Last year I purchased a 2019 Mercedes GLC300. It was time for my first “A1” service and I was looking for a certified ASE mechanic shop that could provide this service for me. I found Super Eagle on Google and was immediately impressed with their stance on mask wearing.I was looking for a shop that would provide the same level of service or greater as I would get if I took my vehicle to the Mercedes Dealership...and I found it at Super Eagle! The staff was great and I was very impressed with the electronic assessment that was sent to me via email....there were pictures of the interior and exterior of my vehicle with their assessments clearly noted. If you are looking for a professional and affordable auto shop, I highly recommend Super Eagle!

Let me tell ya!!.. I drive a Lexus & I love this place. I think God for this place. John replaced me a whole new transmission, and a brand-new transmission control valve. Our van’s AC went out in the middle of Charlotte’s heat wave. Jake got us in to Super Eagle quickly and our AC was running smoothly that same day! And at the most reasonable price I’ve seen in the Charlotte area. The team also found a leak in our transmission and took care of our weak battery. 100% recommend.

I tow my car here and they was very professional and fast with reporting back to me. They did what I thought to be a thorough inspection to find out what was wrong with my car. They got back to me a couple days later with $8k bill to fix my car. The car isn’t even worth that... I took it to another shop and got totally different feedback and ended up paying $875 to fix the car.. car is running great and I fill this shop was trying to get over on me... would never go back.

I have been to SEAC in excess of five times for various repairs on an 05 Honda Civic in an effort to bring it up to par. Jake has always been extremely transparent about the nature of work required to get the car to a safe and efficient state. From the beginning, he explained which repairs were required and those that were optional, and listed the former with a priority schedule, costs, and timeline. This gave me a good idea of how to manage my income and at what times to return for service. He offered me several options, state-sponsored and otherwise, for repayment on credit. I neglected to use these services, but they seem particularly forgiving, especially for students and veterans (the state-sponsored one is interest-free for six months, I believe). Jake even sent someone to the shop after close following my final repair because I misunderstood the hours of operation (which was completely my fault, and I therefore found this help especially kind!). This kind of flexibility and customer-oriented service adds up to an exceptional experience. I will be returning to SEAC for the duration of my residence in Charlotte. Thanks so much Jake!

Wow! Super pleased, impressed and just grateful. I get so scared when there’s something wrong with my car because I have such bad experiences at auto shops. I took my car in and to have my battery replaced and it was done in no time ! Not only that, they ran a full test on my car to show me all of the things that are bad or going bad or things I need to be on the lookout for. I feel like I have come home. I am dependent upon my vehicle to make income. My check engine light came on and another mechanic was booked out over a week. I was horrified as this time of year is my absolute busiest! Jake and the Super Eagle staff took incredible care of me and had me back on the road in 24 hours. I am very grateful but just as important I was treated with respect (ladies you know what I mean) and felt like they partnered with me to develop a long term plan to keep the vehicle in good shape and on the road. Got my car inspected here today. John was great!! I was a walk-in and had limited time, he got me in and out quickly. I have an older vehicle and he advised me on a few things that might need addressing/maintenance, but didnt try to pressure me to get a bunch of work done. Great service, highly recommend!!

I have always taken my car to a local Mercedes-Benz dealership to be serviced and recently received a $2500+ price quote for brakes, rotors, and shocks. After reading Google reviews I decided to take a chance and get Super Eagles free second opinion. Not only did I not need new shocks, I also did not need back rotors like the dealership advised. The extra money I would have spent at the dealership went towards replacing my air filter and getting an alignment, services that were also priced lower than what the dealership quoted. John and Jake were very knowledgeable and friendly, and the shop is clean. This was my first experience outside of the dealership and I feel confident that I have found a new service center for my car. I highly recommend Super Eagle!

This place is awesome, after going to 5 different shops to get my air conditioner repaired in my Cadillac Sts I found super eagle & these guys repaired it with no problem. I take my h2 there to fix a steering problem they charge me $2200 and the SUV was worst. I had to take it somewhere else and to fix the problems they had to remove the stuff that Super Eagle did. With them its about making money not fixing trucks.BIG WASTE OF MONEY NEVER AGAIN

Easy to set up an appointment and get the needed service. They gave me suggestions on repairs that I should make but did not pressure me to make a purchase. They were very kind and provided a peaceful atmosphere to wait in. Will go for future service.

One of the best auto shops Ive ever been to in Charlotte. The owner was super nice and helpful. The waiting room is awesome! There was a Kuerig coffee maker and some very nice flavors and clean waiting area. I had to get a ground wire replaced on my car and they charged me next to nothing. They also noticed something was wrong with my car when they pulled the car into the shop. They came to ask if they could see what was wrong with my breaks and they wouldnt charge me at all for looking at it because they were worried about my safety and just wanted to check them, of course I said yes. They came back and told me both of my front control arms were bad. They gave me an estimate on a printed out sheet of paper to tell me what the cost was to fix it, told me what to do and gave me an estimate on how long they had left before they were completely done. Great people who were pleasant and honest. The other bad reviews have no clue what they are talking about and were very petty. I plan on taking my car to Super Eagle in the future.

This is a peaceful place to wait on your vehicle. Ive taken my car there for a few years now and the service has definitely gotten better. Just like any auto place, if you catch them on a slow day or at a good time the service is even better.

Great ExperienceI was refer by one of my bible study members for services. I got the service I need when it comes to seeking second opinions for my 2012 Ford focus. They were really honest about what I needed to get done based of the service list Ford dealership gave me. Ford wanted to charge me $700 dollars which, in turn, Super Eagle service me around $223 for half of the service For request I get done. I saved time and money and got everything done in one day.

Never been to this shop but I have a friend who uses them regularly. I believe the owners to be people of integrity, honesty and competency. The negative reviews Ive read only tell part of the story and I believe most people are smart enough to see that the complaints are petty in nature. If your looking for perfection you wont find it in this world, if your looking for honest people who care about their customers and get up everyday to provide the best customer service possible then you are in good hands.

I cannot say enough about the service I received from Super Eagle. I am a student living away from my family and most friends so when my car wouldnt start after leaving work, I was extremely stressed. This shop was recommended by a coworker and they did not disappoint. I had my car towed to their shop around 10am and by 4pm, it was ready to be picked up along with a complete, plain english explanation of what was done and a report of other problems that should potentially be addressed down the road. Thank you Super Eagle for making my first experience away from home with a broken down car not so terrible!

I have previously had great experiences at Super Eagle but I sat there for about 45 minutes for an inspection that I had an appointment for. Then I was advised that my tint was too dark. In the time I sat there for service there were 2 other people that car didnt pass either but took there money. They are charging people for inspections when they know up front the car will not pass. They want you to get more services performed at their facility. My car is a 2011 and this is 2015 and it has been inspected every year with no problem.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!We will never take our vehicles anywhere else in Charlotte for inspections and repair. The owner, John, is as honest as a mechanic could ever get. I never leave worried that Ive been ripped off or that the problem hasnt been fixed.The waiting room is the cleanest, most inviting car care place Ive ever waited in. Free wifi, free coffee, pleasant music playing, inviting decor, and even snacks.Give it a try. You wont be disappointed. :-)

I found this place via a Groupon years ago. They now service both my cars because they are fair and extremely nice. The waiting area is lovely and the mechanics explain everything to me in a way I can understand.

Went to Eagle Auto to have them look at my car since it was making a weird howling noise in the rear. Said no one was there to help. I proceeded to ask can u tell me when can I come by. He didnt answer and shrugged his shoulders. I just left. Never coming back again.

Staff is nice, but charging me $170 to evaluate/ inspect a vehicle I was considering buying and then telling me they do a free 40 point inspection...All I I wanted was to find out if there were any major issues I might have overlooked. I didnt need to know how soon the brake fluid was going to need to be changed, how much life the oil had, or even the condition of the coolant. I didnt even buy the vehicle...But not because of their evaluation. They said it was a good vehicle. I felt ripped off. They told me when you are looking at a vehicle bring it in and well take a look at it for you, as if they were going to do me a favor for giving them my business. Will contact to see if they will make it right and update this review as to what the outcome is.

I had just traveled back from West Virginia the night before, and when I went to start my car the next day, it would not start. I had to have AAA tow it to their service place, where I was told that my engine was destroyed and would need at least $3,000 to even start to repair the vehicle. Shocked and upset, I decided to get a second opinion from my good buddy John Wade at Super Eagle. Turns out, the only problems were a bad alternator and a few other small parts that needed to be fixed. The fact that someone would attempt to service my car after a giant service company deemed it almost pointless makes me a very happy and grateful customer. Mr. Wade is an expert technician, experienced with Mercedes-Benz, and overall an amazing car mechanic. This repair was done almost a year ago, but I can happily say that my car is still running in top shape over 200,000 miles.

I purchased a Groupon to use at Super Eagle Auto Care for my state inspection. The Groupon deal was for 50% off a $30 state inspection. It took several days of calling to finally reach someone at the front desk to setup an appointment. I scheduled my appointment for early morning and service was very prompt (I only waited around 10-15min). The waiting room was very clean (although not necessarily the most comfortable chairs). The kid play area was a nice touch. Traffic in the area in the morning is VERY backed up, so be warned. Also, I was charged $10 extra for checking my window tints. Apparently NC state law allows for businesses to do this, but Ive never seen a separate charge on my previous inspections. So a $15 inspection really cost $25. Overall it was not worth saving $5 for the hassle of setting up an inspection during 8:30-4:30 business hours and driving so far. Next time Ill just go down the street to one of the many 15 min or less inspection stations.

This place is the worst! Im telling you to save a lot of time and money!!$ If you have an appointment with them at 11:30 they will make you wait till 12:00 to give you any service .Not only did they do that, they lied right to my face! I came in and made the appointment. I asked (how long would the wait be when i come back for my appointment ?) (she responds no more than 15mins ) that was a blunt LIE!!So I go in and they say somethings wrong with your windshield wipers(note i had got the replaced 3 moths ago) & brake light, so they say for me to fix it real fast at Advance Auto Parts and theyll recheck the car really quick when I returned. So I fix it real fast and return taking ~20 minutes. I asked the lady at the desk (aka liar) why it was taking such a long time,she said there are ppl that were here before you that havent been helped yet. That they go first because they have appts. even though I had an appt. my car wasnt taken in at the time of the appointment (DESPITE ME ARRIVING 15 MINUTES EARLY). So I wait another 25 minutes before they take my car the same amount of time as I did with an appointment. Then finally 20 minutes later my car was finished being rechecked.THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!! They are deceitful and waste your time which isnt good for anyone! Not worth the Groupon discount even! Plus the lady at the counter was rude and would only attempt to speed things up after the third time complaining! Tells me I didnt wait for 3 hrs for a simple NC Safety Inspection when I did, saying Im the liar yup great customer satisfaction.

Inspection was quick, clean shop, even gave a quick assessment on a potential problem. Great deal thru Living Social for the inspection.

They are honest about what needs to be fixed and what doesnt--concerned about understanding and meeting the needs of the customer rather than charging for unnecessary labor. Very pleasant waiting area.
