Jose and his team have become my go to repair shop for my Highlander. I was quoted a staunch $835 to repair my intermediate steering shaft. It was not covered under the extended warranty I received when I purchased the vehicle so I began calling repair shops for quotes. Not only was Integrity the best price but the service was on time, and done correctly. Ever since that repair anything car related I have taken my Vehicles here and recommend them to family and friends who ask as well. My cousin even got her vehicle repaired after being told she should give up and her truck is still riding better than ever after her visit to Integrity. I highly recommend this shop and their techs.

Whenever another shop can’t do the job right trust Jose and his team to get the job done. He went above and beyond in customer service. Had my transmission replaced by them and my truck is running like a dream .

I have been a customer of Integrity Auto for about 4 years. Theyve done my serpentine belt, alternator, starter, tire replacement and right now are replacing the window motor regulator assembly on my Honda Accord. Integrity does excellent work and they guarantee it. Give them a try the next time you need service for your car.

Quoted me $600 after shining a flashlight in my engine for about 30 seconds. Took it for a second opinion at Christian Brothers and it was a $60 fix that took about 20 minutes.

Brought my car in for an exhaust manifold replacement the owner quoted me a labor time of 3.8 hrs initially what a scam he didn’t know I’ve worked in the business for 10 years and must’ve thought he could cheat me I used my labor matrix which is very accurate labor matrix many other dealerships and repairs shops use this labor guide and labor time was 1.0 hr exactly after I told him he then stated his labor matrix said 1.3 so he was still trying to over charge me do not go here you’re probably over paying for repairs

I am a first time customer and this place is a great place to bring your automobile to fix. They are quick and quality you can trust. Price is fair and they did a lot of work on my car and gave me a good deal! Will be coming back in the future! I recommend this business!

I have been going to this business since he started with no card swiping machine :)..his work is great, he is honest and he provide details on the work that need to be done and when I decide to go else where and get cheated ( wont happen again)I come back to him for a better rate and to get the knowledge of what really need to be done. I live in California and my daughter is in North Carolina. I searched Google for a highly rated mechanic near her and found these guys. We got a written estimate and I talked to the mechanic over the phone to ensure what was covered. Their pricing on parts was high and I asked if I could supply my own parts and was told no problem.Once the repair was done, they treated my daughter very poorly and tried to increase the price of labor because the job took longer. Thats not how any shop should run. Estimates are based on the book labor and thats what the customer pays whether the job takes less or more time. She insisted that she was only paying the quoted price and he agreed to honor the estimate but said the labor would not be guaranteed. This is just not acceptable and not the way to run a good shop.

I stopped by unannounced with a 15 passenger van that was donated 100% free by a leading construction company + tires purchased by Microsoft and needing to get a few things fix. I really recommend this company my truck alternator went bad I took it to the shop and Jose the owner told me it will be done the next day just like he said he call me to come pick it up the next day I really appreciate this guys are the best really fast they do a good job not to mention great pricing

I have been to Integrity Auto & Performance a few times to have my cars worked on and didnt want to give them a review based on a first visit or second as I thought that would be too premature of myself as there is always room for disappointment but these guys really do live up to the name of the shop and I think they were due for a review ever since they fixed my bmw that two other shops couldnt fix rite.

I was referred here a few months ago. Services were done without approval. The bill was outrageous for a starter job. No attempt to resolve by Jose. Had to call multiple times before finally getting an answer. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Extremely unreliable and dishonest mechanics. Avoid Kelly Lindberg - hell do anything to take your money.
