hours even though I have a dealership in my city because their service is just that good!

First time BMW owner here, 2012 BMW X5 xdrive35i. Customer service was great. I was able to schedule an early morning service drop off and was provided with a courtesy vehicle. The repair I required wasnt easy and took some time due to having to order some parts, but my vehicle was fixed, washed, and ready for pickup within 36hrs.

We were on vacation, when the valve stem broke on one of the wheels. Found the dealership by Google and came in. Wes Miller got us in and out, around a hour. The car was clean and fixed, with minimal time spent waiting. Very comfortable facility and a great job by Wes and their team.

This has been the best car buying experience of my life! I live about 3.5 hours away in Alabama. I was able to send pics and info for my trade-in, fill out the finance application online, and negotiate directly with the sales manager all via text message. They are overnighting me the paperwork right now for me to sign and bring back with my trade-in. There was no pressure, no hassle, no sales pitch. It was amazing. Certified pie-owned is not worth it.... before I made the first payment I had to have the oil changed and fuel system cleaned. Tried to ask about the charges for fuel induction cleaning before first payment got no reply.

This was my first time bringing my car into BMW of Chattanooga. It is an older BMW and needed regular maintenance. Everything was done very smoothly and the issues found with my car were explained thoroughly at my level of understanding. I loved that they were able to text me back and forth, as it was a weekend and more convenient for me to text while doing my weekly errands. Definitely would go back.

Excellent customer service! Personable, professional Service Representative Jonathan was very helpful and kept me updated on the progress of the service which was completed within in the time estimate given me. Additional diagnostics were done due to the Check Engine light alert revealing the necessity of replacement of the thermostat and coolant. Car ran much better going home, but that durn Check Engine light is still on....
