I had a positive experience here! The employees were very friendly and professional, and they had a nice selection of products. Plus, its a black owned business so thats good to see. I will definitely be returning again!

I rated this store with two stars for the lack of variety and the lack of customer service. Looking at the reviews that are not 5 stars that mention lack of friendliness on top of the replies from the owner I see the pattern. It’s a very clean and organized shop but very small and not a lot of options. I didn’t purchase anything so I can’t rate the prices but everything I saw in the store can be found at every other local hair and beauty supply store. I’m sure this is a great neighborhood store but not so great with options. I believe in supporting black owned businesses and might have purchased something if I was treated friendlier.

Nice beauty supply 👌 store. Friendly staff. I met and was assisted by one of the owners. This upcoming Halloween weekend, they are celebrating their 1 year, in business anniversary, with a customer appreciation event.

I happened to find this gem when I was out getting food. Im so glad I did because I found 2 nice wigs. Im so happy the lady bought out a 2nd one she found that she thought I would like better. I went with it and I absolutely love it!!

First off I applaud this Black Owned Business, but a thumbs down on the customer service. All people of color do not steal. I felt like Ole Dog in Menace to Society, how fast that young lady ran from behind the counter to help me but had me wait almost 10 mins for her to check out the Hispanic people that were already at the counter, while her and her co-worker eyed me like I was a thief. All people of color do not STEAL.

I forgot her name, but one of the owners was there, and she made us feel so at home with her professionalism and kindness. She made sure we got the best deal on the items we needed. I will definitely be shopping here, often, especially since it is very affordable!

Unfortunately I will have to rate this place one star. I am very new to the area and haven’t found many good beauty supply hair stores and when I found sistah sistah beauty supply I thought it would be a good a place as any. I was soon proven to be wrong, I send my Caucasian fiancé to said store while I was at work and his experience was abysmal to say the least. The woman there scoffed at him and rolled his eyes when he asked for the products I had asked for. She repeatedly asked if he knew what he was talking about and to tip everything off charges 12.99 for a simple 6.99 pack of pre-stretched expression hair! When I was told the bill was 90+ dollars for 6 packs of braid hair and edge control I was beyond livid. Never in my life have I seen such foolishness and the owner of this establishment should be ashamed of herself. I will be returning back to return said hair if eligible and taking my business elsewhere

I was finally acquainted with sistah sister beauty supply in Cedar Park today. Since my 13-year-old daughter is black and I I am white - trying to find the right hair products for her beautiful hair has been a long journey of uncertainty for me. Yes the ladies at Sister sister beauty supply are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They have a huge supply of anything you would need in the way of hair care four African-American hair. Vees hair professionals really took the time to help me understand what products I needed and why. I will never shop anywhere again for my daughters hair care needs. Sistah sistah beauty supply has a customer for life and I will certainly tell my friends about their shop!!!!

My shopping experience has always been positive and welcoming which is usually not the norm when entering a hair supply shop. They have a variety of brands and I find what I’m looking for. I like this place😊

I moved to cedar park about a year ago and was looking for a hair store and lucked up on this establishment. Very friendly and customer service is always wonderful. They have all your beauty products and more. I would recommend Sista Sista to anyone in the area for their beauty products.

The 1st time didnt have what I needed plus things were overpriced but its black owned and I wanna be supportive right well the 2nd time straight rude, I will not ever be going back, and its sad bc I really was just going bc its black owned and not too far from me

Very nice location, it’s smaller than most but I like that because most beauty supply stores have too much stuff in there and it becomes overwhelming. Here it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit again.

Nice store and owner. She was extremely friendly and personable. When i walked in i was greeted and She is following Covid Guidelines to keep the public, herself and her loved ones safe. Today was my first visit. I will be visiting again soon!

Great store. Super friendly owner, we were able to find what we needed and order additional hair that wasnt in stock. Probably the tidiest and most well organized hair store Ive ever been in (dont let the shaved head fool you, Ive been in a LOT over the years). They also carry grooming products for men, which is nice. We will definitely be going back!

Went in as soon as the store opened and they greeted me with big smiles. I had a lot of questions, but they answered them all and were very knowledgeable. They have fair prices, a wide selection of products and wigs, and amazing customer service. I would highly reccomend this black-owned beauty supply store.

I really wish she had pricing for or on her products instead of me asking every 2 seconds for pricing.This takes away from my shopping experience and its annoying that I have to ask for all items.None the less, she has everything you need!

Upon entering the business instantly rudeness low quality hair over priced no cash your forced to spent a min $ 10.00 or you can take a service charge don’t know how the they do it in cedar park but this was a horrible experience just being honest ladies a more welcoming would do your business some great service

This place is great. I wanted to try crochet hair. The owners helped me pick the hair and supplies I needed. It was my first time so it took me a while to braid my hair then crochet the goddess locs in but their tips (including how to use the crochet needle) helped me accomplish my goal. I chose to buy more packs of hair than I needed and I’m glad I did because I really tangled a few of the locs pretty badly when I first started. Will definitely go back.

Went to this store and not only on Google and their door. They have there opening and closing times. Today I experienced them being closed when they should have been open. For a brand new establishment I think this is bad business.
