The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The selection was good and Suite policy is that if you get it home and dont like it. You can return it - which is wonderful for those of us who sometimes regret our in store decisions once we get home.

The store was very busy with holiday season shoppers. It was clean and organized. There were plenty of employees and they were friendly and helpful. A bunch of sales and if you receive their coupons it is even better. Even though they were very busy the checkout line went smoothly.

This store was nice! Employees were very nice to me. They asked if I needed help. The cashier was very nice. I had great coupons and they had a big sale. It was also decorated very nice for Christmas!

Great store with helpful employees, one the coolest places in the mall for body sprays, candles, lotions, and there was nice 75% off special going on one of the wracks, but the best part was smelling all the nice and neat sprays and body washes, my senses were going crazy in here, and in a good way, cant wait to visit again sometime..

We cannot get enough of this store especially since they added the White Barn Candles! My boyfriend and I like to walk around and smell all of the amazing scents! Tammy was our customer service agent and reminded us of our email coupon and was super helpful from beginning to end! She even remembers us from Easter when we came in. You really cant go wrong at this store!

I had my heart set on a certain splash fragrance. After visiting several B&BW stores, Lakeline B&BW store had it, but the only left was a sample. I expressed my unsuccessful search to manager Brianna, and she let me buy it! I soooo much appreciate her! And most of all, I dont take it for granted.

The store manager, Loretta was so rude and displayed such poor customer service. While shopping for mens fragrances during their semi-annual sale, I noticed a sign displaying $5 Sale. In small letters it read Choose from Rose, Violet Plum, and Almond Blossom body care. I asked a young lady on the sales floor if I could get the 2 Rose scented hand creams in my basket for $5 each. She said that I would have to ask the manager and that the only reason why they were using that particular sign was because they ran out of other signs to display. I waited in line and Loretta said she would not honor the displayed price. I told her that she should strike through the small print to avoid confusion. Loretta could care less what I thought and was the poorest excuse for a manager. I love their products, but will not be shopping at a store under her management. She needs to learn customer service and learn how to begin a sentence with an apology instead of acting like I was the one at fault.

I cant shake my obsession with this store. I especially love the wallflowers and the scents. I adore the soaps and the silver holders, which makes them look so, so cute on the vanity. Sign up for the emails and youll get weekly coupons.

The store is very clean and well organized. The staff is always helpful and very professional. For some odd reason they have portable air conditioners throughout the store. Im giving them major props though because most stores let you sweat it out when their ac is down.

I came here for Christmas shopping for my daughter. One of the girls up front was so nice and helpful. She helped me find the perfect gift for my daughter.

Its okay but not the way it used to be. The sales were not really sales as most of them you had to buy really expensive fragrances to get one free, and it had to be only from the ones they selected for you. The perfumes,lotions and sprays used to smell so good and there was a lot of variety,now there is only a couple to chose from and they took away all the good, sweet and pretty bottles. All the fragrances upfront are the ones you can find at the dollar store or gas stations. If Im going to pay that much for a body spray,lotion or perfume, then make it look and smell nicer. If Im getting one free,let me get one I at least like or choose, not what you choose for me. Oh yeah, and the little lotions and spray bottles travel size were great for carrying around why did they took them away? I would had bought several of those to have the whole collection or mix and match. I dont know if Ill be coming back.

Well, they keep changing their products and bringing novelty. Also, this lady was following me and pressuring into buying one more product so I could get 2 extra free products. And then she went to the register so I can pay and then she asked me who helped you? Of course her! What a question! And then she is asking for my phone number and email? What an experience!! Lol I am just kidding of course. Bath & Body really works for me 🤪 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sale was pretty good, but no one greeted me upon entering the store nor offered me a basket. Cashier was friendly and so was the gentleman who acknowledged me when I was leaving the store.

This is a typical bath and body. No surprises here. I hate that you love a fragrance and then cant get it again. Busy but move people through quickly.

Worst customer service ever! The employees have bad attitudes and blantenly ignore your requests. When I asked an employee if she had more candles in stock than where on display she didnt answer me, went in the cabinet slammed them all on the counter and walked away. When I checked out I asked the young lady to put my candles into two bags in fear that the bag would rip, she ignored me, stuffed them all into one bag, and when I complained that the bag was too heavy she gave me an annoyed glare so I just decided to leave. Very disappointing.

One thing for sure, you can always fond decent deals and gifts for your girlfriends
