A+++ Rating. They were the best. They worked very hard to trim the costs as much as possible and they delivered. They were so much lower than some of the other paint shops. Repair and paintjob looked brand new and in showroom original condition. As an added surprise, they also washed the outside of the car and cleaned the inside, too, including the windows. I highly recommend them. They are a first rate company with great workmanship and wonderful customer service

My vehicle hit a pothole at night and massive damages were done to the wheels and so much more. My insurance company wanted me to go with a place they found, but I quickly looked up a place that had good reviewed and a high rating and found this place and I see why their ratings are so high!! They are the best! Danny did not let my insurance company or adjusters be cheap on my car or look over items needing to be fixed. Im so glad I found this place! The staff is so laid back and cool and calm. They are also straight forward and upfront AND will give you options even if its not in their best interest. I had damage to my front passenger door. I went to a dent guy but he told me I would need a new door skin. I went to perimeter and when they inspected they realized I needed a new door because the frame was also damaged.Before even giving me a quote for a new door, they immediately started looking into pricing a used door from the junk yard. They were able to find one which matched my car perfectly. The door was ordered and also molding. All this was done without me being asked to put down a penny. When the parts arrived I was told to drop my car off so the doors can be switched out. I did so the following morning. Picked it up that afternoon.I saved a bundle on this service and am so thankful for the stress free and laid back approach taken by this shop. I never felt stressed or pressured. I hope I will not need body work anytime soon but if I do I will definitely use them again.

This is an excellent body shop for any vehicle. It is family owned and they truly care about customer service. They will go above and beyond to make sure your car is repaired correctly. Great work on my vehicle, the paint was matched and blended perfectly and my car was completed in a timely manner. This auto shop is small and shares a parking lot with a towing service, but their work and customer service is much better than other body shops I have visited. I would trust them with any one of my vehicles and would not need to worry. Great work, great customer service!

THIS. PLACE. IS. AWESOME!!! I never really have peace of mind when I have to get work done on my car, but with these guys I had nothing to worry about. Constant communication, great customer service, and an absolutely great repair job! You would never know I was even in an accident! Turn around time was just as good! My car had a fair amount of damage and they had it back to me in a week! Highly recommended!

I dont know why I took so long to review on google, but these guys were the absolute greatest. Several years ago my Kia Rio was rear ended by an SUV going 50mph and my car looked the part. Every place I went to valued the repairs ridicously high which would total the vehicle. I was at the time upside down in the loan so totalling the vehicle wouldve crippled me financially. Luckily I took it to the guys at North Perimeter and they listened to me and even dealt with calling the insurance company for me. They got the cost of repairs 20 DOLLARS below the value where it would be totalled. They did that AND fixed my car looking better than ever without cutting corners.Luckily I havent had to use their services since, but if I ever do I know exactly where to go.

Excellent body shop for all kinds of vehicles. Took my Honda there after a fender bender and they did an exceptional job with it. I couldnt even tell the difference in color between the new and old paint. Plus they cleaned out my headlights, taillights and alloy wheels free of charge and provided 2 waxing sessions in the price.Plus they offer a lifetime warranty. Highly recommended.

The folks at North Perimeter Collision do superb work, whether your car is an older model that youre trying to save from your insurance companys unnecessarily totaling it or whether you have a brand-new model that someone elses older car has run into, you wont find better service, higher-quality walk, more creative solutions--or more honest advice or more reasonable prices.

I have sent two vehicles for repairs to North Perimeter and have been completely satisfied both times. One was a major repair from a near total and the other was a small repair. Both done timely and below what I was quoted at other corporate owned shops. Great family owned business, you are crazy if you go anywhere else.

Such great people. I was backed into in a parking lot and called around to many places. They were upfront, nice, and kept me informed of everything. Turn around for getting my car back was incredibly short for the amount of damage. They are close to the strip of dealerships and at first glance simply look like a junk yard, but dont let that deter you!! My car looks like NOTHING ever happened. So thankful for the staff.

Absolutely agree with everybody else. This was the second time Id delivered the same car -- once 3 years ago, and just Monday morning. Both times fantastic work. Quoted me 3/4 of what the dealer did, and gave me a second option -- half the price of their own quote to do the part of the work that was really 95% of the damage; it was just a small part of the damage that involved the largest part replacement cost! Instead, they offered to simply buff & blend the paint on the remaining section, which was out of the way and thus far less obvious to begin with. And get this -- quoted 3 days, but I picked up the car 30 hours after I dropped it off! And for that small section that was only cleaned up instead of replaced: in low light, you cant even tell. Talk about old school. I like dealing with vendors who take pride in their work. Who in the world provides an option to cut their revenue in half, yet address 95% of the work to perfection and 5% to reasonable? A company that desires repeat business -- thats who!

Customer service here is really terrible. Plus they have the most exorbitant,out of this world tow charges and prices Ive ever heard of. And all they can say is .......thats the prices the state sets per City. we have nothingto do with It.Really.So youre going to charge me $100 to tow my vehicle less than a mile. The guy they called over to talk to me, that seems to be the manager there, looked at me as if I was crazy for asking any questions. Oh and let me tell you before I forget, this is a cash-only tow company service . So if you dont have exact amount in cash, and you only have a debit/credit card on you, be prepared to be royally screwed. Also the Vibe over there is very negative. Would not recommend this business at all.

My daughter ran her car into someone elses and sustained a rather bad damage to the front parts of the car. This is a newly purchased used car with very low mileage. She damaged the car quite badly before we purchased collision coverage. The first estimate for the bodywork was quite steep. When we approached Perimeter for a comparison, they gave us an estimate almost 35% lower. My daughter was new to Atlanta and we didnt know who to trust with the bodywork but the highly professional attitude of Blake, the shop manager, put us at ease to let Perimeter take the job. Blake answered our questions patiently and responded in a timely manner consistently. In the end, the final price that we paid was actually a bit lower than the estimate. We were quite satisfied with the job done and would recommend their service wholeheartedly to anybody.

These guys are awesome! Very fair prices, and they are very responsive unlike some other body shops in town. Definitely go here first!

She is for sure a professional. While Honda quoted me $550 to get this work done. This place saved me the entire cost and fixed my car in just 10mins. Highly recommended for their customer courtesy and body shop.

The place looks like they test missiles or something but they got my car ready in less than a week with extensive damage to the rear. Work was good enough to look like it was never even wrecked. Good job guys

Had a great experience taking my car here - would recommend to anyone. I was really upset when dropping my car off, and Danny - the owner - was extremely nice and chatted me up to get my mind off it. Youll be dealing with an honest manager to get the best fair estimate and get a high quality body repair for your car. Having a successful Biz since 1972 just by providing a great customer service and a proffessional job is a proof .I had a Toyota highlander 2010 needed a repair on the body and the did an AWESOME repair on that less than a week . I will recommand this place to any body .

Not only did they repair my wifes Toyota, they fixed about 3 other places on bumpers and side panels that needed cosmetic improvements, but they completely washed the exterior and cleaned the interior...dont let the dumpy appearance turn you off---they are great!

I drove in reluctant and drove out extremely satisfied.YES....you will be hesitant when you take your vehicle into their shop. Honestly, youll feel like you just drove onto the movie set of Gone in Sixty seconds. Youll drive down a shanty fenced road with wrecked cars all around you (the rest of the property is a storage yard for police seized/ damaged vehicles). However, this company is legit, top notch and extremely professional!I recently purchased the car of my dreams and low and behold was rear-ended one rainy morning on my way to work. As everyone else does these days, I started researching which auto-body shops were considered the best in my area and these guys lived up to their reputation. Due to the nature of the accident, it took a little longer to fix, but both owners did a great job by calling me with updates.I highly recommend everyone taking their vehicle here for repairs or for any other body work.

Horrible. The old man is very rude. On the phone they told me I had to pay $150 and turn my title over to avoid the outrageous price to release my vehicle which was over $1,000 meanwhile the car was not even worth half that. Then when I got there they made me pay, $440. Price gouging is all that they do.

NO other Body shop in the metro and possibly the state, are as professional, conscientious and as ethical as these folks. Unlike the preferred contracted shops the insurance companies would like you to use, North Perimeter is a family owned company concerned with quality and what is best for you and your vehicles proper repair. Insurance companies are concerned too, about the bottom line and their profit margins and how they can save money (on us) while still charging us as.much as possible when its time to renew. One important selling point theyve used for years is that their preferred collision centers offer lifetime warranties and thats great, right? Well, North Perimeter offers that same lifetime written warranty. What our insurance carriers not always so good at is a real and personal customer service experience. They may not know your name, what your vehicles problems are besides that its been wrecked. Theyre appraisals are deliberately low, as I experienced more than once. Theyre concerned with getting you in and then the focus is on getting that vehicle out and on the road. It may look visually pretty and ready for the road but in cost cutting corners many turn to hastily repaired or omissions of unseen underbody or under bumper damage that could compromise the structure of any vehicle. Before discovering Perimeter Collision I wasnt aware of how a really good business treats its customers Id never encountered one. It says a lot about them and everything they promised everytime I needed their services I received straight talk, quality OEM parts and as important, my car was ready when they said it would be. Ive used North Perimeter Collision since 2004 & never looked back. You can literally leave knowing the work is not only warranted for the life of the car but when completed they WILL stand by their work and their word. You wont be just a number to them and today thats the exception NOT the rule. Their paint shop is the best in town and their work is impeccable and just flawless. Once your vehicle is ready to their satisfaction it is fully inspected and driven for any imperfections missed and ONLY when it passes their rigourous evaluations is it ready for delivery. Ive had friends, relatives and neighbors use them and all have had nothing but the best experiences, a rarity when dealing with collision shops. Insurance is one of those necessary evils. Our premiums are high enough and each year brings unwanted surprises. Even when your DMV record is flawless your rates may not be. Determined by the collective expenses of other bad, underinsured or uninsured drivers directly affects us all. So having the absolute best service, when its needed and keeping costs down without any sacrifice to quality and workmanship is about our only consultation. Exhorbitant insurance costs are here to stay and they will only get better. The very least we deserve is the best possible return on our premiums. North Perimeterer Collision is truly the best.

I have used North Perimeter Collision for almost twenty years, both professionally when I worked for a repair shop, and personally with my own vehicles. There is no better collision shop anywhere in my experience.Sure, they havent spent a lot of making their facility look like a showplace, but that doesnt matter. Their work is the highest quality, especially their paint work.A year or so ago, the missus badly damaged the door jamb on her 2011 Jetta, in a very difficult to repair place. When we picked up the car, I simply could not tell the car had ever been repaired in that area and Ive been juding classic car shows and concours events for forty plus years.I wont use anyone else for collision repair. I give them the highest recommendation possible.
